教学设计【课题】八年级下:Unit 6An old man tried to move the mountains.(SectionA 3a-3c) 七星关区千溪中学: 汤艳【教材分析】本课教学内容是八年级下第六单元SectionA 3a-3c部分,是一节阅读课。教师通过图片、音乐和微电影引入Journey to the West 这部中国经典传统文学名著向学生讲述它的意义,既可以激发学生阅读短文的欲望,又有利于学生理解3a中的短文。让学生在回答问题的过程中快速进入学习状态。从而激发他们对学习英语的兴趣和热情,提高学生的文学素养和人文素养。在阅读部分要训练学生阅读技能, 通过阅读练习,来提高阅读能力。【教学目标】1.知识目标重点词汇:object, hide,tail,magic,stick,excite, Western, 重点短语:o., a new TV program called Monkey, at other times,for the first time, became interested in重点句式:Most of them were hearing this story for the first time.But unless he can hide his tail,he cannot turn himself into a person.2.技能目标:1.通过图片、播放相关的歌曲及视频开启本课堂教学,激发学生的兴趣。2.通过阅读, 学会寻找关键信息,完成对文章的理解与运用,3.情感目标:1.学习英雄人物不怕困难、锲而不舍的奋斗精神。2.让学生学习故事中的人物遇事冷静、积极想办法解决问题的生活态度,提高学生的语言和文化素养。【教学重难点】1.掌握本部分出现的生词和词组,达到熟练运用的目标。2.阅读短文,获得相关的信息。通过阅读练习,来提高阅读能力。【教学课时】二课时【教学准备】准备课堂教学导读单、自制手工激励卡片、多媒体课件。【教学过程】第一课时Step1:Greating Teacher great to all the students .Step2:Leading_in一、lead in with pictures about traditional Chinese stories.T:Look at the pictures Do you know what the story is?Ss:T:Do you know what story the music is about?(T play the music about Journey to the West)Ss: Journey to the WestT: Do you like the story?Ss:T:Now please watch the moviecarefully.
