MTK ATE工具设置线损说明V1.1Date:20130704目录1 跑新流程11.1 如何判断是跑新流程?11.2 新流程校准+NSFT线损设置11.2.1 新流程2G部分线损设置21.2.1 新流程3G(WCDMA)部分线损设置21.3 新流程信令综测61.4 新流程不能使用 校准+信令综测82 跑旧流程82.1 如何判断是跑旧流程?82.2 旧流程校准+NSFT线损设置82.2.1 旧流程2G部分设置线损82.2.2 旧流程3G(WCDMA)部分设置线损92.3 旧流程信令综测线损设置132.4 旧流程可以使用 校准+信令综测15附录一151 跑新流程1.1 如何判断是跑新流程?使用校准工具跑只做校准时,查看生成的log文件,每一句前面基本上都有日期和时间作为前缀,见附录一。还有一种更直观的方法,每跑完一次校准,都会生成相应四个文件log(两个txt文件,一个CSV文件,一个Cal 后缀文件),如下图1.2 新流程校准+NSFT线损设置1.2.1 新流程2G部分线损设置(1) 新流程 2G部分,校准+NSFT,都在CFG文件中设置 (a) 8960, 设置为负数(b) CMU,设置为正数1.2.1 新流程3G(WCDMA)部分线损设置3G(WCDMA)校准部分和NSFT都是在cfg文件中设置,但是在不同的位置,需要注意(1) 新流程3G校准 部分线损设置,在CFG文件中(a) 8960,设置为负数(b) CMU,设置为正数(2) 新流程3G(WCDMA) NSFT部分线损设置,也是在CFG文件中设置,但是在不同的位置,一般是在WCDMA NSFT Test Case_序号,可能有多个Case。每个Case都会对应某个WCDMA 的Band。(a) 怎么判断相应的Case 对应相应的 Band?下表我司WCDMA常用Band 上行/下行 信道高中低信道一览表 WCDMA Band Uplink/Downlink ChannelI 2100Uplink ChannelDownlink CHNNL9 61210 5629 75010 700中间信道9 88810 838II 19009 2629 6629 4009 800中间信道9 5389 938V 8504 1324 3574 1754 400中间信道4 2324 457VIII 9002712293727883013中间信道28633088 根据Case中的Uplink/Downlink Channel,对照WCDMA Band Uplink/Downlink Channel一览表判断该Case属于哪个Band。举例说明例一:例二(b)为每个Case设置对应的线损,先判断每个Case属于哪个band,判断出来后再把每个Case的线损设置为对应Band的线损。8960设置为负数 CMU设置为正数注意:如果跑新流程,发现CFG文件下的WCDMA NSFT Test Case_序号下没有以下两项的,请自行添加到对应的Case中。Cable Loss Input (dB) = -0.8Cable Loss Output (dB) = -0.81.3 新流程信令综测线损可以在界面上设置,也可以在Setup文件中设置(1)界面上设置,点击菜单 configuration - finalSetting其实界面上设置的线损也是保存到Setup文件中的(2) 注意:使用8960仪器,如果是Setup文件中 Using Freq Amptd Offset=1时,2G部分界面上设置的线损无效。8960在这里设置的线损必须为负数。故建议把这里的Using Freq Amptd Offset的值统一修改为0,这样方便统一在界面上设置。Using Freq Amptd Offset=1时,2G部分,上图中的线损起作用1.4 新流程不能使用 校准+信令综测 如要做校准+信令综测需要,分开做2 跑旧流程2.1 如何判断是跑旧流程?使用校准工具跑只做校准时,查看生成的log文件,如果没有CSV和.cal log文件生成,则可以判断为旧流程2.2 旧流程校准+NSFT线损设置2.2.1 旧流程2G部分设置线损(1)旧流程2G部分校准+NSFT,都是在界面或者Setup文件中设置界面上设置的线损,也是保存在setup文件中的,如下图(2)注意:使用8960仪器,如果是Setup文件中 Using Freq Amptd Offset=1时,2G部分界面上设置的线损无效。8960在这里设置的线损必须为负数。故建议把这里的Using Freq Amptd Offset的值统一修改为0,这样方便统一在界面上设置。2.2.2 旧流程3G(WCDMA)部分设置线损(1)旧流程3G(WCDMA)校准+NSFT 部分线损设置3G(WCDMA)校准部分和NSFT都是在cfg文件中设置 (a) 8960,设置为负数(b) CMU,设置为正数2.3 旧流程信令综测线损设置其实和新流程的信令综测线损设置是一样的,线损可以在界面上设置,也可以在Setup文件中设置(1)界面上设置,点击菜单 configuration -
