The pressure can be adjusted continuously by means of a valve.Its manually operated for the down movement to the coil and release automatically when the strip entered the line.Strip leading-in tableThe strip leading-in table (width: 2000 mm) is executed to introduce the strip from the top into the strip take-off. The table can be moved telescopically for adjusting to different coil outer diameter.2 X 2 Roller strip take-offThe strip take-off guarantees the transport of the beginning of the strip to the cropping shear. The strip take-off takes over a part of the strip tension. The pressure can be adjusted directly which means that dents on the strip will be avoided.The two rollers arranged horizontal on top of each other have a diameter of 200 mm.2 strip take-offs will be used, one for the transport of dirty strip and one for transporting clean strip. The strip take-off for dirty is equipped with an auxiliary motor. He feeds the strip to the cropping shear.The first strip take-off for clean strip is driven via a AC motor synchronized with the straightening machine and thread the strip to the washing machine. The shear are executed for a cut width of max. 2000 mm and a material thickness of max. 3,0 mm. The length of cutting can be programmed.The last part of the inner winding which will be cut down is to be taken out manually.Scrap box with rails, manual extricableThe scrap box below the shearing machine serves to take up the scrap. Fuchs, Anticorit PL 3802-39 LV 。设备提供时不带清洗液。操作站位于机身右侧、送料方向上。在该侧可进行所有的调整和操作。驱动、液压源、磁性分离器以及过滤器位于对侧。3.7.1清洗系统喷管位于每个刷辊的前方和后方向带料两面喷清洗液。一单级循环泵用来从储液缸供给干净的清洗液,循环泵压力及能力可根据清洗液型号及带料表面情况调节。3.7.2过滤清洗泵泵出的清洗液在到达带料前先经过一双室过滤器。过滤器脏度达到75%时指示器给出光电信号。更换可从机外进行,手动切换,无需中断设备工作。3.7.3油雾分离器为保证外壳内有一定的真空状态防止含杂质空气逸出出入口,壳内空气被抽出并由静电油雾分离器清洁,将溶剂返回储缸。清洗机BWEB 20 version IIa (外购)Washing machine BWEB 20 version II检验结果预验收终验收清洗液储缸装在外壳下部,分若干部分。在缸内节流阀作用下,较大的颗粒可沉淀,具有再清洁作用。另外,清洗液从第一室流往第二室时通过一磁板,可吸附大部分磁性物质,提高了过滤器使用寿命。除去缸盖即可方便的对缸体进行清洁. 应要求储液缸也可退出,若清洗机装于轮上即可移动。缸体分为独立的两部分,分别容纳清洗液和油脂。. 三档清洗液位“最大”、“充液”、“最小”由液位开关监控。到达“最大”、“充液”位时一光信号给出,到达“最小” 位时一光信号给出设备停止。储液缸带有自动温控加热系统。辊子如上所述,清洗机内有带高质量涂层的辊子。夹送辊和挤干辊的圆周旋转速度相同且能根据料厚、质量和速度通过液压调节。带料上残留清洗液的量取决于挤干辊的覆层,但也可通过调节挤干辊与带料之间的接触压力调节一定量。接触压力调节每个上辊都有两个双动液压缸用来升降辊子并调整接触压力。刷辊的传动连接能保证在送料辊闭合的同时反向转动。驱动各辊由三项齿轮电机驱动。上下辊通过齿轮互联,可保证在任何时刻都能彼此同步。无级变速由转换器完成。通过链传动刷辊可反向。The washing machine is placed before the levelling machine within a coil line.It can be moved out of by the motor. The working position is automatically locked. The line also can work without the washing machine, therefore a roller track is will be moved into the line, when the washing is out of the line.The machine is designed for washing, brushing and subsequent squeezing-off of coils of normal sheet, uncoated or zink-coated steel as well as aluminium. The coil leaves the machine with a significant fine drawing-oil film on both upper and lower side.Polyurethane-coated feeding rolls transport the strip into the machine. During the transport through the machine the strip is profusely with cleaning agent discharged from top and bottom spray pipes. Dirt particles on the strip surface are mechanically loosened by the current and flushed into the tank.Brushing rolls with perlon garnishing rotating in opposite direction to the strip transport mechanically complete the cleaning effect. The washing agent is squeezed-off by the following pair of squeezing rolls and flows back into the reservoir.A second pair of squeezing rolls takes care that the strip will leave the machine with an optimum thin and homogenous oil film coating. The pressure of the squeezing roller can be controlled by PLC.Feeding rolls and squeezing rolls I are driven simultaneously. The brushing rolls are equipped with an additional reversible drive to support the threading-up process. The second pair of squeezing rolls II is driven by its own frequency controlled motor. The top rolls are lifted automatically by means of hydraulic cylinders serve to adjust the contact pressure between rolls and strip according to material thickness and residual washing agent film required to remain on the strip surface.The standard washing machine is stationary. Upon request and for an extra charge it can be mounted on wheels and is movable on rails to be provided and laid by the customer. The wheels are driven by a gear-brake motor. Thus the machine can be traversed out of line when not in use or for maintenance purposes.Recommended washing agent usual washing oils, e.g. Messrs. Fuchs, Anticorit PL 3802-39 LV Machine is supplied without agent. The operating panel is situated on the left side of the housing, in transport direction. From this side all adjusting and operating functions can be executed. Drive, hydraulic power unit, magnetic separator and filter are located on the opposite side.FiltrationThe washing agent is pumped by means of the washing agent pump through a double-chamber cartridge filter before being sprayed onto the strip. The filter has a dirt indicator giving optical and electrical signals when the filter cartridge in use is dirty by 75 % resp. 100 %. After changeover to the second filter cartridge, the dirty filter cartridge can easily be removed and replaced from outside of the machine without interrupting the machine operation.Oil-mist seperatorAir is extracted from the machine housing so as to maintain a slight vacuum. This will prevent contaminated air from escaping through in-feed and out-feed slots. Baffles within the tank reduce the flow of the solvent and allow sedimentation of larger particles so as to provide for re-cleaning of the medium. Besides this, by flowing from the first into the second chamber, the liquid is passing a magnetic plate. It will remove most of the magnetic particles and thus increase the life cycle of the filter cartridges. The tank can easily be cleaned after removal of the tank covers. Upon request the washing agent reservoir can be extractable, if the washing machine is mounted on wheel sets and thus movable. The tank is divided into two separate chambers for the cleaning and the greasing agent. The filling level of the washing machine agent is monitored by a level switch with three level positions: Maximum, Refill, Minimum. Upon reaching of the positions Maximum, and Refill an optical signal is given; upon reaching of the filling level Minimum an optical signal is given and the machine will be switched off.The reservoir is equipped with a heating system.RollsThe washing machine contains sets of rolls coated with high quality material as described above. Pinch rolls an squeezing rolls run with the same circumferential speed and are hydraulically adjusted, depending on materiel thickness, quality an speed of the strip. The amount of washing agent remaining on the strip is depending on the material chosen to cover the squeezing rolls and can be varied to a certain extent by adjusting the contact pressure between squeezing rolls and blank.Contact pressure adjustmentTwo double acting hydraulic cylinders are fitted to each top roll for raising and lowering the rolls as well as for adjusting contact pressure. The brushing rolls are connected in such a way that they simultaneously move in opposite direction as soon as the feeding rolls are closed.DriveThe rolls are driven by a three-phase-current gear motor. Top rolls and bottom rolls are interconnected through gears so as to maintain synchronous speed at all times.
