Guess game: Who are they? T shows some superstars photos (about their past and now)Ok, today well talk about our changes. Step2 Presentation1. Prepare for lets talk T: According to these photos, we know: “We are all different now” (板书并带读“different”)T: Look at this picture, where are they? What are they doing? So, they are quiet.Look at this picture, they are active. (板书并带读“active”)T shows a sentence: Before I was quiet. Now, I am active in class.T: Look at the pictures, Who is he? (姚明)Can you say something about his changes?Before, he was short/ thin/ quiet.Now, he is tall/strong/ active.Before, he couldnt Now he playsevery day.2Lets tryT: Who are they?( He is mike. She is Chen Jie, and he is John)T:Yes. Today Mikes friends are visiting his home. Please listen carefully and finish the exercise of lets try on P36.T: Have you got the answers? You, please! S: 1-B; 2-AT: Pretty good.T: Now, lets see what theyre talking about in Mikes home. Now listen carefully!3. Lets talkNow, Id like you to answer the question:”How did Mike change?”After a while, let one student answer. Then read the answer together!T: Now, listen and repeat after the sound video.Step 3 Practice Consolidation(1)Game 2: Role play. Work in pairs to act out the dialogue.T: Time is up!
