Section B (1a-1d)课时1授课人周波教材分析本课以“Do you want to watch a game show?”为话题展开教学,首先通过歌曲图文将学生带入“谈论电视节目”的语境中,并呈现了不同电视节目类型的表达方式,以及句型。让学生学会各种电视节目的英文表达,再让学生学会怎样用描述性词表达对不同电视节目以及事物的喜恶。教学目标(一)知识与技能:1.能掌握meaningless,educational, action movies,cartoon 这些词汇并熟练运用,能熟练运用这个部分涉及的形容词。2.能基本运用这些结构进行对话。key structures:What do you think of?I love them. / I cant stand them. / I dont mind them. Because they are.I want to watch., because they are.(二)过程与方法:1.通过运用多媒体展示图片、歌曲等创设语言环境。2.通过运用听、说、读、写的语言学习策略掌握本课题目标语言。(三)情感态度与价值观: 1.将学生感兴趣的话题融入语言学习,激发学生学习兴趣,提高“说”的积极性。2.了解有意义的,好的电视节目,并了解尊重朋友及家人的喜好。重点难点教学重点:电视节目名称, 电影类型的词汇,表达对不同电视节目及事物的喜恶的短语,描述性词。教学难点:“what do you think of”句型的熟练运用,学会询问他人对某事物的观点并会正确表达自己的看法。教学方法情景教学法,交际教学法,任务教学法,合作学习法教学用具多媒体、单词卡片、task paper(任务表格)教学过程教学步骤教师活动学生活动设计意图Step I. Lead-in & Warming-up(导入及课前热身)1. Teacher (T) plays a popular song with lots of pictures that come from a TV show Running man. 2. T shows some pictures of different kinds of TV shows and asks Ss opinions about them. Review what we have learned in section A. 3. After discussion, T leads to “why”, why do you love / mind them?In this part, T may raise some questions to make the class active.Possible examples:Where is the song from? So do you like this kind of TV show like Running man? What kind of show is it? What do think of this TV show? 1. Students(Ss) enjoy the song2. Ss answer the questions from teachers actively.3. Ss talk about the TV shows and express their opinions according to different pictures by using sentence patterns:I love them. / I cant stand them. / I dont mind them. 老师播放课件上插入的歌曲,让学生欣赏奔跑吧兄弟的主题曲,设置这一受欢迎的综艺节目歌曲作为导入,与学习的话题紧扣,同时也吸引学生注意力, 让所有学生都参与到话题讨论中。在师生的自由讨论中,导入今天的电视节目话题。热身活动,呈现不同电视节目类型的代表图片,让学生回忆上节课所学的相关词汇,讨论对对不同电视节目的看法。将讨论话题自然引入对原因的讨论。Step II.Presentation(呈现新内容)1.When Ss speak out some description words (such as interesting, boring, exciting, wonderful) T puts the relevant word cards on the blackboard. 2.At the same time, T leads Ss to add more words (such as meaningless, educational),read them.3. Watch the videos and lead to the topicmovies,Learn the kinds of movies. (Action movies, cartoon, comedies)Then T asks Ss to use description words and target language to describe the TV shows and the movies. 1.Brainstorm! Ss should recall many of the description words that they have learned.Then learn the new words, read them aloud by following the teacher.2.Use the structure “what do you think of ?” and the description words to talk about the movies.(finish the relevant exercise in task paper,write down the names of TV shows and movies)在用目标语言复习句型时,也用卡片的方式在黑板上展示本节课的重点形容词, 将重点呈现于黑板上,一目了然。这里在课件中插入视频,分别是短的片段和flash,让学生直观地学会电影的大致分类,掌握有关的目标词组。学习这些短语,朗读并且记忆。Step III.Practice(练习巩固)1. Lay out speaking task (pair work) What TV shows and movies do you like? (5 mins)T asks students work in pairs and make their conversations by using the pictures in PPT. Then ask several pairs to show their dialogues.2. Lay out listening task(individual)(5mins)T plays the record on PPT twice, and then helps Ss check the answers.1. Students work in pairs and make their conversations by using the pictures in PPT.Possible example (对话举例):A: What kind of movies do you like?B: I like action movies, because they are exciting. How about you?A: I like comedies, because they are relaxing, so I like game shows, too. Do you like game shows?B: Yes, they are interesting. And I also love sports shows2. Ss finish the listening task in the task papers.Listen to the record carefully and catch the key words.3. Check the answer by repeating the record.练习是一节课中的重要环节,是教师获得反馈信息的阶段。学生在这一部分被安排了几项任务完成(说、 听、 写)通过结对、小组合作的形式完成任务,帮助学生在口语交际过程中掌握目标语言。教师在对话练习这一阶段及时评价,对学生的对话做出总结点评,帮助学生进步。在听力练习这一模块,借助任务表格使学生快速明确任务,获取信息。让学生在核对答案时再听一遍抓住信息复述,这样坚持练习能有效提高学生的听力技能。Step IV. Production(语言输出)(writing and speaking)(小组任务活动)T sets a group work (8 mins)1. T shows a TV Guide newspaper on PPT, there are a lot of TV channels and programs in it.2. T asks Ss to divide into several groups and discuss in your group. Write about “What TV programs do you want/ plan to watch?” T asks several groups to give the report and evaluate properly.1. Ss discuss in your group and talk about what do you want to watch and why?2. Write your plans in the task papers.3. Each group should make a report about your watching plans in your group. Give the report in front of the whole class.结合本课主题,设计一个“看电视计划”的小组讨论活动。用生动形象的报纸设计活动内容,贴近实际生活学生对活动更感兴趣。对学生的讨论结果进行点评,互相取长补短。Step V.
