Unit 9. Have you ever been to an amusement park? Topic: 人教2011课标版八年级下unit9 Section A 1a-2d Teacher: 斗门区莲溪学校 曹勤英一、语言技能:1、Listening: 能听懂表示现在完成进行时的句子,并能从中提取信息: Have you been to 标出听到的句子;能针对所听语段的内容记录、标记表示委婉的建议和要求的句子,把握句型的含义。2、Speaking: 能有效地理解现在完成进行时句式特点和结构;能角色表演1c,2C部分;能根据话题进行一次情景对话;口语活动中做到语音、语调自然,语气恰当(如特殊疑问句应用降调。)3、Writing: Get the key words.二、语言知识(一)词汇:1、理解和领悟Amusement ;neither character,seen,theme,attraction等词 的基本含义以及在本单元第1课对话和听力材料中特定语境中的意义。2、理解和领悟句型重点句型:Have you ever been to an amusement park?Yes, I have. I went to Fun Times Amusement Park last year.Have you ever been to a water park?No, I havent.Me neither.Lets go to Water City tomorrow.(二)语法:1.学会用have / has been to 谈论曾经去过的地方2.现在完成时:本单元的时态学生们在第六单元已经接触过了,但是相对来说,对于这一时态的掌握还是很难的,要多说多练。(三)情感目标:1.通过形象、生动的教学使学生掌握如何去谈论过去的经历,增强学生对美好事物的追求和向往。2.培养学生学习英语的强烈兴趣,乐于参加各种活动的积极情感。三、重点: Master the key words and expressions.四、难点1.学会用have / has been to 谈论曾经去过的地方2.现在完成时:要求学生能准确读出并能脱离课本流利复述第一课时中1a;2a;2b中的对话及重点句子。五、Teaching procedures:Step 1 Lead-in T: Do you often visit any places on weekends or holidays? S: Yes. T: Where do you usually go? S1: Parks and zoos on Sundays. There are many kinds of animals in the zoos in our city. S2: On holidays my family and I go to visit some places of interest. I have been to the Great Wall and the Palace Museum in Beijing S3: Step 2 Watching a video目标:回顾旧单词,学习新单词。 1)Review some phrase by showing the pictures on the screen.2)Learn some new words and phrases by showing some pictures on the screen.3)From words to sentences: Have you ever been to4).Watch a video about Mr. Bean ,then fill in the blanks.Step 3 Presentation 目标:使用目标语言进行听力练习1) Talk about the instuctions with the class.Point out the sample answer.2) Play the recording the first time .Students only listen.3) Play the recording a second time.Ask the students check off their answers.4) Check the answers.Step 4 Play a memory game 目标:牢记所学的单词和短语Introduce the game rules to the students,then enable them to momorize the new words and expressions.Step 5 Pairwork目标:使用目标语言指导口语练习1) Read the instructions to the class.2) Point to the sample dialogue.3) Then have the students work in pairs.4) Check the answers by calling on different pairs of students to present their conversations to the class.Step 6 Listening 2a and 2bAims: These activities provide listening practice using the target language.1) Talk about the instructions with the class. Point to the map and the statements about the three conversations.2) Play the recording the first time for the students to listen and circle the places they hear.3) Play the recording again for the students to listen and circle T or F4) Check the answers.Step 7 Practice 目标:This activity provides guided oral practice using the target language.1) Read the instructions to the class.2) Point to the map and tell students they can talk about any of the places on the map.3) Ask the students to work in pairs.4) Ask a few pairs to present their conversations.Step 8 Reading Aims:This activity provides reading practice using the target language.1) Talk about the instructions with the class.2) Skimming: Ask the students to skim the article and then answer some questions.3) Scanning: Ask the students to read again and answer some detailed questions.4) Talk about some target language in this article.Step 9 ConsolidationIf time permits,finish the exercises given by the teacher in order to cosolidate the language points learned in this period.Step 10 Summary This class weve learned some key
