Now，Well hear four conversationsListen carefully，point out each city in the picture as it comes upon the tapeplay the recording a second timeAsk Ss to write the name of the city in the pictureof its weather 6Tell the Ss；If you are in one of the places in the picture above，Talk about the weather 练习设计 (Pairwork)Show the map of lancang and ask Ss to talk to the weather in lancang. 教学反思 Its raining 这堂课是七年级下册重要也是有趣的一节课，下面对整节课的效果进行反思。在时间的把控上面，整节课上下来刚刚好，但是局部分配时间不是特别好，首先听力部分练习的比较少，只听了一遍。再者是学生练习部分应该加时。在来说说课堂效果方面。整堂课本人感觉开堂没有做好，没有完全调动学生的积极性，导致整堂课后半部分学生配合不是很积极，再者说，本人感觉课堂把控过紧，没有放手让学生开放性思维的说英语，然后在学生知识输出的时候感觉学生吸收整节课的内容效果不是很好。最后说说本人自身不足部分，第一本人发放指令
