The water distribution system is responsible to provide the seawater and fresh waters for users in the plant area.海水预处理及水分配系统包括两套海水原水泵、一座斜管沉淀池(内分两组)、一座虹吸滤池(内分8组)、一座1000m3海水原水池、一座综合水泵房(包括加药间及加氯间)、两座3000m3综合水池(含一座200 m3生活水池)The sea water pretreatment and water distribution system includes two sets of seawater pumps, a set of settling basin including 2 units, a set of filter basin including 8 units, a seawater tank with capacity of 1000m3, a set of service water pump house including dosing room and ClO2 generation room and 2 sets of raw water tanks with capacity of 3000m3, including a potable water tank with capacity of 200m3.海水预处理及水分配系统工艺流程如下:The flow diagram of the sea water pretreatment and water distribution system please see the diagram below: 加药 循泵电机冷却润滑 排泥、放空海水原水泵 斜管沉淀池 虹吸滤池 海水原水池 海水淡化 厂区雨水排水沟系统 综合水池 水泵 用户C.W. pump motor cooling and lubricantDosing equipment Chemical Dosing Discharge or EmptyingSeawater pump Settling Basin Filter Basin Seawater Tank Rain Drainage ditchDesalting System Raw water tank Pump Users2海水预处理及水分配系统2、Design description of the sea water pretreatment & water distribution system2.1海水原水供应2.1 Seawater supply海水原水可以通过海水原水泵直接供应或通过循环水管上接出支管供给。正常情况下,海水原水由循环水泵供应。海水原水被送至海水预处理系统进行处理,还同时送至锅炉定排水坑作为锅炉定排冷却水。当循环水管压力不足(1机1泵)时,或循环水系统无水时(水处理系统运行调试期间),海水原水由海水原水泵供应。The raw sea water is feed by either sea water pump directly or C.W pump with a branch from C.W pipe. As normal condition, sea water is feed by C.W pump. The pumps are responsible to provide raw sea water to the sea water pretreatment system and cooling water for boiler blowing down sump at the same time.When the pressure of C.W. pipe is not enough (1 C.W. pump for 1 unit only), or C.W. pipe has no pressure water, the raw sea water is feed by raw sea water pumps.2.2海水原水泵共2台,安装在循环水泵房进水间。海水原水泵为深井泵,其主要性能规范为:型号为500JC/KS750-23X1,Q=600900m3/h,H=0.250.2Mpa,N=75kw2.2 There are 2 sets of sea water pumps which installed in C.W. pump inlet chamber. The pump is deep well type and its specification is as following: 500JC/XS750-23X1 type,Q=600900m3/h,H=0.250.2Mpa,N=75kw。2.3斜管沉淀池2.3 Settling Basin斜管沉淀池为钢筋混凝土结构,沉淀池尺寸为9800210006620,沉淀池分为单独的两组,每组最大处理能力为400m3/h。每组沉淀池按水流方向依此为管式混合器、水力反应区、整流区及沉淀区。Settling basin is reinforced concrete structure pouring on-spot building which size is 9800mm21000mm6620mm. The settling basin has two individual same part with capacity of 400m3/h, and each part has mixer, hydraulic reaction area, water fairing area and settling area along the flow direction.管式混合器的作用是使混凝剂及助凝剂在进入反应池之前与水体充分搅拌混合。混合时间为3秒。 The mixers function is fully mixing flocculating agent and coagulation aid before the agent flowing into reaction area. The time of mixing is 3 seconds.沉淀池反应区供沉淀池原水混凝反应之用,使胶体颗粒脱稳形成较大的絮凝体。反应区水力分级为3级,反应时间为13.8min,反应区共分为24格竖井反应池,前8格反应池为水力等级第一级,放置密网格(每格竖井中放置5层玻璃钢反应网格板),孔眼尺寸80100mm,网格层距:600mm;中间8格反应池为水力等级第二级,放置疏网格(每格竖井中放置5层玻璃钢反应网格板),孔眼尺寸150100mm,网格层距:600mm;后8格反应池为水力等级第三级,不放置网格。 The reaction area is used for flocculation of raw water. The colloidal grains lose stability and form bigger floccules in this area. There are 24 subareas belonging to 3 hydraulic r classes: the first 8 subareas belonging to 1st hydraulic class are equipped with dense mesh screens (5 floors F.R.P. reaction mesh screens are equipped in each silo, and the mesh size is 80100mm and the distance between every floors is 600mm); the middle 8 subareas belonging to 2nd hydraulic class are equipped with sparse mesh screens (5 floors F.R.P. reaction mesh screens are equipped in each silo, and the mesh size is 150100mm and the distance between every floors is 600mm); The last 8 subareas belong to 3rd hydraulic class without screen. The total reaction time is 13.8 minutes.