蒸馏水器操作规程WATER DISTILLER INSTRUCTION1、先将放水阀关闭。Turn off the draining valve.2、开启水源阀，使自来水从进水控制阀进入冷凝器，再从回水管注入蒸发锅。直至水位上升到玻璃水表中心处，关闭水源阀。Turn on the water supply valve. Tap water flows into the cooler and then into the distilling tank through the tube. Turn off the water supply valve when water reaches the centre of the glass meter.3、接通电源，当水沸后有蒸馏水滴出时重新开启水源阀，并调节到冷却水溢出有70左右，蒸馏水温在40左右为好。Connect to a power source. When there is distilled water, re-open the water supply valve. Adjust the temperature of the distilled water to be 40oC.4、蒸馏水出口管用光洁的硅橡胶导管，倒入洁净的玻璃容器中。The exit is connected with a rubber tube to guide the distilled water into a clean glass container.5、每天使用前应刷洗内部一次，且将存水排尽，更换新鲜水以保证水质。Clean the inside of the container once a day and empty the remaining water. Fill in with fresh water.6、容器内水垢，可用弱碱或弱酸溶液洗涮。Use weak acid or alkaline solution to wash the incrustation away.7、新蒸馏水器应先清洗，并经过2小时以上通电蒸发，直到取得蒸馏水符合药典规定。Wash new distiller first, and operate it for 2 hours until the distilled water satisfy relevant standards.水泥游离氧化钙快速测定仪操作规程CEMENT FREE CALCIUM OXIDE FAST TESTER INSTRUCTION1、使用时需把仪器放平。Put the device on a horizontal platform.2、放置锥形瓶前，先用手向上推活动杆，再放置锥形瓶于炉盘上，然后手慢慢下移，冷凝管应与锥形瓶相接。Push the lever up before putting the flask. Place the flask onto the heating plate, and then connect the tube to the flask.3、水桶内的水应达到1500ml（水桶置于仪器内，先拧开螺丝，打开仪器上部后盖，向水桶加水，然后装好后盖）。The water in the tank should at least be 1500ml (to fill water: unbolt the upper cover, add water and close the cover).4、接通电源后，如果要先预热、搅拌、冷却，可直接按【加热】、【搅拌】、【冷却】键；如要转到自动，先设定好运行时间，然后按【启动/停止】键。Press HEATING, MIXING or COOLING if necessary; if automatic mode is needed, first set the time of operation and then press START/STOP.HG101-2型电热鼓风干燥箱操作规程HG101-2 ELECTRIC FORCED CONVECTION OVEN INSTRUCTION1、使用前，先检查电器性能电源线路是否正确，是否接地牢固。Check if the device has been properly connected to the power source and an Earthing system properly installed.2、将要烘干的试样用方盘装好铺平放入烘箱内架上，样品不要装太满，防止掉入箱底。Put the sample into the tray and unto a shelf in the oven. Do NOT put too many samples.3、调节【数显调节仪】设定所需温度，（按红线所指为准）。如果是红字显示的按数字设定扭至所需温度。Set the intended temperature on the controller.4、合上电源开关，此时绿灯亮，为加温把鼓风开关拨到自动位置，鼓风机应转动；旋开排气阀，再开加热开关。当温度达到设定值时即进入恒温状态，此时红灯亮鼓风机自动停止。Turn on the device and the green light will be on. Switch the convection switch to “Automatic” and the fan will be on. Then turn on the “Heating” switch. When the temperature reaches intended one, the red light will be on and convection stops.5、加热开关开启时不得调节【数显调节仪】。Do NOT attempt to re-set the controller during operation.6、使用完毕，先关加热开关，再关鼓风及电源开关，最后切断外接电源，把工作室内的热气放净，可以把鼓风开关拨到手动位置。After use, switch off the heating first, then the convection and the device. then disconnect from the power source. Rid the chamber of all heated air. Use the fan if necessary.7、清理现场，记录仪器使用前后状况。Clean the site and record the condition of the device.注意事项：SAFETY RULES:1、使用新干燥箱或长期搁置不用，应检查有无损坏，进行绝缘电阻检查，各带电部分对箱壳及相互间绝缘电阻应2兆欧，干燥箱与电源接头处牢固，否则会由于接触不良而损坏电路部分。Check if there is damage and the insulation system before the first time of use or use after long time of non-operation. The insulation resistance between the electric part and the shell should be more than 2M. Check if the device has been properly connected to the power source.2、严禁易燃、易爆品放入箱内，以免发生事故。Do NOT put any explosive or combustible material into the device to avoid accident.DK-3型电砂浴操作规程DK-3 ELECTRIC SAND BATH INSTRUCTION1、仪器放置平台或工作台上且处于水平状态，在电源线路中安装漏电保护并安装接地线。Make sure the device is placed on a horizontal platform with leakage protection and earthing system installed.2、使用时接通电源，打开电源开关；仪表上排显示工作室温度，下排显示设定温度。然后按动SET键使上排显示SO，选择上下按键设定所需要的温度，再按SET键保存设定值。此时升温开始。OUT指示灯忽亮忽熄，等到显示值与设定值基本一致时则进入恒温状态。 Connect to a power source, and turn on the device. On the display, the upper line is the chamber temperature, the lower line the intended temperature to be set. Press “SET”, the upper line will change into “SO”, and then press “UP” or “DOWN” to set the temperature. Press the “SET” again to save the setting and the heating will start. The OUT light will start blinking. When the chamber temperature reaches intended one, the heating will stop.3、需要设定时间，则按SET键5秒，出现第二菜单。仪表上排显示TI下排设定时间即分钟数。