Secondly, financial management is also essential for a qualified leader. Upper-construction is controlled by financial fundament. If a leader can manage the companys finance smoothly, effectively and rightly, all the other sectors will be operated in a quite agreeable way. Yet, when there is any problem caused by finance, which may be the mistake of the leaders management, the company is bound to step into slump, turbulence, and even bankruptcy. As finance is rather principal, from my viewpoint, well finance management is also a key quality of a good leader. Third, the equally important quality, to my mind, is the proficient negotiation skills. Absolutely, once your companys leader hold proficient negotiation skills, there are much beneficial affect. First, given cheerful results caused by a successful negotiation, others order for goods of your company must be much more then a bad one. In this case, your company is surely benefit much more. Isnt it a pleasure? On the other hand, a fruitful negotiation also can improve your companys position among the economic area, and strengthen the influence of your firm. Therefore, negotiation skill is also as important as the two formers. From what have been discussed above, we can obviously draw the conclusion that the requisite quality of a leader is bold innovative spirit, accurate financial management, proficient negotiation skills.
