PERISHABLE GOODS CLAUSEWarranted free of any claim for loss of market or loss, damage or deterioration arising from delay whether caused by a peril insured against or otherwise.FAILURE TO DELIVER CLAUSEThis company agrees to pay a total loss subject to full rights of subrogation in case the insured goods, once loaded on board the sea-going vessel, fail to be delivered at destinatin within 6 months of scheduled arrived date from howsoever cause.Warranted all licences obtained.Excluding losses and damages recoverable under the Ocean Marine Cargo Clauses and Ocean Marine Cargo War Risk Clauses.IMPORT DUTY CLAUSEThis insurance covers the Insureds contingent interest on Import Customs Duty arising from the insured goods arriving at the port of destination damaged by a peril insured against but full import duty had been levied and paid thereon as if the goods had arrived sound provided claims payable hereunder shall not exceed _ percent of the insured value on the damaged portion of the insured goods.ON DECK CLAUSEIn case the insured goods are shipped ondeck, this insurance shall extend cover the risks of jettison and/or washing overboard.REJECTION CLAUSE1. This Company will be liable for rejection and/or condemnation at the port of entry by the government of the country of import or its relevant Authorities and will indemnify the Insured on the basis of the insured value of the goods so rejected or condemned.2. In the event of any embargo or prohibition being declared by the importing Country after the insured goods have left the port of shipment named in the policy, this Company is only to pay the cost of return freight to the country of export or the additional freight to other destination, but such return freight or additional freight shall not exceed tpe insured value of the goods so rejected.3. This insurance shall terminate at the warehouse of the port of discharge after landing from the seagoing vessel or :(1) On the expiry of 30 days after discharge of the goods from the seagoing vessel ,(2) When the goods have been passed by the government of the country of import or its relevant Authorities.Whichever shall first occur .4. It is warranted by the Insured :(1) That the production ,quality, packing and inspection and testing of the insured goods shall comply with the relevant regulations of the country of origin and the importing country;and(2) That all necessary valid permits and licences of the insured goods must be obtained. 5. This insurance does not cover any loss arising from :(1) Breach of any conditions stipulated in clauses 4 above.(2) Loss of market.(3) Misbranding, faulty labels, misdescription of the insured goods or any error or omission in the contract of sale or other documents.(4) Non-compliance with any regulations of the government of the country of origin or its relevant Authorities on exported goods. (5) Embargo or prohibition has already been declared by the importing country before the insured goods leave the port of shipment named in the policy.(6) In the event of loss within the scope of cover, the Insured shall notify this Company immediately and take all possible measures as required by this company. All measures so taken by the Insured or by the Company on the goods rejected or condemned shall not be considered, respectively, as a waiver or an acceptance of claim.AFLATOXIN CLAUSE In the event that the cargo covered by this Policy /Certificate is rejected or confiscated or the original purpose thereof for which it is intended is compulsorily altered whilst this insurance is inforced by reason of the existence of aflatoxin to an extent exceeding the limit sanctioned by the importing country as evidenced by the inspection by the local Health Authori- ties at the port or place of