主体性论文：创造性叛逆视角下文学翻译的美学再现【中文摘要】长久以来,“忠实”直被认为是翻译界的金科定律。但是随着文化转向的提出,创造性叛逆这一理论引起了研究者的重视。谢天振教授将这个概念引入中国,并对其进行深入的理解和阐述,为我国翻译研究开创了一个全新的视角。本文将创造性叛逆和传统翻译美学为理论相结合,从翻译主体性角度研究文学翻译中的美学再现的现象,并以诗歌翻译为案例论证了本文的论点创造性叛逆理论的加入丰富了翻译美学,从而文学翻译中译者实现了对原文更深层次的忠实和美学再现。近年来,译者主体性和主体间性这个课题日益受到人们关注。同时创造性叛逆这一理论的引入将主体性研究推到了新的高度。本文通过对创造性叛逆和翻译美学这两个基本理论的比较,对翻译主体及其几个方面做了全面的分析,明确提出了翻译主体是译者、读者和接受环境,这是对传统翻译美学的丰富。二者互相联系,发挥翻译中的主体性从而达到文学翻译的美学再现。对理论进行比较和阐述的同时通过适当的文学翻译例证，意在通过这篇文章给研究者一个新的视角,更加全面的阐释传统翻译理论。同时,创造性叛逆和翻译美学理论的结合,并不足提倡译者随意任意背叛原作,更是在文学翻译中,根据不同的需要与要求更好的更深层次的忠实于原文。【英文摘要】In the long history of translation, faithfulness is always considered to be the highest criterion for measuring the quality of translation. However, with the culture turn in the 1970s, creative treason has drawn many translation researchers attention.
