THE ENGINE PARTS CAN STAY HOT FOR ALMOST 1 HOUR.警 告:不戴劳保手套不能接触发动机未冷却部件,否则会造成烫伤。若发生烫伤,将烫伤部位浸在凉水中10分钟,然后寻求医疗救治。WARNING: YOU MUST NOT TOUCH HOT PARTS WITHOUT APPLICABLE GLOVES. HOT PARTS CAN CAUSE INJURY. IF YOU GET AN INJURY, PUT IT IN COLD WATER FOR 10 MINUTES. THEN GET MEDICAL AID.注 意: 为减小由于维护不当所造成的双发同时空停、失去动力或工作异常的风险,特建议工作者不要在同一时段内对同一架飞机的两台发动机进行维护工作,若上述情况无法避免,应采取相应的控制措施以保证工作者严格按照此EO的要求来完成维护工作。CAUTION: IN ORDER TO REDUCE THE POTENTIAL FOR MULTIPLE ENGINE IN-FLIGHT SHUT DOWN, POWER LOSS, OR OTHER ANOMALY DUE TO MAINTENANCE ERROR, IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT OPERATORS AVOID PERFORMING MAINTENANCE ON MULTIPLE ENGINES INSTALLED ON THE SAME AIRCRAFT AT THE SAME TIME. IF IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO AVOID MAINTENANCE ON MORE THAN ONE ENGINE AT THE SAME TIME, IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT ADDITIONAL CONTROLS ARE APPLIED IN ORDER TO ENSURE THAT MAINTENANCE TASKS HAVE BEEN COMPLETED AS DEFINED IN THIS EO.1. 按AMM TASK 72-00-00-200-814-A接近和拆除孔探发动机HPT转叶的堵头。Access and remove the borescope plug of engine HPT blades in accordance with AMM TASK 72-00-00-200-814-A. DIC 2. 按AMM TASK 72-00-00-200-814-A执行发动机HPT转叶孔探检查。Perform the borescope inspection on the engine HPT blades in accordance with AMM TASK 72-00-00-200-814-A.注 意:检查时特别关注HPT转叶根部和叶间平台以及叶片前缘的不正常情况,通常叶片断裂根源于此(见图2 b, c, d)。CAUTION: Pay particular attention to the abnormal status on the HPT blade root and inner platform and blades leading edge,crack is often originated from there (Ref to Figure 2 b, c, d). 注 释1:图1是HPT转叶平台以下的典型硫化腐蚀或者损伤。NOTE1: Typical sulphidation corrosion or damage feature under HPT Blade platform shows in Fig 1.注 释2:图2是HPT转叶平台以上的一些典型损伤。NOTE2: Typical damage feature above HPT Blade platform shows in Fig 2. 3. 按AMM TASK 72-00-00-200-814-A安装拆下的孔探发动机HPT转叶的堵头,并恢复发动机到可用状态。Install the off borescope plug of engine HPT blades in accordance with AMM TASK 72-00-00-200-814-A, and restore the engine to serviceable conditon.
