Lets say a chant. OK?Ss: Ok.T: First, please listen to me.( T says the chant and does actions.)T: Boys and girls, do you like it?Ss: Yes.T: Then lets say together. Everybody here stand up. Are you ready?Ss: Yes.T: OK! Lets go!(Ss and T do and say together.)Step 3 Lead- inT: OK! You did a very good job. I like you so much. Sit down please. Look! Therere 4 seasons in a year. What are they?Ss: They are spring, summer, autumn and winter. ( T can lead the Ss to say.)T: In the 4 seasons, which season do you like?S1: I like T: I like summer. Its hot. And its sunny. ( CAI and action)Follow me “sunny” Show me your hands. Do as I do.Ss: SunnyT : Boys and girls, on the blackboard, which means “sunny”? Is this one sunny?Ss: No.T: This one?Ss: Yes.T: Yes. Read after me “sunny”(T sticks the card on the board.)Ss read group by group.T: Look, what does this mean?Ss: T: Rainy. Follow me “rainy”T: Look here, where is “rainy”? Who can find it? Ok, you please.One student sticks the card.T: Can you read it?S2: Rainy.Boys read snd girls read.T: Next one. Oh, what does this mean?Ss: T: Its windy. “windy” (TPR)Ss: (ss read two by two)T: Who can find “windy” here? You have a try, please.One student sticks the card and read the word.T: boys and girls, follow him/her.T: Good boy/girl. Lets see this. What does it mean?Ss: T: Its snowy. “snowy”( TPR)Ss:T: Who can have a try here? You, please.One student sticks the card and read the word.T: boys and girls, follow him/her.Ss: SnowyT : OK! How about this one? Is it sunny?Ss: No.T: Its cloudy. Follow me “cloudy”.Ss:T: “cloudy”Ss: T: The last one on the blackboard must be “cloudy”.Ss read it one by one.T: Lets read all of these words together.( After Ss read the words)T: Boys and girls, we call all of these “weather”. Read after me “weather”.Ss: T: Please read two by two.T: Good! Lets do and say together. Show me your hands. Do as I do. OK?T leads the students to say the words and do the actions. Then Ss do it by themselves.T: Now, I want one boy or a girl to do it here. Who can try?One student does a weather action.T: Boys and girls, whats the weather like?Ss: Its T: Good! Look here, whats the weather like? Its ( T writes the sentences on the board.) Follow me : whats-the-weather-like? Its T: ok! Next kid has a try. Who wants a try? You, please.T: Boys and girls, ask him: whats?( T points to the sentence on the board, leads Ss to ask.). Can you answer it?S4: T: Good try! Thank you! Who wants to try? You please.The student does an action.T: ok! This time, I need a little teacher. Who wants to be the little teacher? T: You ask him/her: whats the weather like?S5: Its T: Good job! The weather is always changing. So before going outside, we should know the weather from the weather forecast. Lets watch a weather forecast. And finidsh the task on this paper in pairs. Please draw the weather symbols on your paper. For example: if the weather reporter says its snowy in Beijing, you draw this here. And you say:Hello,everyone. Im the weather reporter. Its sunny in Lasha. Clear?Ss: T: Ok, then watch carefully.T: Now, take out your paper and pencils. Wor in pairs. Draw and say. Ready go!T: Times up.
