plan is specially worked out for cold weather construction to guarantee the project safety and quality cold weather construction will involve the following disciplines in accordance with the work scope 1 区冬季施工主要有 土建 土方工程 钢筋工程 混凝土工程 防腐工程 钢结构 预制厂管道等 南京地区冬季温度在 0 至 6 持续时间相对较长 为确保工程进度 冬 季施工的工程质量和施工安全 参加施工的各施工班组要根据本工种特点 认真按照冬季 施工技术措施来施工 The disciplines involved in Area 1 are CSA earth work concrete work and coating steel structure pipe fabrication etc The average winter temperature for Nanjing area is kept between 6 and 0 in Nanjing and duration is comparatively long so each construction team 冬季施工前的准备工作三 冬季施工前的准备工作 Preparation before cold weather construction 1 冬季施工开始和结束的日期应以气温条件为准 即当室外昼夜平均气温低于 5 且最低气温低于 0 时 即转入冬季施工 当次年初春连续七昼夜不出现负温时 方可转入常温施工 各施工队要提前做好寒流到来前的防冻工作 根据以往的经验 寒流 到来时气温变化突然并伴有大风 雨雪天气 温度大幅度下降 对施工尤为不利 各施工 队要密切注意冬施前和冬施结束时的天气预报以及现场实测大气温度纪录 现场需要开始 安排专人进行大气测温 并做好记录 质量检查员现场进行监督检查 切实做好提前进入 冬施的工作准备 The start date and end date for cold weather construction is defined as per actual temperature it starts with the average outdoor temperature of day and night below 5 and the lowest temperature under 0 and ends with the continuous seven days and nights temperature above 0 Cold current is always coming with sudden temperature change accompanying with heavy winds rains and snow which is unfavorable to construction so each construction team shall be closely watching out for the weather reports and the field air temperature record a exclusive personnel shall be arrange for temperature measuring and recording and QC shall perform site inspection and supervision work A good preparation is essential 2 对商品混凝土搅拌站提出技术要求 必须提前做好采暖与保温工作 以保证冬 施期间砼施工的正常进行 搅拌站试验室开混凝土配合比等有关工作也应执行冬施的有关 规定 混凝土掺加外加剂时应指定专人负责 不得由他人随意配制 Set up the technical requirements of winter construction for commodity concrete batching plant they shall guarantee all heating and insulation work done ahead of time and the concrete construction in order The concrete ratio and relevant items shall also meet with the regulations of cold weather construction 3 工程冬季施工基槽 管沟土方开挖 混凝土施工 为节约能源 降低成本 采 用蓄热法保温和养护 开挖后的土方 管沟采用棉毡和草袋保温覆盖 Heat storage insulation and curing shall be applied for the excavation of foundation trench pipe trench and earth to save energy and cost The excavated earth and pipe trench shall be covered with blankets and straw bags 4 做好技术准备工作 进入冬季施工前 要由工地技术人员向有关班组作一次冬 施工作的技术交底 对参加施工的所有管理人员和施工作业人员进行培训 使之了解冬施的重要性 及应注意的事项 现场施工前对作业人员做技术安全交底 All management personnel and operators shall be trained with the knowledge of winter construction Make sure they can understand the importance of winter construction and the attentions shall be paid for Make technical classification before construction 四 冬季施工主要材料准备四 冬季施工主要材料准备 Preparation for main material of construction in cold weather 冬季施工主要材料应根据图纸及设计变更的工程量确定 其中 混凝土外加剂 早 强剂 防冻剂等 的用量要根据图纸工程量及试验室提供的配合比来确定 塑料布 棉毡 草袋等保温材料可根据设计图纸等相关工程量提前进行准备 各种施工机械在进入冬季施 工前 要备好冬季所用的防冻液和冬季用油 冬季施工辅助材料草袋 棉毡 蓬布 塑料 布 脚手杆 白铁皮 防冻剂按实际需要确定 早强剂按实际需要确定 温度计 所列冬 施材料仅供参考 实际需要材料品种和数量以现场实际发生量为准 其中防冻剂 早强剂 用量根据混凝土用量及掺加量由商品混凝土搅拌站统一考虑 Main material should be based on drawings and design changes Among them the volume of concrete admixtures early strength agent