物料衡算简介1.1概述物料衡算是确定化工生产过程中物料比例和物料转变的定量关系的过程,是化工工艺计算中最基本、最重要的内容之一。在化学工程中,设计或改造工艺流程和设备,了解和控制生产操作过程,核算生产的经济效益,确定主副产品的产率,确定原材料消耗定额,确定生产过程的损耗量,便于技术人员对现有的工艺过程进行分析,选择最有效的工艺路线,确定设备容量、数量及主要尺寸,对设备进行最佳设计以及确定最佳操作条件等都要进行物料衡算。毫不夸张的说,一切化学工程的开发和放大都是以物料衡算为基础的。在化工过程中,物料平衡是指在单位时间内进入系统(体系)的全部物料质量必定等于离开该系统(体系)的全部物料质量再加上损失掉的与累积起来的物料质量。对物料平衡进行计算称为物料衡算。物料平衡的理论依据是质量守恒定律,即在一个鼓励体系中不论物质发生任何变化(不包括核反应)它的质量始终不变。通常物料衡算有两种情况,一是对已有的生产设备或过程利用实测的数据,计算出另一些不能直接测定的物料量,俗称生产查定,用此计算结果,对生产情况进行分析,做出判断,提出改进措施;二是设计一种新的设备或过程,由物料衡算求出进出各设备的物料量、组成等,然后结合能量衡算,确定设备的工艺尺寸及整个工艺流程。物料衡算按操作方式则可分为间歇操作、连续操作以及半连续操作等三类物料衡算;或者将其分为稳定状态操作和不稳定状态操作两类衡算。如按衡算范围划分,可分为单元操作过程(或者单个设备)和全流程的两类物料衡算。化工设计进行的物料衡算是先做单元操作过程(或单个设备)的物料衡算,然后将各个过程汇总得到整个流程的物料衡算,进而完成物料流程图。1.2物料衡算的目的本项目拟建一套年产 万吨的硫磺装置,同时副产二氧化硫气体等产品。工艺设计中,物料衡算是在工艺流程确定后进行的。目的是根据原料与产品之间的定量转化关系,计算原料的消耗量,各种中间产品、产品和副产品的产量,生产过程中各阶段的消耗量以及组成,进而为热量衡算、其他工艺计算及设备计算打基础。对于已有装置,物料衡算可以弄清原料的来龙去脉,找出生产中的薄弱环节,为改进生产、完善管理提供可靠的依据和明确方向,并可作为检查原料利用率及三废处理完善程度的一种手段。1.3物料衡算的任务 1、确定硫磺以及副产品的实际产量以及质量指标;2、确定工艺中的“三废”排放量等公共经济指标;3、各主要单元过程的物料衡算,并指导工艺设备的尺寸确定;4、汇总全流程物料衡算,数据用于完成物料流程图等后续设计任务。1.4物料衡算的基本步骤1、画出工艺流程示意图。2、列出化学反应方程式。3、确定计算任务书。4、收集数据资料。5、选择计算基准。6、建立物料平衡方程,展开计算。7、整理并校核计算结果。8、绘制物料流程图、填写正式物料平衡表。1.5物料衡算的方法 物料衡算是根据质量守恒定律,利用某进出化工过程中某些已知物流的流量和组成,通过建立有关物料的平衡式和约束式,求出其他未知物流的流量和组成的过程。系统中物料衡算一般表达式为:系统中的积累=输入-输出+生成-消耗式中生成或消耗项是由于化学反应而生成或消耗的量;积累量可以是正值,也可以是负值,当系统中积累量不为零时称为非稳定状态过程;积累量为零时,称为稳定状态过程。稳定状态过程时,可以简化为:输入=输出-生成+消耗对无化学反应的稳定过程,又可表示为:输入=输出第二章 工艺概述本项目以总厂在云南省安宁市草铺镇安宁工业园区中的催化裂化装置脱下的烟气和双脱装置的硫化氢为原料,经过烟气吸收后富集得到二氧化硫与硫化氢进行反应,产生液态硫磺,再将液态硫磺直接送至下游装置,精制得到本厂产品固体硫磺。 设计过程中利用Aspen Plus对全流程进行模拟,并在此基础上完成物料衡算、能量衡算,Aspen plus全模拟流程如图2.1-1所示。图2.1-1全流程模拟流程图第三章
