物料衡算化工过程的物料衡算与能量衡算,是利用化学与物理的基本定律,对化工过程单元及化工过程单元系统的物料平衡与能量平衡进行定量的计算,通过计算,从中找出主副产品的生成量,废物的排出量,确定原材料的消耗与定额,确定原材料的消耗与定额,确定各物质的流量、组成、和状态,确定每一设备内物质转换与能量传递的参数。从而为确定操作方式、设备选型以及设备尺寸的确定,管路设施与公用工程的设计提供依据。同时为经济计算及节能降耗提供基础。1.1