import, this Company shall be liable to pay the insured value of the portion so rejected or confiscated or the loss arising from the alteration of the original purpose for which the cargo is intended.In case of loss falling under this Clause, the Insured agrees, when required by this Company , to make his best efforts to dispose of the cargo rejected or affected by the compulsory alteration of the original purpose for which it is intended or to apply for arbitration.This Company shall not be liable for any loss arising from the rejection or confiscation or compulsory alteration of the original purpose for which the cargo is intended by the Authorities concerned due to causes other than the existence of aflatoxin.FIRE RISK EXTENSION CLAUSE(FOR STORAGE OF CARGO ATDESTINATIONHONGKONG, INCLUDING KOWLOON OR MACAO)1. In the event the cargo hereby insured, after being discharged at the final destination at Hongkong, including Kowloon or Macao from the carrying conveyance, be directed to be stored in warehouse(s) specifically designated by the Bank to whom the interests in the cargo are assigned as stated herein, this policy shall extend to cover fire risk at such warehouse (s ) from the time the marine coverage hereto ceases to attach until :(1) the termination of the said Banks intersts in the cargo,or(2) the expiration of 30 days counting from the day the marine coverage hereto ceases (the insured may however apply in writing prior to the expiration thereof for an extension at an additional premium to be arranged)Whichever shall first occur.2. Should after discharge from the carrying conveyance the cargo be stored in warehouse (s) other than that/those stated in 1 above, this policy shall terminate in accordance with the condition of the Cargo Clauses of this Company.易 腐 货 物 条 款 本 保 险 对 所 保 货 物 因 市 场 变 动 所 致 的 损 失 或 由 于 延 迟 （ 不 论 是 否 由 于 所 保 危 险 或 其 它 原 因 所 致 ） 而 引 起 的 损 失 或 腐 败 ， 概 不 负 责 。交 货 不 到 条 款 本 保 险 自 货 物 装 上 船 舶 时 开 始 ， 不 论 由 于 任 何 原 因 ， 如 货 物 不 能 在 预 定 抵 达 目 的 地 的 日 期 起 六 个 月 以 内 交 讫 ， 本 公 司 同 意 按 全 损 予 以 赔 付 ， 但 该 货 物 之 全 部 权 益 应 转 移 给 本 公 司 。 被 保 险 人 保 证 已 获 得 一 切 许 可 证 。 所 有 运 输 险 及 战 争 险 项 下 应 予 负 责 的 损 失 ， 概 不 包 括 在 本 条 款 责 任 范 围 之 内 。进 口 关 税 条 款 如 被 保 险 货 物 到 达 目 的 港 后 ， 因 遭 受 本 保 险 单 责 任 范 围 以 内 的 损 失 ， 而 被 保 险 人 仍 须 按 完 好 货 物 完 税 时 ， 本 公 司 对 该 项 货 物 损 失 部 分 的 进 口 关 税 负 赔 偿 责 任 ， 但 以 不 超 过 受 损 部 分 的 保 险 价 值 为 限 。 舱 面 货 物 条 款 本 保 险 对 被 保 险 货 物 存 放 舱 面 时 ， 除 接 本 保 险 单 所 载 条 款 负 责 外 ， 还 包 括 被 抛 弃 或 风 浪 冲 击 落 水 在 内 。 拒 收 险 条 款 一 、 本 公 司 对 被 保 险 货 物 由 于 在 进 口 港 被 进 口 国 的 政 府 或 有 关 当 局 拒 绝 进 口 或 没 收 予 以 负 责 ， 并 按 照 被 拒 绝 进 口 或 没 收 货 物 的 保 险 价 值 赔 偿 。 二 、 在 被 保 险 货 物 起 运 后 ， 进 口 国 宣 布 . 实 行 任 何 禁 运 或 禁 止 ， 本 公 司 仅 负 责 赔 偿 运 回 到 出 口 国 或 转 口 到 其 他 目 的 地 因 而 增 加 的 运 费 。 但 最 多 不 得 超 过 该 批 货 物 的 保 险 价 值 。 三 、 本 保 险 的 终 止 ， 自 被 保 险 货 物 卸 离 海 轮 存 入 卸 货 港 的 仓 库 时 为 止 。 或 者 （ 一 ） 被 保 险 货 物 在 目 的 港 卸 离 海 轮 满 三 十 天 终 止 ； （ 二 ） 被 保 险 货 物 己 被 进 口 国 的 政 府 或 有 关 当 局 允 许 进 口 时 为 止 。 以 首 先 发 生 者 为 准 。 四 、 被 保 险 人 保 证 ： （ 一 ） 被 保 险 货 物 的 生 产 、 质 量 、 包 装 和 商 品 检 验 必 须 符 合 产 地 国 和 进 口 国 的 有 关 规 定 。 （ 二 ） 对 被 保 险 货 物 备 有 一 切 必 需 的 有 效 的 进 口 特 许 证 或 许 可 证 。 五 、 本 公 司 对 下 列 原 因 引 起 的 任 何 损 失 不 负 赔 偿 之 责 ： （ 一 ） 违 反 上 述 第 四 条 中 的 任 何 一 款 ； （ 二 ） 市 价 跌 落 ； （ 三 ） 被 保 险 货 物 记 载 的 错 误 ， 商 标 或 标 记 的 错 误 ， 贸 易 契 约 或 其 他 文 件 发 生 的 错 误 或 遗 漏 ； （ 四 ） 违 反 产 地 国 政 府 或 有 关 当 局 关 于 出 口 货 物 的 有 关 规 定 ； （ 五 ） 被 保 险 货 物 在 起 运 前 ， 进 口 国 已 经 宣 布 实 行 禁 运 或 禁 止 。 六 、 在 发 生 本 保 险 承 保 的 损 失 时 ， 被 保 险 人 应 立 即 通 知 本 公 司 ， 并 按 照 本 公 司 的 要 求 采 取 一 切 可 能 的 措 施 。 保 险 人 与 被 保 险 人 对 被 拒 绝 进 口 或 没 收 货 物 采 取 的 一 切 措 施 都 不 应 视 为 接 受 赔 偿 或 放 弃 索 赔 的 表 示 。 黄 曲 霉 毒 素 条 款 本 保 险 对 被 保 险 货 物 ， 在 保 险 责 任 有 效 期 内 ， 在 进 口 港 或 进 口 地 经 当 地 卫 生 当 局 的 检 验 证 明 ， 因 含 有 黄 曲 霉 毒 素 ， 并 且 超 过 了 进 口 国 对 该 毒 素 的 限 制 标 准 ， 必 须 拒 绝 进 口 、 没 收 或 强 制 改 变 用 途 时 、 本 公 司 按 照 被 拒 绝