Main technical measures for construction 一 土方工程冬季施工 Cold Weather Construction for earthwork 1 土方开挖 工程主要土建基础 地下给排水管线 土方开挖工程量较小 宜采取 人工开挖 采用撬棍 钢钎 尖镐施工 Excavation with small amount of work for main civil foundation underground pipeline for water supply and drainage excavation by hands should be adopted using crowbar drill rod pick 二 钢筋工程冬季施工 Cold Weather Construction for rebar 1 钢筋在加工 运输 绑扎过程中 要注意防止撞击 刻痕等缺陷 Attention should be paid to prevent defects such as impact nicks etc occurred in processing transportation and banding 2 冰雪天要采取护盖措施 防止钢筋表面结冰瘤 在混凝土浇筑前 应清除钢筋上 的积雪 冰屑 必要时用热空气加热 绑扎完毕后尽快进入下一道工序 Protecting cover should be used if there is ice and snow to prevent icing on steel surface Prior to concrete pouring remove snow and ice if necessary use hot air for heating start the next process once finish banding 3 在负温下承受静荷载的混凝土构件中 主要受力钢筋的选用原则 当温度较底时 可选用 级热轧钢筋 不宜采用冷拔低碳钢丝 冷扎带肋钢筋 the principle of selection for main bars inside the concrete structures withstanding static load use grade hot rolled steel bars not cold drawn low carbon steel wire cold rolled ribbed steel bars 4 钢筋冬季焊接工艺要求 闪光对焊时 宜采用预热闪光焊或闪光 预热闪光焊 增 加调伸长度 采用较底变压器级数 增加预热次数和间歇时间 电弧焊时 增大焊接电 流 减低焊接速度 电弧帮条焊或搭接焊时 第一层焊缝应从中间引弧 向两端施焊 以后各层控温施焊 层间温度控制在 150 350 之间 多层施焊时 采取回火焊道施焊 雪天现场不宜焊接作业 必须施焊时 应采取有效遮蔽措施 焊后未冷却接头不得碰到冰 雪 Requirements of steel welding in cold weather for flash butt welding it is desirable to use preheating flash welding or flash preheating flash welding increasing extension length use lower transformers class increase preheats frequency and interval For Arc welding increase the welding current reduce the welding speed for arc welding or lap welding the first layer of weld should start from the middle to both ends the other layers welded by controlling temperature between 150 350 For Multi layer Project IPS Project C435 MEI Owner BYC ContractorNCCREV 0 welding 三 混凝土工程冬期施工 Cold Weather Construction for concrete 1 混凝土冬期施工时 混凝土采用蓄热并掺外加剂 上部覆盖的方法养护 同时 搭设挡风墙围护 覆盖采用铺一层聚氯乙烯薄膜保湿 然后覆盖棉毡和草袋保温 Cure by heat storage and additive with upper cover Meanwhile put up wind retaining wall covering a layer of PVC for moisturizing and then covering cotton blankets and straw bags for insulation 2 在冬期施工开始之前 在基坑或基槽东北侧 主风向 采用搭设挡风墙 可采 用钢管脚手架和篷布搭设 搭设挡风墙时要注意 基坑 基槽与挡风墙之间要留有足够的 空间 同时要注意围护严密 不透风 并绑扎牢固 Put up wind walls in the northeast side of Pit or groove main wind direction with sufficient space in between and with windproof 3 材料 混凝土采用商品混凝土 所使用材料的储存 搅拌 运输由搅拌站及入 模前的混凝土保温由搅拌站控制 material controlled by batching plant prior to usage 1 水泥使用前要运入暖棚内存放 Store in greenhouse prior to usage 2 混凝土组成材料加热温度要根据需要混凝土拌合物的最终温度按计算确定 混凝土的 温度要控制在 35 以内 冬季施工期间用砂中不得含有直径大于 1cm 的冻块 不得使用 冻灰膏 冻灰浆 The heating temperature of concrete compositions should be calculated according to the final temperature of mixture controlled within 35 Frozen blocks with diameter of more than 1cm cold gray paste or frozen mortar are not allowed to use 3 组成材料要优先考虑加热水 加热方法由商品混凝土站统一考虑 当水加热达不到 要求温度时 考虑对砂石加热 当石子干燥无冻块时 可只加热砂子 混凝土浇筑时间 应尽量选在上午 9 00 以后 下午 16 00 以前气温较高的时间 浇筑完毕要及时覆盖 保温 for heating first hot water heating method to be considered by concrete batching plant if needed use gravel heating It is better time after 9 00 