整流区采用玻璃钢整流格板整流。Water fairing area is equipped with F.R.P. fairing screens.沉淀区安装逆向流斜管,使反应后形成的胶体絮凝颗粒在斜管中沉降,清水从斜管上部流出进入集水槽以实现泥水分离的目的。斜管为正六角蜂窝斜管,斜长为1m,内径为35mm,安装角度为60度。斜管采用乙丙共聚材料,防海水腐蚀、无毒、不易老化。沉淀区设计上升负荷为10m3/m2.h。Settling area has converse flow slope pipe which drive the flocculation matter formed in reaction area to deposit and cleanly water rising from top of the pipe, so make the flocculation matter deposit and separate out sludge. The slope pipe is positive hexed-angle honeycomb slope pipe. The slope length of pipe is 1m, inner diameter is 35mm, and installing angle is 60 degrees. The material of pipe is Ethylene-propylene element, which is anticorrosive from sea water and nontoxic, not easy to aging. The water rising load is 10m3/m2.h in the settling area.斜管沉淀池反应区及沉淀区均布置了DN150穿孔排泥管。反应区排泥管采用手动阀门排泥,沉淀区排泥管采用气动排泥阀门自动或手动排泥。沉淀区排泥管上还设置有冲洗水管及检修隔断阀门。There are DN150 sludge perforate pipes in both reaction area and settling area. The sludge perforate pipes in reaction area have manual sludge valves while the sludge perforate pipes in settling area have pneumatic sludge valves which can operate automatically or manually. The sludge pipes of setting area also have swash pipes and valves for examine and repair.沉淀池顶部设置有运行人员检修巡视通道。At the top of the settling basin there is a walkway for examine and repair.2.4虹吸滤池2.4 Filter basin虹吸滤池为钢筋混凝土结构,尺寸为12150134505750。滤池分为8组过滤单元,并在清水区相互连通。8组单元正常时应同时运行,若其中一格需要检修,应采用水平孔盖封堵相应单元的清水出水孔,并打开该单元池底放空阀门,放空池内海水,以使维护人员下池检修。Filter basin is reinforced concrete structure which size is 12150mm13450mm5750mm. The filter has 8 filter units, and connected with cleanly water area. The 8 units always run together. If one unit needs examine or repair, should plug up the cleanly water outlet of this unit with blind flange and open the drain valve at the basin bottom of this unit.虹吸滤池设计最大处理能力为800m3/h,设计滤速为10m/h,滤料层面积为84m2,滤料层高度700mm。滤料采用天然石英砂。滤料级配:粒径0.6-1.2mm,不均匀系数1.3-1.4mm。The design maximum capacity of the filter basin is 800m3/h, and the design speed of filtering is 10m/h. The area of the filter element floor is 84m2 and the height is 700mm. The filter element is nature quartz sand. particle grade: particle size is 0.6-1.2mm,non-uniformity coefficient is1.3-1.4mm.滤池配水系统采用滤头小阻力配水系统,承托层采用天然砾石,由上至下分别为粒径2-4mm厚50mm,粒径4-8mm厚50mm,粒径8-16mm厚50mm,粒径16-32mm厚50mm,共200mm。The filter basin has a low water resistance distribution system with filter caps, and the support floor uses nature gravel. The gravel diameter classes are 2-4mm (thickness: 50mm), 4-8mm (thickness: 50mm), 8-16mm (thickness: 50mm) and 16-32mm (thickness: 50mm) The total thickness is 200mm. 滤池反洗方式为水反洗,反洗强度为15 L/sm2。The backwashing of filter basin uses water with intensity of 15 L/sm2.滤池反洗及过滤采用一套虹吸系统,以实现水力自动控制。There is a siphonal system for automatic controlling both filter basin running & backwashing.2.4.1虹吸系统工作原理2.4.1 Siphon system work principle Hydraulic auto control diagram进水虹吸系统:Chart serial number explanation(1)辅助虹吸管 (2)抽气管 (3)强制破坏阀门 (4)破坏管封闭阀门 (5)破坏管(15)抽气三通 (1) Assistant siphon pipe (2) suction pipe (3) enforced breakage valve (4) breakage pipe valve (5) breakage pipe (15) suction tee排水虹吸系统: Drainage siphon system:(6)辅助虹吸管 (7)抽气管 (8)计时调节阀 (9)破坏管 (10)计时水槽 (11)强制操作阀门 (16)抽气三通 (6) Assistant siphon pipe (7) suction pipe (8) time regulation valve (9) breakage pipe (10) time water trough (11) enforced operation valve (16) suction tee强制虹吸系统:Enforced siphon system:(12)强制辅助虹吸管 (13)抽气三通 (14)强制辅助虹吸管阀门 (17)抽气管(18)强制破坏及备用抽气阀门(12) Enforced assistant siphon pipe (13) suction tee (14) valve for enforced assistant siphon pipe (17) suction tee (18) valve for breakage enforcing and spare suction水力自动控制Hydraulic auto control冲洗形成:Washing在滤池一个滤程的后期,滤池内水位升高,排水辅助虹吸管(6)的进口被淹没,水由辅助虹吸管(6)流到排水渠时在抽气三通(16)处形成负压,把排水虹吸管内空气不断抽走,排水虹吸管内水位即较快地上升,形成虹吸排水,当排水后,滤池内水位迅速下降,降到接近排水槽上口时,清水即通过配水系统穿过滤层向上流动,开始形成冲洗。