Read and complete.二、教学目标1. 大多数学生能够听、说、读、写“Doyou want to.?”及其答语。2. 大多数学生能听懂、会说句型“I want to go to. 3. 学会表达自己的意愿并学会询问别人的意愿。三、教学重难点(一)重点:1. 掌握句型“Doyou want to.?”及其答语。2. 学会表达自己的意愿并学会询问别人的意愿。(二)难点:1. 句型:I want to go to.2. 句型:Thereare lots of.in.3. 能够口头运用“I want to go to.”说明想法。四、教学准备1. 单词卡片(可从优教平台下载“Module9 Unit2单词卡片集”直接使用)。2. 音频(可从优教平台下载使用)。3. PPT课件。五、教学设计Step 1 Warm-upGreeting.T: Class begins. Stand up. Good morning, boys and girls.Ss: Good morning, Ms.T: Sit down, please.Ss: Thank you.T: Do you want to visit the UN building?Do you want to go to Canada?Do you want to go?Step 2 PreviewT: Today, well learn Module 9 Unit 2 I want to go to Shanghai. And Ill divide you into four groups: Canada group, China group and England group. Lets have a completion group, First, lets say the chant on Page 54 together.【设计思路】这个chant是上节课的内容,把它放到导入环节,以营造英语学习的氛围,使学生尽快地进入学习状态。T: You did a good job. Yesterday we visited the UN building in New York. The UN building is very beautiful. Our country is very beautiful, too. There are lots of beautiful and famous places in our country, such as, the Great Wall, the West Lake and the Huangshan Mountain.Then, the teacher shows some of the pictures.T: Can you tell me more?S1: The Summer Palace.S2: The Changjiang River.S3: T: Look at the screen. Listen to the tape and answer the question:Who wants to visit China?(播放 Module 9 Unit 2 Activity 1 Look, listen and say.的录音)答案:The bird. Then, open the book. Listen and say.【设计思路】通过各组比赛的方式让学生说出以前所学过的地名,这样既能复习以前学过的知识,也为新内容的学习做好铺垫,更能让学生意识到我们的祖国是多么的美丽。Step 3 Presentation1. 新课导人。T: Now there is a foreign family. They want to visit China. They are talking about their travelling plan. Listen and find where they want to go.(播放Module 9 Unit 2 Activity 2 Listen and read.的录音)2. Text learning.(课文学习)(1) T: Play the tape again and have the students remember which places they heard.Play the tape twice. Then ask the students to answer the questions in groups:Where does the boy want to go?Whydoes the boy want to go Shanghai?Where does Mum want to go?Where is Kunming?答案:He wants to go to Shanghai.Shanghaiis very big and very famous.Guilin.Its in the south of China.先让学生在小组内讨论,然后再分组来回答问题,给答对的小组得到奖励。(2) Play the tape again and have the students repeat Ask some students to read the sentences.(3) Play the roles in groups by themselves. Then show in groups.(让学生读课文,及时纠正错误,并奖励表现好的学生及小组。)【设计思路】通过边看边对话的设置,可以起到循序渐进的作用。让学生在不知不觉中学习本课时的教学内容,再让学生带着问题,有目的地听课文对话,训练了学生的听力,提高了学生的听说能力。Step 4 Consolidation and extension活动: 组内练习,掌握句型。让学生把自己想去的地方及原因写下来,然后看着自己手中的记录做连锁问答。要求学生依据手中的信息来回答“Yes. ”或“No. ”(学生四人一组,仿照活动2做问答练习,完成下面的表格)NameBeijingShanghaiKunmingGuilin【设计思路】小组内进行调查总结,选好自己想去的地方,可以选择课文外的地方,为接下来的任务完成奠定基础。活动2: 任务完成,分享旅游计划。Now you have chosen the Places that you want to go.
