妙文翻译公司翻译样稿1. 分子筛吸附器C、F床CO2纯度峰值超标:2003年以来PSA AIT-1822在不同的床工作时会出现峰值。 Standard exceeding of CO2 purity peak in C and F bed of the molecular sieve absorber: peak values have occurred for PSA AIT-1822 when operated in different beds since 2003. 对PSA 6个床进行分别测试,其峰值是由“C”床引起,“F”床也有比其它床高的现象。 Through separate tests on 6 beds of PSA, the peak values are caused by bed C, while the values in bed F are also higher than that in other beds. 2004年8月测试数据: Test data in August 2004: A床:198PPb B床:195PPb C床:(开始200PPb,切换前1分钟1200PPb ) D床:230PPb E床:200PPb F床:切换前为500PPb Bed A: 198PPb Bed B: 195PPb Bed C: (initial value is 200PPb, and the value 1 minute before shift is 1200PPb) Bed D: 230PPb Bed E: 200PPb Bed F: 500PPb before shift根据AP建议,在06年2月、07年9月年分别对C、F床分子筛进行了全部更换(每只床150吨),更换的分子筛型号是AA320,由AP指定供货商Aican提供,更换后C、F床分别在0.7PPm和0.4PPm左右(0.5PPm报警),其余床二氧化碳纯度在0.2PPm左右,更换后效果不佳。 As suggested by AP, the molecular sieved in bed C and bed F were all replaced (150 tons per bed) in Feb. 2006 and Sept. 2007 respectively, model of the replacing molecular sieves is AA320, and the molecular sieves are provided by Aican, a supplier appointed by AP. After replacement, CO2 purities in bed C and F are respectively 0.7 ppm and 0.4 ppm (alarming at 0.5 ppm), CO2 purity in other beds is about 0.2 ppm, and effects of the replacement are not good. 2.换热器热端温差大:05年3月对5#空分消缺、改造,当打开16只换热器时,发现空气通道均被空气消音器上的矿渣棉堵塞,造成热端温差扩大。 Large temperature difference at hot end of the heat exchanger: defect elimination and reconstruction were carried out for 5# air separator in March 2005, and when the 16 heat exchangers were opened, the air channels were found jammed by slag wools of the air muffler, which led to increase of temperature difference at the hot end. 后对第二大组4只换热器进行了更换,并对其余换热器用硬纸板进行了爆破清除,虽然热端温差有所改善,但无法恢复至设计温度,现热端温差56,比消缺、改造前改善了4。 Later the 4 heat exchangers in the second large group were replaced, and other heat exchangers were blast cleaned with hard paper boards. The temperature difference at the hot end was improved to some extent, but the design temperature could not be achieved any more. At present the temperature difference at the hot end is 56, 4 better than the value before reconstruction. 3.粗氩塔液空侧阻力高:粗氩塔冷凝蒸发器在运转一段时间(约半年左右),出现冷凝蒸发器液空侧阻力增大,从正常56Kpa上升至18Kpa,随之氩馏份从60000Nm3/H,下降至48000 Nm3/H,后对粗氩塔冷凝蒸发器进行浸泡,但效果甚微,最终通过对粗氩塔冷凝蒸发器局部加温后,各项参数恢复正常。 The resistance at the liquid air side of the crude argon column is high: after a period of operation (about half a year), the resistance at the liquid air side of the condensing evaporator of the crude argon column increased from normal 56 kPa to 18 kPa, and the argon fraction decreased from 60000 Nm3/h to 48000 Nm3/h. Later the condensing evaporator of the crude argon column was immersed, while the effects are very small. Final part of the condensing evaporator of the crude argon column was heated, and then all parameters are restored to normal value. 4.副冷箱、液空泵管道,跑冷相当严重,空分塔冷箱局部结冰也较多,现通过用蒸汽吹扫,加以控制。 Cold air releasing was very serious for the secondary cold box and the pipes of the liquid air pump, and partial freezing of the cold box of the air separation tower was also serious.
