MMA精制塔物料衡算234.3.8低压高压塔换热器244.4全流程物料衡算251.概述本项目旨在设计一套9万吨/年异丁烯资源化利用的项目,并拟建中石化镇海炼化分公司MMA分厂。该项目以总厂产生的抽余C4为原料,通过异丁烯提纯工段、MAL合成工段和MMA合成工段,最终得到纯度为99.9%的MMA和副产品MAA。 设计过程中利用Aspen Plus对全流程进行模拟,并在此基础上完成物料衡算、能量衡算,Aspen plus全模拟流程如图1-1所示。图1-1 全流程模拟流程图2.物料衡算原理系统累计的质量输入系统的质量输出系统的质量反应生成的质量反应消耗的质量假设系统无泄漏,有:dFdt=FIN-FOUT+GR-CR当系统无化学反应发生时,有:dFdt=FIN-FOUT 在稳定状态下,有:dFdt=FIN-FOUT=0,FIN=FOUT注:FIN进入系统的物料流率;FOUT流出系统的物料流率;GR反应产生物料速率;CR反应消耗物料速率。3.物料衡算任务通过对系统整体以及部分主要单元的详细物料衡算,得到主、副产品的产量,原料的消耗量,“三废”的排放量以及最后产品的质量指标等关键经济技术指标,对所选工艺路线、设计流程进行定量评述,为后阶段的设计提供依据。4.系统物料衡算4.1异丁烯提纯工段物料衡算异丁烯提纯工段模拟流程图如下:图4-1
