It will be helpful for customer operation, use and maintenance of this machine. Prior to operating, you are expected to read the instructions carefully about operation and maintenance information. This is the prerequisite to assure the machine precision and reliability. This manual tries to presents the information about the operation, daily maintenance and the possible problems that may meet during operation in details. If any difficulty confronted during practical operation, please fell free to let us know and we always strive to solve any problems.u This manual has ten independent parts, which are directions of General Operation, Feeder Unit, Sun Extend-O-Feeding System, Servo Lead Edge Feeding System, Printer Unit, Dwell Unit, Slotter Unit , Die-cutter Unit Auto Stacker, Stacker I, Stacker (with scrap clear) and Flex Folder & Gluer. Each part is bound to be a single book; it introduces each unit operation and maintenance. We will offer the manuals according to clients actual purchased units of machine.u This manual is made by the standard configuration that our company offers. The users are not limited to choose configurations as they need. Also the users will not be affected to use this manual. Maybe the standard configurations are not all adapted when the customers place orders. So the manual may not include those clients.u This manual introduces just one printer unit. The customers may order several printer units as they need. But while operating, you just need t know operation and maintenance this manual describes, because operation and maintenance of all printer units are the same.u With the development of the technologies, we will make every effort to improve our products. In the event that customers buy the machines before our company makes enhancements, we wont update the customers manuals or inform them of the enhancements. Nevertheless, our company will provide services as requested by the customers.u The purpose of this manual is for the customers to operate and maintain. However, the configuration and structure of the machines the customer own may not be the same as this manual describes. The specific configuration and structure of the customers machine shall prevail.u The diagram in this manual are for the customers to learn the machine better.While repairing, nobody is expected to process components or parts in accordance with the diagrams, or we wont assume any liabilities for any possible damage and accident. When the customers need to change some components of the machine, they are expected to contact our after-sale service department, and we will provide customers with components according to the information the customers give.u Several designs have been applied and approved by the State Intellectual Property Office. So they should not be copied, or you may infringe our rights. Our company will reserve the rights to appeal to the court if any such infringement is found.u Skip feeding can have the sheets that over the max. size get through the feeder unit, However, owing to the fixed diameter of printer cylinder, slotter roll , die-cutter roll and blade shaft, the max. printing area of feeder is unchanged. The max. working area of single slotter unit and die-cutter unit cant be over the max. feeding size as well.
