本项目选址山东省淄博市临淄区齐鲁化学工业园区,以高纯度异丁烯为原料,采用直接氧化法。由高纯度异丁烯催化氧化制取甲基丙烯醛(MAL),再由MAL氧化酯化制取甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)。整个工艺流程分为MAL制备工段,MAA精制工段和MMA合成工段。设计过程中利用Aspen Plus对全流程进行模拟,并在此基础上完成物料衡算、能量衡算,Aspen plus全模拟流程如图1-1所示。图1-1全流程模拟流程图第二章 物料衡算2.1物料衡算原理系统累计的质量输入系统的质量输出系统的质量反应生成的质量反应消耗的质量假设系统无泄漏,有:dFdt=FIN-FOUT+GR-CR当系统无化学反应发生时,有:dFdt=FIN-FOUT=0,FIN=FOUT注: 进入系统的物料流率; 流出系统的物料流率; 反应产生物料速率; 反应消耗物料速率。第三章 物料衡算任务 通过对系统整体以及部分主要单元的详细物料衡算,得到主、副产品的产量,原料的消耗量,“三废”的排放量以及最后产品的质量指标等关键经济技术指标,对所选工艺路线、设计流程进行定量评述,为后阶段的设计提供依据。第四章 物料衡算表 4.1MAL制备工段4.1.1混合器(M0101)表4-1混合器(M0101)物料衡算InOutStream
