During the control cycle the infeed to the calibration hopper will be stopped.Metering accuracy : 0.5 % of the control measuring.2. 煤粉输送能力Fine coal Conveying Capacity 煤粉输送量应按照燃烧过程中所需的最大用煤量论证.由于煤粉输送量将低于转子秤的最大设计能力，最大能力应由最大能力测试过程中的转速，通过线性推断法计算出来。 Fine coal conveying shall be demonstrated up to the maximum required of the combustion process. Because this will be less than the designed maximum of the rotor scale , calculation of the maximum capacity will be made by linear extrapolation from the rpm during the test to the maximum capacity.3. 煤粉输送的稳定性Fine coal Conveying Stability应通过取样和检测设备对窑废气中的一氧化碳和氧含量进行连续监测，并将其记录在主控制室的图表上。Carbon monoxide and oxygen content of the kiln exit gases will be monitored continuous by sampling and measuring equipment which records on charts in the main control room. 测试过程中的CO不得超过0.2%，O2不低于3.5%。During a test the CO not exceed 0.2% Provide the O2 is not below 3.5% 测试过程中CO含量超出0.2%的火花频率每26小时平均不得超过3次。During a test the frequency of CO spikes above 0.2% must not exceed an average of 3 per 26 hours.双方同意特殊情况下的偏差(由于工厂操作环境而非新转子秤控制上的原因)可忽略不计。以上测试中出现的任何故障应由Pfister给予校正并重新进行测试。Mutually agreed deviations can be disregarded in special cases resulting from plant operation circumstances outside the control of the new rotor scales.
