We also understand how to manage staff, how to set up good relationship and so on.2.0 Finding1. The business structure Enterprise organization structure is the enterprise internal organizational each organic constituent elements of interaction between contact or forms, in order to effectively and reasonably the organization members to organize, to achieve a common goal concerted efforts. Organizational structure is the enterprise resources and power distribution carriers, which in the persons active behaviour, through information transmission, bearing the enterprise business flow, promote or hinder the process of the corporate mission. Due to the organizational structure in enterprises basic position and key role, all enterprise strategic transformation, all must first in organizational structure begin.In this case the company two type structure. One is called “ tall ”model anther is called“flating ”model. David likely use the first one however, the Niel use the second structure. Narrow spans of control result in tall organisational structures, having many levels of supervision. Tall structures have advantages of close supervision and control and fast communication between subordinates and superiors. Disadvantages are high cost due to the numerous levels, supervisors may get too involved in the work of subordinates and undue delay may be caused because information has to be carried through several levels, upwards and downwards. Flat structures have the advantage of supervisors having to delegate and ensure clear policies are laid down. Disadvantages include the possible loss of control by the supervisor and need for high-quality managers as their workload tends to be so high that bottlenecks may occur. Numerous research studies have not produced definite conclusions as to whether tall or flat structure is best. Extremely tall or flat structures are the exceptions and usually growth is directed so that the dimensions are kept in reasonable balance. An important objective of organisation planning should be simplicity, which helps communications and can reduce overhead costs. These two ideals are often used to describe the structure in an organisation.2. The benefit of new structureFlating structure The organizational structure of flating, is by reducing the management level, cuts redundant staff to establish a compact structure, make the flat organization to become agile, agile, improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness. Advantages of flating organizational structure are mainly embodied in the following respects: the first, information flow unobstructed, make the decision cycle shortens. The organizational structure of flating, can reduce the information distortion, increase the direct link to subordinate, information communication and decision-making form and efficiency are available to change. Second, strengthen creativity, flexibility, causing morale and production efficiency, and staff job enthusiasm enhanced. Third, it can reduce costs. Management level and worker, decrease in the number of work efficiency, will bring lower production costs, thus make the company operational cost reduction, competitive market advantage enhanced. Fourth, helps to enhance the response ability and coordination. Enterprise all the department Organizational structure .The door and personnel more directly facing the market, reduce the decision and action between the delay, strengthens the market competition and dynamic response ability, thus make the organization ability become more flexible and more sensitive.3. How to set up new structuresLinear system linear system is one of the earliest and most simple of organization. It is characteristic of the enterprise all administrative unit from top to bottom implement vertical leadership, the subordinate section only accept a higher authoritys instruction, various director responsible for their subordinate units responsible for all the problems. The factory department not another set functional organization (set functional staff assist people to work), all of the management function basically all by the competent administrative oneself implementation. The organizational structure with linear system advantage is: structure is simpler, responsibility trenchant, command unification. Defect is: it requires the administrator of familiarity with many knowledge and skills, personally handle various business. This business is more complex, firm size is larger, all management functions are concentrated to top executive person, apparently it cannot play. Therefore, linear system applies only to smaller scale, production technology simpler enterprises, the production technology and management of the complex enterprise is not appropriate. ZhiNengZhi organizational structure is all administrative unit except competent head outside, still set up some functional organization accordingly. As in the factory director below established functions agencies and personnel, assist the director engaged in functional management work. This structure required the corresponding competent administrative management duties and powers to related functional organization; each functional organization shall have the right to in their business within the lower administrative units command. Therefore, the lower administrative charge in addition to receiving higher administrative competent people command outside, still must accept superior each functional organization leadership.4. Contingency theoryContingency one word with the specific situation and become or in accordance with the circumstances that mean. Leadership contingency theory research and leadership behaviour relevant determinants of the potential impact of leadership effectiveness. This theory holds that in the different situations, different leadership behaviour has a different effect, so also called leadership situation theory. Contingency theory to the central idea is:(1) the enterprise organization is the big social system of an open subsystems, influence by the environment. Therefore, must according to enterprise organization in the big social system of situation and role, adopt corresponding organizational management measures, so as to keep the best adapt to the environment.(2) organizations activities in the changing conditions with feedback form incline to the organizations objectives process. Therefore, must according to the organizations long or short goals and then conditions, take in accordance with potential and done management style.(3) Management efficacy embodied in management activities and organizes all the elements of interaction process. Therefore, must according to the organizations each element of the relationship between various elements and types and management activities on the interaction among the certain function relation to identify the different management practices. 5. The relationshipThe effective relationships in an organisation are important in achieving objectives and performing well.An organisation that has formally appointed managers who then have subordinates reporting to them has a line structure. All individuals in such an organisation have a manager to whom they report to and from whom they receive instructions, support and approval. For example, in a finance function there will be typically a finance director, supported by a financial controller, in turn supported by a number of accountants, in turn supported by accounts clerks. All of these people are in the same line relationship within the function. Line relationships are found within function