in the morning and prior to 16 00 in the afternoon for concrete pouring It must be promptly covered for insulation upon finishing pouring 4 在混凝土冬季施工中 应在混凝土拌制过程中 掺入一定量的化学外加剂 如调节混 凝土凝结 硬化性能的早强剂 改善混凝土抗冻的防冻剂等 Chemical additive such as early strength agent and antifreeze is recommended 5 根据规范要求化工生产装置的砼不得使用氯盐或含氯盐的复合早强剂和防冻剂 根据 大气负温度不同 选择不同的掺量 因此要求商品混凝土搅拌站提前做试配 在进入冬季 施工前 搅拌站对所选用的外加剂要进行钢筋锈蚀试验 7d 抗压强度试验和碱含量试验 Project IPS Project C435 MEI Owner BYC ContractorNCCREV 0 以及 7 天 28 天强度比试验 并按照相关规范要求做见证试验 According to specification concrete with early strength agents and antifreeze contenting chloride salt or salt chlorine compound is not allowed to use for Chemical production equipment Mixing test should be done in advance Corrosion tests for reinforcement 7d pressure strength test and alkali contents tests should be conducted for additives and as well as 7 days 28 days strength ratio test and witness testing in accordance with the relevant regulations 4 混凝土搅拌 运输 浇筑 养护要求 requirements for concrete mixing transport pouring curing 1 搅拌时要先投入砂石和水拌合 然后再投入水泥拌合 不得将水泥与热水直接搅拌 以免产生假凝 搅拌时间比常温季节延长 50 严禁将带有冻团和冰雪的砂石装入搅拌 机内 商品混凝土搅拌站对混凝土搅拌运输冬施要求按照规范规定来控制 When mixing start with sand and water mixing first and then put into cement Cement and water shall not be mixed directly in order to avoid false condensate Stirring time should be 50 longer than normal Gravel with ice and snow or frozen ball is not allowed to put into agitator 2 严寒季节浇筑混凝土要对运输机具进行适当的护盖保温 尽量缩短运输距离和装卸次 数 浇筑时要快浇快盖 工作面尽量缩小 以减少热损失 随时对混凝土入模温度采用温 度计测温 Appropriate insulation for transport vehicles shorten transport distance and reduce handling times quick pouring and cover narrow working area to reduce heat loss Constantly detect temperature 3 混凝土浇筑后要随时测量入模温度 并及时做好保湿保温覆盖 先覆盖一层塑料布来 保湿 然后再覆盖一层棉毡或草袋来保温 各层要相互搭盖严密 敷设后要注意防潮和防 止透风 After pouring constantly measure temperature of concrete into the mold Well do the covering work for keeping moisture and insulation timely First covered with a layer of plastic sheeting for keeping moisture and then covered with a layer of cotton felt or straw bags for insulation put layers tightly After that pay attention to moisture proof and ventilate 四 钢结构施工措施 Work of steel structure 1 刮风 下雨雪时 主要的柱梁焊接应搭设挡风 雨雪棚 否则停止焊接作业 待雨雪 停后清理干净再进行焊接作业 When it winds or snows sheds should be put up for welding of main columns 2 焊缝处积存的冰雪应彻底清除干净 Snow accumulation at welding joints should be thoroughly cleaned Project IPS Project C435 MEI Owner BYC ContractorNCCREV 0 3 焊接焊口时 应用火焊把适当加热 焊接必须连续焊完 不应中途停止 When welding weld joints appropriately heat with holder Welding must be one time finished without stop in midway 4 焊后药皮的清除 应在焊缝温度降低后进行 Removal of coating should not start until cooling down after welding 5 焊缝焊接后 严禁在低温下矫正其变形或用大锤敲击焊缝 After welding prohibit the correction of the deformation at low temperatures or percussion of weld using a sledgehammer 6 焊材库和焊条发放站应注意对室内湿度的监测 增加除湿设备除湿 Welding Electrodes library and distribution points should pay attention to monitoring the indoor humidity Increase the dehumidification equipment 7 焊条应装入性能良好的焊条筒内才能进入现场 现场严禁敞口 焊条在筒内存放时间 以 2 3 小时以内为宜 超过时间应及时退换 Electrodes should be loaded into quivers with good performance Prohibit exposure