To coat epoxy resine on hardener floor, the substrate must be prepared by shot blasting which can increase bonding strength (pull-off testing shows increase approx.400%)使用自动无尘喷砂设备和手动工具进行表面预处理，去除混凝土表面翻沫及松散结构，并提供涂装所需的必要的粗糙度；（在耐磨地面上做环氧涂层，基面必须喷砂，能提高粘结力400%）Remove all remaining dust and debris by dry brushing and vacuum cleaning.扫除残留的钢丸及灰尘，并真空吸尘；The contrast between before and after shot blasting as below:混凝土喷砂前后对比如图： 龙游塔恩年产3000T 烟用接装纸生产线技改项目Mixing of material 材料混合:In general, all products must be mechanically mixed using an electrical power stirrer with 300 400 rpm, prior to mixing stir part A mechanically. When all of part B has been added to part A, continuously mix for 2 minutes until a uniform mix has been achieved. Depending on the product ad in the filler or C component and mix for another 2 minutes until a uniform mix has been achieved.通常，在机械搅拌A组分之前，所有产品必须用电动搅拌器以300 400 转速/分机械搅拌。把所有B组分加入A组分之后，持续混合2 分钟直到混合均匀。根据产品加入填料或C组分，继续搅拌两分钟直到混合均匀。To ensure thorough mixing, pour materials into another container and mix again to achieve a consistent mix.
