Its on April 5th this year. 教材通过Mr Jones和Zhang Peng就四月份两个特殊的日子愚人节和复活节日期进行对话的情景,让学生感知上述核心句型的语义及语用情景。教学目标1 能力目标:(1)能够学习和运用A部分的核心句型,能在图片和教师的帮助下理解对话大意。(2)能运用基本听力技巧完成Lets try的听力任务。(3)学生能根据正确的语音、语调及意群朗读对话,并能够进行角色扮演。(4)能在情景中运用本部分所学句型谈论中西方的重要节日。2 知识目标:(1)能够在情景中运用句型When is April Fools Day? Its on April 1st. And Easter? Its on April 5th this year.询问并回答节日的日期。(2)能够在情景中运用句型There are some special days in April.表达某月有多少特殊的日子。(3)能够在语境中理解单词special的意思,并能正确发音。(4)能够掌握in April 和 on April 1st 中in和on 两个介词的用法。3情感态度:在活动中体验并表达自己喜欢的中外节日,感受节日所带来的乐趣,做到热爱祖国,放眼世界。4学习策略:(1)能够通过上网查找相关背景资料,帮助自己的学习,提高自主学习的能力。(2)能够通过看图捕捉主题信息,理解篇章的主要意思。(3)培养学生在听对话的同时,聚焦文本中的关键词句,以此获取主旨大意和细节信息,能回答问题并进行角色扮演。(4)通过上下文,帮助自己理解对话大意,运用思维导图帮助学生获取和整理信息的能力。5.文化意识:通过相关节日的图片,视频,诗歌,网络资源,情景剧,手工制作,日历文化等方式,让学生在活动中体验中西方重要节日,了解相关节日的日期和文化习俗。 教学重点(1)能够在情景中运用句型When is April Fools Day? Why?What can you do on .day?2.Lets sing a song : The twelve months与老师交流自己喜爱的月份及原因。学生跟着视频唱歌。调节课堂氛围,通过Free talk 和 ing a song让学生进入英语学习状态,同时复习并激活所学的单词。Step 2Lead-in1. Present the picture of Lets try.T: Where is Zhang Peng? What is he doing?T: Zhang Peng is practicing running. Mr Jones is talking to him. Which month are they talking about?