At the late filtering, the level increases, the inlet of assistant siphon pipe for drainage will be submerged, water flows to suction tee through assistant siphon pipe and drainage ditch, where there is negative pressure that suck air in the siphon pipe for drainage, and cause the level to ascend quickly and siphon; after drainage is over, the level in filter will descend quickly to the top of effluent trough, the filtered water will move up through filter material by distributing, and siphoning forms again.停止进水:。influent off:排水虹吸形成后滤池内水位迅速下降,当降到进水虹吸破坏管(5)的管口以下后,空气进入进水虹吸管,虹吸破坏,即停止进水。When siphoning for drainage forms, the level in filter will descend quickly below the pipe (5), at this time, air enters in siphon pipe for influent to break out siphoning, then, influent off.停止冲洗:Washing off:排水虹吸管形成虹吸后,滤池内水位下降到计时水槽(10)的上沿时,槽内的水被破坏管(9)吸出,水位下降,经一定时间可调节阀门(8),破坏管(9)的管口露出,空气进入排气虹吸管,虹吸破坏,冲洗停止。:After siphoning for drainage forms, the level in filter descend to the up of time trough (10), where water will be sucked by pipe (9) and water level descends; after some time, adjust valve(8) to extend out the nozzle of pipe (9), air enters in siphon pipe for gas exhaust to break out siphoning, then, washing off.恢复进水:Influent resumes冲洗停止后,滤池内水位逐渐回升,当水位淹没进水虹吸破坏管(5)的下口时,进气口被封住,由于进水辅助虹吸管(1)及抽气三通(15)的作用,将进水虹吸管内的空气不断抽走,又开成虹吸,从而恢复进水After washing, the level in filter will ascend slowly to submerge the down nozzle of pipe (5), at this time, the air nozzle is sealed, air in siphon pipe for influent will be sucked constantly because of assistant siphon pipe (1) and suction tee (15), siphoning will form again, and influent resumes.手动操作。Manual operation强制虹吸:Enforced siphon:每组滤池设一套抽气装置,接到各排水虹吸管的抽气管上,当任一滤池在在任何水位的情况下需要冲洗时,只需打开强制虹吸辅助管上的阀门(14)及(11),就可以使排水虹吸管形成虹吸,进行冲洗,冲洗停止后关闭阀门(14)及(11),而进水虹吸在任何情况都能自动形成虹吸,故不必强制。Every filter will be equipped with a set of suction device, connecting with suction pipe of drainage siphon; you only open (14)valve and (11), which may let drainage siphon pipe form siphoning if one filter need washing; turn off valves (14) and (11) if washing is over. For influent, under any condition, siphoning may form without enforcing automatically.2.4.2 第一次运行2.4.2 The 1st runing向配水槽注水,使进水虹吸管形成水封,关闭阀门(4),进水虹吸管即形成虹吸开始工作,当滤池正常工作后,再打开阀门(4)。When influent siphon pipe is in water-sealed state, shut off valve (4), siphoning forms by itself, and when filter can run normally, valve (4) will be shut off.2.5海水原水池2.5 Sea water tank海水原水池为半地下水池,容积为1000m3,储存来自虹吸滤池处理后的海水。海水原水池尺寸为20000120004800。水池进水管为DN500玻璃钢管,并设置有DN500溢流水管。水池检修时采用移动排水泵抽排。Sea water tank is a half embedded tank with capacity of 1000m3,storing sea water from filter basin. The size of the tank is 20000120004800. The Tank is equipped with DN500 F.R.P. inlet pipe and DN500 overflow pipe. Use mobile drainage sump pump to empty out the tank when test or repair.在1000m3海水原水池内设置水位计,其水位值在控制室内分别连续显示,并能在水位值5.20、2.00m时在控制室发出报警信号(以水泵吸水坑底标高为0.00m)。当水位在2.00m时,停止除冷却水泵外的所有水泵,水位低于2.00m时,除冷却水泵外的所有水泵不得启动;当水位在1.50m时,向控制室发出强烈报警,运行人员必须密切关注水池水位变化情况,并随时准备切换循环水泵冷却润滑水源。运行人员在接到海水原水池液位异常而报警时,应及时赶往现场处理。