锅炉停炉期间的保养方法boiler maintenance method while stopping机组酸洗、吹管结束后，局限于系统恢复、设备缺陷处理及安装工作正在进行中，采取热炉放水预热烘干法进行了保护。待上述相关工作结束后，应按照机组停运的时间长短，依据火力发电厂停（备）用热力设备防锈蚀导则SD 22387的要求，采取相应的防锈蚀方法进行机组的保护。Because system recovery, equipment defects and erection work are going on after Unit acid clean and steam blowing, take discharge from hot boiler, preheat and drying method to protect boiler. After the above works are done, corresponding anti-corrosion measures should be taken according to the time of Unit stopping and as per the requirements SD 223-87 in guide rule of stopped/ spare heat equipment anti-corrosion in thermal power plant to protect the unit.由于是试运机组，启动和停运具有一定的不确定性，以及现场条件的限制，机组应采取氨-联胺法进行停运期间的防锈蚀保护。具体操作方法为：as it is trial run unit and considering there is some uncertainty of starting and stopping and limit of site condition, hydrazine method should be applied to protect unit from corrosion. Here is the operation method.1) 短期停炉保养：试运期间预计停炉时间在3天以内，当机组停运后，加药泵（磷酸三钠加药泵）继续向炉内加药，逐步调节炉水PH值在10.511.0范围，停加药泵，然后关闭所有阀门，将锅炉系统与外界隔离，停止上水、放水，使炉内处于无氧状态，受热面不受腐蚀，从而达到锅炉保养的作用。Boiler maintenance in short time stop: boiler stop time during trial run is expected within 3 days. When the unit stops, continue dose in boiler with dosing pump (TSP dosing pump) to adjust the PH value of boiler water to 10.5-11.0; then stop dosing and shut off all valves to separate boiler system from outside; stop filling water and discharging to make boiler inside in oxygen free status and keep heat surface from corrosion. In this way, boiler is protected.2) 长期停炉保养：试运期间预计停炉时间超过20天，在机组停运后，对锅炉进行换水降温，当炉水温度降至70度时，放净炉水，将200m3水箱配制的含联胺浓度大于200mg/l（用氨水调PH值至1010.5）的氨-联胺溶液，在配药箱内搅拌均匀，用输送泵加到锅炉内，按锅炉上水的要求，将加好药的保护液打入锅炉。直至锅炉顶部所有空气门见水。使炉内保护液面与外界隔离进行保养。保养期间每天做一次取样化学监督，保护掖(N2H4)的浓度大于200mg/l，PH值为10.0-10.5。停炉保养工作必须控制好保护液的浓度。Long time stop of boiler and maintenance: boiler is expected to stop for more than 20 days during trial run. After unit stops, change boiler water to lower the temperature and discharge boiler water when the temperature reduces to 70 and then add the hydrazine solution by delivery pump in boiler whose concentration is above 200mg/l and made in 200 m3 tank (regulate PH value to 10-10.5 by ammonia) after stirring in dosing tank. As per the requirement of filling water in boiler, put the dosed protection liquid into boiler until all air valves on boiler top dip in water. Isolate the protection liquid with the open air to maintain. The concentration of protection liquid must be controlled properly while boiler stopping and maintanence. 监督要求： Supervision requirements:从炉水取样器取样，每天测定一次联胺浓度和PH值。Take sample from sampler and measur
