我公司是一家外商独资企业，生产制造并销售汽车警示牌、汽车照明装置，销售公司产品，公司总部在德国，创建于1945年。现招聘质量经理一名，详细资料如下：质量经理要求：上级领导：公司总经理/副总经理工作位置目标：设计/监控和优化一个经济型的生产和装配职位描述：- 负责生产的质量责任- 制定质量规章制度- 协调和控制生产和装配质量- 根据ISO9000制定质量手册和生产报告- 确定技术、工艺和服务的相关标准- 质量体系的执行和组织- 检验原材料、半成品和成品- 审核供应商- 组织和指点工作生产检验- 监控生产全过程中的质量- 持续完成质量控制，质量报告周报表- 收集、整理和存档质量记录个人要求：- 大学工程本科毕业- 熟练掌握质量标准和相关文件- 现场评判产品质量能力- 熟练掌握检验量具- 负责数据统计（Q-Index）- 掌控投诉规程- 准备和执行审核（客户、质量标准及供应商评审）- 数量掌握MS-Office- 很好的英语阅读、听说能力- 掌握企业经济学- 熟悉IMDS系统有汽车行业，或者塑料加工业工作经验，熟悉注塑、吹塑产品加工工艺及流程，熟悉质量管理体系TS16949Title: Quality SupervisorReport to: Quality Manager Underling: QCResponsibility:1. Maintain IMDS system2. Responsibility for ISO 9001 system maintenance3. Responsibility for the application of TS 16949 (set up the system and maintain it)4. Responsibility for internal improvement actions and create 8D report5. Manage all drawings and standards6. Manage all test device(label, certificate for periods check, etc)7. Internal quality training and evaluation8. Manage the implementation of FIFO9. Quality data collection and analysis , and report to Germany every week10. Supplier management (release report, performance monitoring, period evaluation, audit report, improvement actions, etc)11. Responsibility for the inspection plan(both incoming goods inspection and process inspection)12. Manage the sample board to show ok or not ok status of product13. Manage the internal “Product Code System”14. Manage the traceability of all kinds of materials15. Nonconforming product control and analysisRequirements:1. Bachelor degree of engineering is required2. At least more than three years experience with quality management3. Familiar with ISO 9001 and TS 16949 standard and have profuse experience of them4. Familiar with the using and management of test devices5. Advanced problem-solving skills6. Have the knowledge and experience of IMDS system7. Perfect English both in reading, writing and speaking8. Familiar with MS office, CAD, Visio ,Adobe Acrobat, know how to use Photoshop9. The knowledge