There is a water level meter in the 1000m3 sea water tank. The signal of water level can be monitored in the control room of service water pump house and send out alarm signal when the water level is 5.20m or 2.00m. When the water level is 2.00m, stop all pumps except cooling water pump, and all the pumps MUST stop except cooling water pump when the water level is lower than 2.00m. When the water level is 1.50m, send out intensive alarm, and operator must watch the water level carefully and prepare to change cooling and lubricating water any time. The level of the bottom of the pumps absorbing pit is 0.00m. Alarm means the water level is unnormal, and operator must go to the tank to deal with the alarm.化水原水泵及冷却水泵都安装在海水原水池旁,可在就地或控制室手动启停。当运行水泵事故时,其备用泵能自动投运,并发出报警信号,显示事故水泵编号。首次或中间启动水泵时,水位低于不得低于0.70m。The chemical raw water pumps and cooling water pumps are installed nearby the sea water tank and can be control to start and stop on the spot or in the control room. When the working pump is stopped by accident, the standby pump shall be automatic turned on and the alarm shall be ringing while the number of accident pump is displaying at same time.When the pumps run first time, the water level in tank must be over than 0.70m, when the pumps run after pumps stop, the water level in tank must be over than 0.70m, too.海水原水池旁设置有水分配系统中为海水淡化系统、循泵电机冷却及润滑供水的化水原水泵及冷却水泵。There are chemical raw water pumps for sea water desalting system and cooling water pumps for cooling and lubricating water of C.W pump motor.化水原水泵向海水淡化系统提供处理后的海水,为卧式离心泵,共两台,其主要性能规范为: Q=380m3/h, H=0.45Mpa,N=75kw。灭火时,在消防水池水位已降到最低水位,火情仍未扑灭时,化水原水泵停止向淡化系统供水,转向供水至消防水泵吸水井。Chemical raw water pumps are two sets of horizontal centrifugal pumps providing treated sea water to desalting system, and the specification is as following: Q=380m3/h, H=0.45Mpa, N=75kw. When the fire occurs, and the water level in raw water tank is adopt as low minimum level, chemical raw water pumps feed water to inlet well of firefighting pumps instead of desalting system.冷却水泵向循环水泵电机提供冷却及润滑用海水,为卧式离心泵,共两台,其主要性能规范为: Q=50m3/h,H=0.50Mpa,N=15kw。Cooling water pumps are two sets of horizontal centrifugal pumps providing sea water to C.W pump motor for cooling and lubricating, and the specification is as following: Q=50m3/h, H=0.50Mpa, N=15kw.2.6综合水池2.6 Raw water tank 本工程设2座3000 m3的综合水池,含1座200m3的生活水池。综合水池与生活水池合建。综合水池尺寸为50000mm24000mm5700mm(工业、生活水分别通过安装于综合水泵房的水泵升压厂区各用水点)。There are 2 raw water tanks with capability of 3000 m3 including a domestic water tank with capacity of 200m3. The two tanks are integrated together, and the total size is 50000mm24000mm5700mm. The service and potable water is pumped by pumps installed in service water pump house to each user of the plant.2.7综合水泵房2.7 Service water pump house综合水泵房内设置了1台柴油消防水泵、1台电动消防水泵、2台稳压泵、1套气压水罐、2台工业水泵、2台带变频的生活水泵及配套气压罐;还设置了供安装、检修用的起重设备。泵房设置在综合水池旁,与加药间、加氯间、控制室及配电间合建。其各类水泵的主要参数如下。柴油消防泵:XBC10/150-300N4/585型,Q=576m3/h,H=0.97Mpa, N=280kw;电动消防泵:XBD9.4/150-250M4/565(T)型,Q=540m3/h ,H=0.94Mpa,V=6000V,N=220kw;稳压泵: KQDL65-16x6型, Q=30m3/h,H=0.96MPa,N=15kw;气压水罐: V=9m3;工业水泵:KQL65/200-7.5/2型,Q=25m3/h,H=0.50MPa,N=7.5kw;生活水泵:KQL65/220-11/2型,Q=43m3/h,H=0.60MPa ,N=11kw.There are a set of diesel fire fighting pump, a set of motor driven fire fighting pump, 2 sets of fire fighting jockey pumps, a set of firefighting surge tank, 2 sets of service water pumps and 2 sets of potable water pumps with a surge tank in the service pump house. A set of electric single-beam bridge crane is equipped for installation and maintenance in pump house. The pump house is integrated with dosing room, ClO2 generation room and switchboard room locating nearby the raw water tank.
