Literal translation / free translationPart 3本周工作总结魔耳教师 2014年4月1-10日To hornerable teachers and parents: Hello!参加教学工作已经有些年头了,我一向被同学们称为“严师”,因为我张脸不笑的时候看上去很凶,平时又不太喜欢跟学生开玩笑;课堂上,只要哪位学生一“出格”,绝对逃不过我这双“火眼金睛”;下课后,学生也得遵循我的“六不准”要求或安静地休息、或小心地活动。因此,百分之九十八的学生都是循规蹈矩的。于是,我经常满足于自己“师道尊严”的虚伪中,幸福于学生“循规蹈矩”的面纱下这句话来自龙应台一本书的名字。开始,我并不能理解这句话的含义。可是,在我走上教师岗位之后,当我渐渐的懂得这句话的时候,我越来越喜欢它,以及它所包含的理解、支持、宽容、关爱和期待这些不正是孩子们成长过程中所需要的吗?作为老师,我常常会有“恨铁不成钢”的感受。我多么希望孩子们能在一夜之间,都变成勤奋学习、遵守纪律的“乖学生”。而这种“恨铁不成钢”里,不可否认的包含着一些老师的“功利心”。我开始反思,我发现,学校与家庭对孩子往往是要求多,期待少;说教多,关怀少;希望多,肯定少;寄托多,理解少;挑剔多,宽容少;压力多,支持少这多多少少之间,窒息了孩子的灵性,困惑了孩子的成长,压抑了孩子的个性,损伤了孩子的信心。想到了这些,作为班主任,我在关注孩子行为的同时,加重了对“态度”的关注。“态度决定一切”当孩子犯错误的时候,不一定象我们想的那样严重,重要的是宽容和引导。同时我还常常作出“延迟评价”,给孩子改过的时间和机会,赞赏和鼓励他们。总之,我不断的让学生感觉到“老师在期待我”而不是“老师对我很失望”。结果我发现很多孩子都变的积极了,他们不再战战兢兢的担心犯错误,与老师的沟通也更亲切了。其实,包括我们大人,谁不是常常不小心犯错误呢,用宽容自己的心来理解孩子吧,引导和帮助对他们会更有效。给孩子改过的时间和机会并不难,只是我们都太着急。让