当仪表设定所需要的时间到后，下排显示熄灭，输出功能停止；如果要恢复设定控制时间应先关机再通电开机。设置为0时仪表取消定时功能，连续输出。Set the time by pressing and holding the SET button 5s. A second interface will show up with “TI” on top and the time intended below. When the timer stops, the display will disappear and output stops. To re-set the time, first turn off the device and re-start it. If time set as 0, the output will be non-stopping.4、记录仪器使用前后状况。Record the condition of the device.注意事项: SAFETY RULES:1、使用电砂浴环境温度应在240相对湿度不大于85%；且电源电压为220V频率为50HZ。The environment should be 240 with relative humidity less than 85%, power source 200V, 50Hz.2、第一次升温过程中会使板面上的防锈剂燃烧，工作室面冒烟为正常现象。During first time of use, the heating will burn the anti-rust material in the chamber, which will normally cause smoke.3、本仪器外壳必须有效接地。 Make sure an earthing system is installed.火焰光度计操作规程PHOTOMETER INSTRUCTION1、接通电源，灵敏度开关置“0”挡，调“内调”使K表和Na表均指零。Connect to a power source. Set the sensitivity switch at “0”. Adjust the sodium and potassium meter to be at zero.2、准备一系列标准样品和被测样品及空白液。Prepare reference samples, samples to be tested and blank solution.3、接通空气压缩机电源，使主机左侧的压力表指示为0.1MPa时，点火。Turn on the air compressor. When the pressure gauge reads 0.1MPa, turn on the ignition.4、开进样阀，调整火焰燃烧至较理想的状态时，测空白液，用调零旋钮调零，此时灵敏度开关根据测样品浓度需要选择2或3中的任一档。Turn on the sample valve, and adjust the fire to be in an optimum state. Test the blank solution and calibrate the device. The sensitivity switch should be switched to either 2 or 3 based on the concentration of the solution.5、依次测标准溶液。Test the reference samples.6、样品测试完毕后，用去离子水或酒精冲洗燃烧室，并关机。After the test, use ion-free water or alcohol to wash the chamber and disconnect from the power source.混凝土真空饱水机操作规程CONCRETE VACUUM WATER SATURATION DEVEICE INSTRUCTION1、真空泵的调试。Calibrate the vacuum pump.2、真空室密封度检测。Check the airtightness of the vacuum chamber.3、工作流程：将试件垂直放于真空室内，试件间要留有空隙，调整液位开关高度，液位开关的位置在真空室内的不锈钢水位调节杆上，试验要求水位高过所装试件的高度，使之刚好垂直放于最上层的试样表面。Place the samples vertically in the chamber with appropriate distance between samples. Adjust the water switch to make sure water immerses the entire samples.4、固定真空室盖之前，要确认盖边缘的黑色密封橡胶圈是平滑的、不附着异物，否则会影响真空室的密闭性；Make sure the rubber seal is smooth without any object that does not belong; otherwise the airtightness will be compromised.5、将真空室上盖固定好；Seal the vacuum chamber.6、打开饱水机机箱的左侧门将边接真空室底部进水电磁阀门的胶管的另一端放入盛有蒸馏水的容器中；Open the left door on the device and put the water tube into the container with distilled water.7、将电源插头插入220V/50HZ有可靠接地的插座中；Connect to a 220V, 50Hz power source, with an earthing system installed.8、试验时注意放水按钮与放气按钮是带自锁功能，要及时复位，如果长时间通电会缩短电磁阀的寿命。NB: re-set the drainage button and vent button on time due to its self-locking mechanism; otherwise, the life span of the electro-magnetic valve will be compromised.9、完成混凝土真空饱水饱盐后，应及时放水并清洗真空室，不允许水溶液长时间滞留在真空室内，清洗完毕后用软布擦干。After the test, empty the vacuum chamber immediately. Use a soft tower to wipe it clean.通风柜操作规程VENTILATION CUPBOARD INSTRCUTION1、启动控制器：通电后，红色指示灯亮起，系统进入待机状态。待机状态下，按【电源】键，启动控制器。绿色指示灯亮起，液晶屏亮起。Turn on the controller: after connecting to the power source, the red light will turn on, signalling the device being standby. Press “Power” to activate the controller. The green light will turn on and so will the LCD.2、照明开启及关闭：开机状态下，按【照明】键，照明灯开启。再次按【照明】键，照明灯关闭。When the device is on, press “Light” to turn on lighting system; press the button again to turn it off.3、备用开启及关闭：开机状态下，按【备用】键，备用输出口开启。再次按【备用】键，输出口关闭。When the device is on, press “Spare”, the spare electricity outlet will be on; press it again to switch it off.4、风机开启及关闭，风阀角度调整：开机状态下，按【风机】键，风阀自动运行到预设角度后，风机开启。再次按【风机】键， 风机关闭，风阀运转到0度位置。When the device is on, press “Ventilation”, the wind valve will switch to pre-set angle and then the ventilation will be on; press it again, the ventilation will shut down and wind valve closes.5、按【风阀加】键，风阀预设角增大；按【风阀减】键，风阀预设角减小。Press “Wind valve UP” to increase the pre-set angle; press “Wind valve DOWN” to reduce the angle.6、风阀角度系数调整：待机状态下，同时按【照明】【净化】键，此时液晶屏上闪动【018】，此时按【风阀加】键或者按【风阀减】键即改变风阀转动角度系数。Wind valve angle coefficient: when the device is standby, press “Light” and 通风柜操作规程VENTILATION CUPBOARD INSTRCUTION“Purify” together, number “018” will be blin
