茂名石化8万吨/年MMA生产项目 物料衡算一览表WORTH DOING 511.概述本项目以总厂在珠海(茂名)产业转移工业园的茂名石化总厂乙烯厂裂解装置的裂解碳四经过深度溶剂抽提(乙腈或者DMF)分离出丁二烯后的抽余碳四以及甲醇为原料,将抽余碳四进行预处理得到异丁烯,再采用异丁烯直接氧化法,首先将异丁烯氧化制成甲基丙烯醛,后与甲醇及氧气发生氧化酯化反应生成甲基丙烯酸甲酯并副产醚后碳四。设计过程中利用Aspen Plus对全流程进行模拟,并在此基础上完成物料衡算、能量衡算,Aspen plus全模拟流程如图1-1所示。图 1-1 全厂工艺流程图2.物料衡算原理系统累计的质量输入系统的质量输出系统的质量反应生成的质量反应消耗的质量假设系统无泄漏,有:dFdt=FIN-FOUT+GR-CR当系统无化学反应发生时,有:dFdt=FIN-FOUT 在稳定状态下,有:dFdt=FIN-FOUT=0,FIN=FOUT注:FIN进入系统的物料流率;FOUT流出系统的物料流率;GR反应产生物料速率;CR反应消耗物料速率。3.物料衡算任务通过对系统整体以及部分主要单元的详细物料衡算,得到主、副产品的产量,原料的消耗量,“三废”的排放量以及最后产品的质量指标等关键经济技术指标,对所选工艺路线、设计流程进行定量评述,为后阶段的设计提供依据。4.物料衡算表4.1原料预处理工段4.1.1混合器(V0102、V0104)表4-1
