THISPREVENTS DAMAGE TO THE ACOUSTIC PANELS.注 意:在检查进气道时需使用保护垫(P/N HU55142),以保护消音板免受损伤。CAUTION: IN ORDER TO REDUCE THE POTENTIAL FOR MULTIPLE ENGINE IN-FLIGHT SHUT DOWN, POWER LOSS, OR OTHER ANOMALY DUE TO MAINTENANCE ERROR, IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT OPERATORS AVOID PERFORMING MAINTENANCE ON MULTIPLE ENGINES INSTALLED ON THE SAME AIRCRAFT AT THE SAME TIME. IF IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO AVOID MAINTENANCE ON MORE THAN ONE POWER PLANT AT THE SAME TIME, IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT ADDITIONAL CONTROLS ARE APPLIED IN ORDER TO ENSURE THAT MAINTENANCE TASKS HAVE BEEN COMPLETED AS DEFINED IN THIS TASK.注 意: 为减小由于维护不当所造成的双发同时空停、失去动力或工作异常的风险,特建议工作者不要在同一时段内对同一架飞机的两台动力装置进行维护工作,若上述情况无法避免,应采取相应的控制措施以保证工作者严格按照此工卡的要求来完成维护工作。1.Inspect the air intake cowl acoustic panels (Ref. Figure 1). 检查发动机进气道消音板(参考图1)A. Preparation of the Air Intake Acoustic Panels. 检查进气道消音板准备工作。Clean the surface of the air intake cowl acoustic panels with an OMat 2/101 lint-free cloth moistened with OMat 150 Acetone solvent. Make sure you use OMat 2/114 lint-free gloves whenyou clean components.使用不掉毛抹布OMat 2/101蘸取适量清洁剂OMat 150,对进气道消音板进行擦拭。并确认在施工前戴好防护手套OMat 2/114。NOTE: Make sure you wipe the surface of the parts before the solvent evaporates. 注 释:确认在清洁剂挥发前擦处表面清洁剂。B. Inspection of the Air Intake Acoustic Panels. 检查进气道消音板Inspect the complete surface of all three air intake cowl acoustic panels for disbond between theacoustic panel lining and Nomex Honeycomb core using the tap test procedure that follows: 检查3块进气道消音板全部表面,通过敲击方法,查看表层和蜂窝结构间有无分层,步骤如下:NOTE: It is easier to check for areas of disbond if you divide each panel into two sections(section 1 and section 2) as shown. Refer to Figure 1 sheet 2.注 释:参考图1-2,将消音板分为区域1和区域2,将有利于对整个消音板进行检查。(1). Apply masking tape (OMat 237 or suitable alternative) to make a 25mm (1inch)border on the front face of each acoustic panel taken from the edges of the acoustic area (refer to Figure 1 sheet 1). Do steps (a) thru (d) and inspect the marked area thoroughly.使用标记胶带(OMat 237或等同胶带),在距离每块消音板的消音区域四周边缘25mm(1inch)处做好标记(参考图1-1)。对于该区域,执行(a)-(d)检查。a). Tap test at intervals of 20 mm (approximately 0.75in) across the full surface of each airintake cowl acoustic panel with the ball end of the tap-testing tool.对于每块消音板,在该区域,使用检查工具,每隔20mm敲击检查一次。b). Take note of any change of pitch in the sound given out from the air intake cowlacoustic panels. A change of pitch indicates a disbond at that location.特别注意敲击时发出声音音调的变化。音调的变化意味着在该区域存在分层。NOTE: Expanded foam adhesive is used to bond the materials around the edges of the panelsand this can cause a different sound during the tap test. 注 释:多出的粘结剂用于粘牢消音板边缘的材料,可能导致测试过程中音调的变化。c). If a disbond is detected, tap test at intervals of 12mm (approximately 0.5 inch) acrossthe full surface of the part to determine the dimensions of the delamination or disbond.如果发现脱胶,缩小敲击检查间隔到12mm,并以此间隔进行后续检查,以确认具体分层或脱胶的面积。d). Use OMat 262 marking pen to make a mark on the air intake cowl around any areas ofdisbond between the acoustic panel lining and the Nomex honeycomb core.对于表层和蜂窝结构脱胶或分层的区域,使用OMat 262记号笔在消音板上进行标记。(2) Apply masking tape (OMat 237 or suitable alternative) to make a grid pattern of150mm (6 inch) squares on the front face of each acoustic panel. Do steps (a) thru (d)and inspect the marked area thoroughly.使用标记胶带(OMat 237或等同胶带),在每块消音板上标记出边长为150mm (6 inch)的方格。