Unit5 Topic 1 Section ALet students enjoy English class is one of my biggest wishes。Today my topic is Grade 9 Unit5 Topic 1 Section A. Next I will talk about textbook analysis, students analysis, teaching and learning methods, teaching process and teaching reflection ,the five aspects.、Textbook analysis1. The status and role of textbookThe subject of Unit 5 is China and the world, including three topics :“China attracts millions of tourists from all over the world.”,“ He is really the pride of China.”,and“ Now it is a symbol of England.” In the introduction to the western culture as the main line ,by learning to describe various with distinctive culture characteristics of buildings, people and things, expand the field of vision, complete the relevant knowledge of the language in this three topics learning , Stimulate students to use English to introduce their own culture and understand the western culture interest 。2. Teaching aims and demands:Based on the analysis of teaching materials, in order to better train students interested in learning English,I make the teaching aims and demands like this:Knowledge and ability :. Master the important words and phrases: attract, a great number of, birthplace, fetch, introduce, detail, strange, pine, lie in, length, waterfall, height . Sentences (1)such as (2)Its a with(3)It lies in. Learn Attributive Clauses which use“ that” or “which”. Learn to introduce the places of interest.Process and method:Speaking and Communicating with the students while teaching the new contents.Emotion attitude:Teach the students to talk about the places of interest with partners and love our motherland.3.Teaching key points and difficultiesTeaching key points:(1).Listen: To understand the relevant Chinese interest English introduction (1a)(2).Read:The correct reading and describe Chinese scenic spot related words 。(1a)(3).Speaking:Retell 1a,make a dialog according to part 2。Teaching difficulties:Write an article to introduce a place of interest in China in English 。、Students analysisOur school is located in remote and a mountainous area, the students learning speaking and writing ability are weak, Students lose confidence in learning,two stagedifferentiation is serious 。、Teaching and Learning methods1. The design objective: get the students to relax, enjoy the beautiful scenery, stimulates the student to the natural scenic spots of longing 。Step4:Presentation: Group work and project.Pair work :Talk about the following pictures with your partner after the example. The design purpose :One tree cant make forests.
