Target language in this period.Teaching Difficult PointsLearn to talk about the past experiences by using “Have you ever been to.?”.Teaching Procedures Step1 Warming-up T: Summer vacation is coming.Where have you been on your last summer vacation?Where do you want to go for this summer vacation?Encourage Ss to talk about their past experience and their wishes. Offer help if necessary by providing English words for Ss to express their ideas. .Step2 Presentation T: I know you have been to many places. Have you ever been to a/an? Show the pictures to the class and introduce the nouns for places, e.g. space museum, history museum, art museum, water park, zoo, amusement park, science museum.Have Ss practice asking and answering the questions using the structure Have you ever been to a/an ?Step 3 Games1. Task 1. The T show the pictures on the screen and have the students memorize the places where the teacher has been in one minute.After that the pictures are covered.Ten seconds later, encourage the students to tell the places they remember.2. Task 2.Ask and answer.Make a group of two and take turns to talk about some more places.For example,Have you ever been to?Yes, I have./ No, I havent.How about you?
