Corrosion Resistance (F46) of Fluorine Plastic Table氟塑料(F46)耐腐蚀性能表Fluorine Plastic (PTFE-F4, FEP-F46), commonly known as the king of plastic was first developed and published by DUPONT CO.,LTD in American in 1938. It has been industrial produced for 50 years since 1949.Fluorine plastic lined corrosion resistant pump valves is made by FEP(F46) or section bar that molding or embedded then put it the inside and outside on the pressure-containing of steel or iron pump valves, using the uniqueness of strong corrosion resistant of chemical producing pumps, valves, pipe etc.Fluorine plastic with unparalleled performance in corrosion-resistant material renders inert reaction in various concentrations of hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, nitric acid, aqua regia, organic acid, strong oxidant, alternation of concentrated acid and diluted acid, alternation of acid-bases and various organic solvents, except in alkali metals, fluorine and aromatic hydrocarbons. Fluorine Plastic lined in pumps and valves not only overcomes the low strength but also solves the poor corrosion resistance and high cost of fluorine plastic. Fluorine plastic has excellent chemical stability, working well in anti-fouling, anti-sticking, extremely small and similar static friction coefficient, anti-friction lubrication, which is used as the valve set and close seal reducing friction between the sealing surface and operating torque of the valve, improving service life of products. The scope of application can be extended to food, medicine and industry.