对于该区域,执行(a)-(d)检查。a). Tap test at intervals of 20 mm (approximately 0.75in) across the full surface of each airintake cowl acoustic panel with the ball end of the tap-testing tool.对于每块消音板,在该区域,使用检查攻击,每隔20mm敲击检查一次。b). Take note of any change of pitch in the sound given out from the air intake cowlacoustic panels. Permitted damage limits criteria 允许损伤标准A. The following permitted damage limits may be applied depending on the extent of disbond found On the air intake cowl acoustic panels, provided that the stated damage separation limits are not exceeded. 根据实际的检查结果,如果没有超出以下损伤限制,可以有条件的继续飞行。Table 1/表1Multiple occurrences of Level 1 to Level 5 disbond on each individual air intake cowlacoustic panel provided there is a minimum distance between disbonded areas equal to 5 times the length of the largest area of damage对于单个消音板存在多个1级到5级分层损伤,若分层损伤之间的距离不小于5倍最大损伤的尺寸,则Permitted to fly允许飞行Multiple occurrences of Level 1 to Level 5 disbond if there are existing repaired areas up to a 1 inch diameter repaired in accordance with either the Structural Repair Manual (SRM), or the (Nose Cowl) Component Maintenance Manual (CMM) repairs FRSZ008, FRSZ020 and/or FRSZ025. The minimum distance between damage areas should be 3 times the length of the largest damaged/repaired area.对于单个消音板存在多个1级到5级分层损伤,若存在多个直径小于1英寸的按SRM或CMM FRSZ008、FRSZ020、FRSZ025完成修理的区域,各损伤间的距离不小于3倍最大损伤尺寸或最大修理尺寸,则Permitted to fly允许飞行NOTE: If two or more disbond damages are within the damage area of 5 times the length of the largest damage, consider the two or more damages as a single one. 注 释:如果两个或多个分层损伤在5倍最大损伤尺寸的区域内,则认为此两个或多个损伤为一个损伤。NOTE: If an aircraft is returned to service under fly-on conditions, the tap test inspection will have to be repeated on the disbonded region of the air intake cowl acoustic panel at the statedinspection interval to establish if it has become larger. If the level of disbond found is greater than the permitted damage limits provided, then no fly-on is permissible. Replace the affected air intake cowl before the next flight.若分层区域大于损伤限制,不允许继续飞行。在下次飞行前更换进气道。C. Inspect all marked areas of disbond to make sure that the damage is within one of the repair damage limit scenarios provided in Table 3. To repair damage that is within the specified damagelimits, refer to the repair scheme provided in NMSB RB211-NAC-71-018. 检查所有区域确认其符合修理限制(表格3)。对于符合修理条件的损伤,按照RB211-NAC-71-018 进行修理。3. Repair damage limits criteria (Ref to Figure 1 Sheet 1) 可修理标准(参考图1-1)Table 3/表3Item/项次Limits/限制(1)A maximum damage size for a single damage of 203,20mm (8.00in.) by 203,20mm (8.00in.) in the acoustic area of the panel.消音板消音区单个分层损伤最大不能超过203,20mm (8.00in.) x 203,20mm (8.00in.)。(2)It is permissible to repair multiple damages to the panel, providing there is a minimum distance between other disbond damage areas of five times the length of the largest damage.允许修理消音板上的多处分层损伤,前提是各分层损伤间距不小于5倍最大分层损伤尺寸。(3)There must be a minimum distance between the damage areas and any existing repaired area, less than 1 inch in diameter, equal to three times the length of the largest damage.分层损伤和直径小于1英寸的旧修理区域间距不小于3倍最大分层损伤尺寸。(4)The total loss of acoustic area must not exceed the limits given in Structural Repair Manual (SRM) 54-01-07 Acoustic Treatment Areas Repair limits for repair of the acoustically treated areas.消音板消音区总损伤面积不超出SRM 54-01-07(Acoustic Treatment Areas Repair limits for repair of the acoustically treated areas)中的损伤标准。A.
