units across The Coca Cola Company It is intended to provide a common language for the processes of people development selection interviewing and performance planning This version of the SKILLS DICTRIONARY includes examples of behaviors Typical key behaviors or actions associated with each dimension of a core competence A skill can be used to assess gaps for individuals and organizations The