on site The storage time should be no more than 2 3 hours Otherwise they should be promptly changed for new ones 8 高强螺栓接头安装时构件摩擦面不得有积雪结冰 不得接触泥土 油污等赃物 when install high strength bolt connector there shouldn t be snow ice on the friction surface of the parts No contact with soil oil or other dirt 五 钢结构除锈 刷油漆 保温作业的控制 Work control of rust removal painting and insulation for steel structure 1 除锈作业应与刷底层油漆同步 否则应重新除锈 Rust removal should be synchronized with painting bedding otherwise should be re do 2 在环境湿度 85 或下雨 下雪 则应停止室外作业 If the environmental humidity 85 or it rains or snows outdoor work should suspend 3 刷面漆前应检查确认底漆表层干燥 Prior to painting finishing coat check to make sure the surface of the base coat dry 4 在低于 5 时不宜刷油 Below 5 no brushing of oil 5 冬季刷油宜在有太阳天气 上午 9 00 到下午 3 00 时施工 油漆工程冬期施工 材料需加催干剂 应选则晴天干燥无风天气施工 禁止用热风吹油漆面 以免油漆面凝结 水珠 油漆层基层应干燥 Painting work should be done on sunny from 9 00 am to 3 00 pm drying agent should be added Prohibit blow with hot wind to avoid condensation of drops on paint surface Base coat should be dry 六 管道工程施工 Pipe work 1 冬期施工时 除管道施工正常的准备工作外 还要准备足够的保温材料 包括施工保 Project IPS Project C435 MEI Owner BYC ContractorNCCREV 0 温用料和临时设施的防寒用料 保温用料采用棉毡 阻燃型 施工防寒可采用阻燃蓬布 搭设暖棚 Prepare sufficient insulation materials including insulation materials of cotton blanket flame retardant type for construction and greenhouses put up with fire retardant sheeting for temporary facilities 2 冬期焊接工艺管道时 要严防管道焊口急剧冷却 焊接施工时要搭设防护棚 做好防 风防雪措施 同时清除施焊部位附近管道上的冰雪 堵住焊接管道的两端管口 不使管内 空气形成对流 When welding prevent rapid cooling of weld joints put up protective shelters take precautionary measures for snow and wind while remove ice and snow on pipes near the welding positions block both ends of the pipe being welded to avoid internal air convection 3 当气温在 5 以下时 要将管端 10 15cm 以上的范围预热至 150 200 并在 预热停止后立即施焊 焊接后盖上 40cm 宽石棉带 防止焊缝骤冷 当气温在 15 以 下时 为保证工程质量 不宜进行焊接施工 When the temperature is below 5 preheat areas no less than 10 15cm of pipe ends to 150 200 upon preheating immediately weld Upon finishing cover asbestos tape of 40cm wide to prevent quenching of weld joints When the temperature is below 15 in order to ensure work quality it is not suitable for welding work 六 冬季施工期间的安全生产措施六 冬季施工期间的安全生产措施 Safety measures for cold weather construction 1 严格认真执行项目管理公司冬季施工安全生产有关规定 进入冬施期间要对所有 参与现场施工的人员进行安全教育 提高安全防护意识 对施工人员的住所 饮食 及现 场环境卫生定期检查 避免住所随便使用电器设备并防止电缆漏电 发生人员伤害事故 创造良好的工作和生活环境 以保证健康的身体 Scrupulously implement the safety requirements for cold weather construction by Management Company Conduct safety training to site construction personnel to raise safety awareness Check the accommodation of construction personnel catering and site sanitation regularly 2 道路 脚手架 梯子 平台等要有防滑措施 设防滑条 Anti skid measures for roads scaffolding ladders and platforms set anti slip section 3 冬季吊装作业前要仔细检查清扫吊件上的积雪 积冰 防止吊装索具打滑 路 面积雪及时清除 Prior to lifting work double check and clean snow on hanging pieces of snow Remove snow on the road timely Project IPS Project C435 MEI Owner BYC ContractorNCCREV 0 4 进入冬季施工期前对所有交通车辆 施工机械进行一次全面大检查 落实保温被 防滑链 防冻液的准备情况 防冻液的质量必须符合要求 不得使用变质或劣质产品 施 工机械 车辆应更换冬季润滑油和防冻液 冬季施工期间所有交通车辆和施工机械在当天 工作结束后 应及时将冷却水排尽 所有运行在冰雪道路上的交通车辆均应安装防滑链 驾驶时应减速慢行 Overall
