新目标英语八年级上册Unit 8教学设计教材分析本单元是围绕“如何制作香蕉奶昔”为话题展开的，我们在前面已经学习了一些祈使句的用法，因此本单元是对祈使句的深化和延深，通过讲述制做过程和 步骤，如何听懂指令、通过听与说的训练，学会准确地判断指令，有序地处理事情，通过动手实际操作，培养和锻炼学生生活能力，且本单元是一个有兴趣，愉悦的话题，无疑还会提高学生运用英语的兴趣和交际能力，对提高学生的办事能力，办事的条理性具有举足轻重的作用。学情分析本单元的教学内容非常具体化，贴近学生生活，谈论的主题能刺激学生食欲，极易激发学生的主动性和学习兴趣，所以，老师在本单元的教学过程中，边讲解边示范，最后让学生操作，最大限度地调动学生的积极性，展示良好的教学效果。教学目标1、知识与技能目标：能熟练掌握并运用“peel, cut up ,pour , put , turn on ”等动词，以及制做过程的祈使句表达方式，能学会用first, next, then, finally描述奶昔的制作程序。2、过程与方法目标：培养学生观察、判断、概括、归纳等思维能力，以及对所学语言的表达能力。3、情感态度与价值观目标：通过教学，进一步激发学生学习英语的兴趣，通过制做食物的介绍，培养学生的实际生活能力，了解生活知识，增长生活阅历，培养他们实践操作能力和动手能力，且通过操作，学生也会认识到劳动成果的来之不易，让他们从小就爱惜食物也让他们尊重别人的劳动成果。通过本单元的学习，让中国学生更多地了解不同国家和不同地域的饮食文化和饮食习惯，学会尊重别人的习俗。教学重点：1、词汇：a banana milk shake, blender, turn on, cut up, peel, pour.2 、重点句型: How do you make a banana milk shake?First, Next, Then, Finally, 3、话题: 围绕 “How to make a banana milk shake?” 展开讨论。教学难点：1、运用可数名词与不可数名词。2、用英语对食物的制作过程进行描述。教学策略：交际策略：通过小组讨论、开展调查等研究，明确用中学、在交流中学习；调控策略：通过合作学习，启发学生思维，培养他们的动手能力和合作精神，学会自我评价；通过向别人介绍自己做过的事情、达到互相学习和拓展知识的目的教学环境和教学用具多媒体教学新单词和句子，具体形象；利用多媒体也有利于情景的创设，激起学生学习的兴趣和欲望。教学过程Step 1 Warming-upGreetings as usual.Step2 Presentation1、Chat between students and teacherShow the Ss pictures of the fruits/drinks,ask them “Whats your favorite fruit/drink/?”S1:My favorite fruit is.S2: my favorite drink is.S3: My favorite food is.S4:.Present the new words in this part in the same way.2、Guess and attract the students interestT: Whats my favorite drink?
