WHEN YOU DO MAINTENANCE WORK, REPAIRS OR MODIFICATIONS, ALWAYS KEEP ELECTRICAL WIRING,COMPONENTS AND THE WORK AREA AS CLEAN AS POSSIBLE. TO DO THIS:- PUT PROTECTION, SUCH AS PLASTIC SHEETING, CLOTHS, ETC; ASNECESSARY ON WIRING AND COMPONENTS- REGULARLY REMOVE ALL SHAVINGS, UNWANTED MATERIAL AND OTHER CONTAMINATION.THESE PRECAUTIONS WILL DECREASE THE RISK OF CONTAMINATION AND DAMAGE TO THE ELECTRICAL WIRING INSTALLATION.IF THERE IS CONTAMINATION, REFER TO ESPM 20-55-00.注释:本EO的工作步骤中涉及其他文件时,如果使用的是“参照”字样且有其他可接受的替代方法时,该替代方法可以被使用;如果使用的是“按照”字样时,工作者必须使用AIRBUS指定文件中的工作步骤。NOTE: The accomplishment instructions of this EO refer to procedures included in other AIRBUS documents. When the words in accordance with are included in the instruction, the procedure in the AIRBUS document must be used.A. 通用信息/GENERAL(1) 工卡533221-910-001-001-标准施工Subtask 533221-910-001-001 - Standard Practices(a) 区域识别,参考AMM 06-20-00, Page Block 001 和 Manual Front Matter, Zone List。For the identification of zones, refer to AMM 06-20-00, Page Block 001 and Manual Front Matter, Zone List.(b) 获取标准螺纹紧固件的力矩值,参考AMM Task20-21-11-911-801。To torque tighten the standard threaded fasteners refer to AMM Task 20-21-11-911-801.(c) 拆除和安装紧固件,参考SRM 51-42-00。For the removal and installation of fasteners refer to SRM 51-42-00.(d) 恢复漆层,按照SRM 51-75-12。Renew the protective finish in accordance with SRM 51-75-12.(e) 获取替换的紧固件,参考SRM 51-43-00。For alternative and substitute fasteners refer to SRM 51-43-00.B. 准备/PREPARATION(2) 工卡533221-941-001-001-工作开始Subtask 533221-941-001-001 - Job Set-up(a) 在执行维护前飞机应处于以下基本状态下:The following items shall be considered as the basic Aircraft configuration before you start a maintenance task:- 飞机在地面上以起落架静止支撑(地面安全锁和轮档在起落架上安装到位)。Aircraft on the ground resting on landing gear (the ground safety locks and the wheel chocks are in position on the landing gear).- 发动机关车,反推关闭并锁上。Engine shut down, thrust reversers closed and locked.- 飞机处于干净的构型。Aircraft in clean configuration.- 飞机处于停留刹车应用状态。Parking brake applied.- 飞机电源断开。Aircraft electrical network de-energized.- 液压系统处于释压状态。Hydraulic systems depressurized.- 可接近驾驶舱和客舱。Access to the cockpit and cabin is available.- 所有的跳开关处于关闭状态。All circuit breakers are in closed position.- 所有的控制处于正常、自动或者关闭状态。All controls in NORM, AUTO or OFF position.(b) 确保飞机接地,参考AMM Task 12-34-24-860-802。Make sure that the aircraft is electrically grounded, refer to AMM Task 12-34-24-860-802.(c) 参考AMM Task 32-22-00-010-801打开前起落架舱门Open the NLG doors, refer to AMM Task 32-22-00-010-801.(d) 在123 和124区域放置接近工作梯。Put access platform(s) in position at zones 123 and 124.C.施工步骤 PROCEDURE(1) 工卡543034-010-002-001-详细检查紧固件螺纹和长桁Y=0之间的间隙。Subtask 533221-832-001-001 - Do a Detailed Inspection of the Gap between the Fastener Thread and the Stringer at Y=0. (a) 详细检查紧固件螺纹和长桁Y=0之间可能存在的干涉。参考Fig. A-FBAAA Sheet 01,Fig. A-FBAAA Sheet 02 and Fig. A-FFAAA Sheet 01。Do a detailed inspection of a possible interference between fastener thread and stringer Y=0.Refer to Fig. A-FBAAA Sheet 01,.Fig. A-FBAAA Sheet 02 and.Fig. A-FFAAA Sheet 01.1 间隙检查。Do the inspection of the gap.a 如果间隙大于0 mm (0in):If the gap is greater than 0 mm (0 in): 无需进一步的工作。No further action.b 如果间隙不大于0 mm (0 in):If the gap is not greater than 0 mm (0 in): 在下次起飞前执行步骤(2)工卡533221-833-001-001。Do step (2) SUBTASK 533221-833-001-001 before next flight.(b)发送检查报告Figure A-FRAAA - Sheet 01到S 和 。Send Inspection Report Figure A-FRAAA - Sheet 01 to S and .(2) 工卡533221-833-001-001- 根据检查结果,更换螺钉和执行长桁Y=0的损伤去除工作。Subtask 533221-833-001-001- Depending on the inspection results, replace the Screw and Do the Rework of the Stringer at Y=0.(a) 拆除盒子1030VB和和板,根据SRM 51-42-00。Remove the box 1030VB and the plate: In accordance with SRM 51-42-00.1 参考Fig. A-FBCAA Sheet 01拆除盒子。Remove the box:Refer to Fig. A-FBCAA Sheet 012 参考Fig. A-FBBAA Sheet 01 和 Fig. A-FBBAA Sheet 02拆除螺钉。Remove the screw: Refer to Fig. A-FBBAA Sheet 01 and Fig. A-FBBAA Sheet 02.3 参考Fig. A-FBCAA Sheet 01拆除板。Remove the plate: Refer to Fig. A-FBCAA Sheet 01.(b)在下次起飞前,参考Fig. A-FFAAA Sheet 01 执行长桁Y=0的损伤去除工作。Do the rework of the stringer at Y=0 before next flight.
