Section B 1a-1d 执笔人:金文锋教材解读 本单元以英美文化和音乐为话题,其目的不仅仅是在于让学生了解这些文学作品的名称、内容及相关的语言知识、同时通过与文学作品相关的听说读写活动,激发学生对英语语言文化的兴趣,学会如何与人探讨和交流文学作品,发表自己的观点和看法,从而提高自己的文学素养和人文素养。音乐这一主题不仅呈现了与音乐话题相关的词汇,还通过听说读写活动巩固学生对目标语言-现在完成时态的认识和理解。总之课本所涉及的一系列活动有利于学生综合能力的提高。教学目标1、 知识与技能1、 能掌握以下单词:pop 、rock(四会)、band(三会)2、 能理解以下句型:The Toms must be popular. Listening to The Toms is a good way to wake up.3、 能听懂课本1a、 1b内容,并完成简记(学会记录事件中的主要内容)。4、 会谈论自己和别人喜欢的音乐、喜欢的原因以及表达感受等。2、 过程与方法 采用contest guessing 和 pairwork、 groupwork的学习策略,利用多媒体课件展开课堂的听说读写等活动,利用游戏来激情引趣。3、 情感态度与价值观 通过音乐这一主题,培养学生的音乐欣赏能力,陶冶思想情操。通过课堂小组活动增强合作意识。教学重点 Improve the listening and speaking ability,按要求完成课本1b、1c任务。教学难点 能听懂Why do they like to listen to this band?和表述Why do you listen to it?教学准备 准备课件、调查学生喜欢的歌手和乐队、学生分组教学过程Step1 Greeting and Warm upGreet the students as usual.(Pairwork) Students ask and answer to finish task 1a. Who is your favorite singer or musician? Tell your partner why you like him or her.Step2 Lead in(Guessing game)Choose some of the singers or bands that students love to make a game. Play a guessing game to lead in todays new lesson. Also, review the sentences that we learned in the last lesson. Help students enjoy the music and what kinds of music it is. While playing the game, teach the new words pop, rock,band. And explain the difficult sentences in the next listening practice.Step3 Presentation(Before listening) First help the students to read the information in 1b and 1c to low the difficulties of listening.(While listening)1b Listen to a conversation between Alex and Dave.
