存货管理系统论文：中小型企业存货管理系统的设计与实现【中文摘要】中小型企业是我国经济实体的重要组成部分,在整个国民经济体系中占据重要地位。国内经济的快速发展带动着中小型企业规模和业务的不断扩大,新的贸易方式的发展使得企业的存货种类和管理方式在不断的改变,中小型企业对存货管理提出了更高的要求,进行有效的存货管理已经成为中小型企业生存和发展的头等要务。在研究目前国内存货管理系统情况的基础上,以中小型企业存货管理系统为对象,阐述了如何设计一个C/S结构的存货管理系统,对软件设计与开发过程中所涉及的C/S结构、Java语言、SQL Server数据库以及数据同步技术进行了介绍;同时阐述了中小型企业存货管理系统的需求分析,功能模块的划分,数据库的分析与建立,部分功能模块的实现过程及软件的测试工作。所设计的存货管理系统从中小型企业的实际需求出发,采用了C/S结构的软件架构体系,充分利用了C/S架构的强大的数据处理能力,选择了流行的J2EE企业应用开发平台,以JAVA语言作为桌面客户端的开发工具。实现了客户端和服务器端的结合;系统以Windows XP操作系统和SQL Server 2000数据库为运行平台,可实现中小型企业存货管理过程中的进货控制、出库登记、库存查询、销售管理、财务管理、统计分析、系统维护等功能,软件操作简单,数据直观,运行稳定,维护方便,可作为中小型企业提高存货管理水平的有效工具。【英文摘要】Small and medium enterprises are an important part of economic entities of China, and occupy an important position in the entire national economic system. Chinas rapid economic development led the size and the business of small and medium e enterprises expansion, and the development of new trading methods makes the classification of inventory and the method of management constantly changing, and small and medium enterprises make a higher demand to inventory management. It has become the primary task to make effective inventory management for small and medium enterprises to survive and develop.Based on studying the domestic inventory management system, and oriented toward the domestic inventory management system of small and medium enterprises, this paper explains how to design an inventory management system based on C / S structure . It describes the C / S structure, Java language, SQL Server database and Data synchronization technology involved in the process of software design and development, and also describes the needs analysis in the inventory management system of small and medium enterprise, the classification of function modules, the analysis and establishment of database, the implementation in part of function modules and the softwares functionality testing.The inventory management system this paper designed is from the actual demand of small and medium enterprises. It adopts C / S structure as the software architectural ,it take full advantage of the strong data processing ability of C/S structure .we choose the popular development platform J2EE as the system development platform. use JAVA language as a tool to develop desktop client side, and realize the integration of the client-side and server-side. The system uses Windows XP Professional operating system and SQL Server 2000 database as the operating platform, enabling the purchase control, the outbound registration, the inventory queries, the account management, the statistical analysis, the system maintenance and other functions of inventory.
