WHEN YOU DO MAINTENANCE WORK, REPAIRS ORMODIFICATIONS, ALWAYS KEEP ELECTRICAL WIRING, COMPONENTS AND THEWORK AREA AS CLEAN AS POSSIBLE. TO DO THIS:- PUT PROTECTION, SUCH AS PLASTIC SHEETING, CLOTHS, ETC; AS NECESSARYON WIRING AND COMPONENTS- REGULARLY REMOVE ALL SHAVINGS, UNWANTED MATERIAL AND OTHERCONTAMINATION.THESE PRECAUTIONS WILL DECREASE THE RISK OF CONTAMINATION ANDDAMAGE TO THE ELECTRICAL WIRING INSTALLATION.IF THERE IS CONTAMINATION, REFER TO ESPM 20-55-00.注 : 本EO 的工作步骤参照其他文件或EO的其他部分。当步骤中出现“refer to”字样时,工作者可参考其他批准的替代程序进行施工;当步骤中出现“in accordance with”字样时,必须按照工作步骤中所引用的文件要求施工NOTE: The accomplishment instructions of this EO include procedures given in otherdocuments or in other sections of the EO. Operators can therefore, as deemednecessary, omit or add access and/or close-up steps to add flexibility to their maintenanceoperations as long as the technical intent of the EO is met within the set parameters.B. 标准施工/STANDARD PRACTICES1. 执行本EO 中使用的耗材规范参考CML。For the specification of materials (Mat. No.) given in this EO refer to the Consumable Material List (CML).2. 区域的识别,参考AMM 06-20-00, Page Block 001。For the identification of zones, refer to AMM 06-20-00, Page Block 001.3. 金属结构的加工,依据SRM 51-27-11。Rework metallic structures in accordance with SRM 51-27-11.4. 施涂防护处理,依据SRM 51-21-00。Apply protective treatment in accordance with SRM 51-21-00.C. 施工准备/PREPARATION1. 工作准备/Job Set-up注 :在开始维护检查前,如下的项目必须作为基础飞机构型加以考虑:- 飞机地面停放在起落架上(起落架安全销和轮挡必须在起落架上安装到位)- 发动机关车,反推关闭并锁定- 飞机处于空机状态- 设置停留刹车- 飞机电路关断- 液压系统卸压- 到驾驶舱和客舱的接近门可用- 所有跳开关在闭合位置- 所有控制器在NORM, AUTO或OFF位置NOTE: The items given in this note shall be considered as the basic Aircraft configuration before you start a maintenance task:- Aircraft on the ground resting on landing gear (the ground safety locks and the wheel chocks are in position on the landing gear)- Engine shut down, thrust reversers closed and locked- Aircraft in clean configuration- Parking brake applied- Aircraft electrical network de-energized- Hydraulic systems depressurized- Access to the cockpit and cabin is available- All circuit breakers are in closed position- All controls in NORM, AUTO or OFF positiona. 参考AMM Task 12-34-24-869-002保证飞机接地。Make sure that the aircraft is electrically grounded, refer to AMM Task 12-34-24-860-802.b. 打开前起落架门,依据AMM Task 32-22-00-010-801。Open the Nose Landing Gear (NLG) Doors, refer to AMM Task 32-22-00-010-801.c. 在713和714区域放置工作梯。Put an access platform in position at zones 713 and 714.2. 拆除前起落左侧前门,参考AMM Task 32-22-11-000-801。Remove the NLG Forward Door LH Side, refer to AMM Task 32-22-11-000-801.3. 拆除前起落架右侧前门,参考AMM Task 32-22-11-000-801。Remove the NLG Forward Door RH Side, refer to AMM Task 32-22-11-000-801.4. 清洁检查区域使用:Clean the inspection areas with:D. 施工步骤/PROCEDURE1. 详细检查前起落架前门左侧前弯管接耳和前起落架隔栏铰链接耳,参考AMM Task 52-82-00-200-803,参考Fig. A-FBAAA。Do a detailed inspection of the NLG Forward Door FWD Swan Neck Fittings and FWD NLG Bay Hinge Fitting, LH Side, refer to AMM Task 52-82-00-200-803.Refer to Fig. A-FBAAAa. 若没有发现磨损:If wear marks are not found:(1) 执行步骤D.3和D.9。Do procedure D.3 and D.9.b. 若发现磨损:If wear marks are found:(1) 执行步骤D.3,D.5,D.6和D.8。Do procedure D.3,D.5,D.6 and D.8.(a) 若高频涡流检查发现磨损,联系结构工程师。If wear marks are found after the HFEC inspection,contact Structure engineer.(b) 若高频涡流检查没有发现磨损:If wear marks are not found after the HFEC inspection:1 执行步骤D.9和D.11。Do procedure D.9 and D.11.a 若间隙小于1mm(0.039in), 联系结构工程师。If the gap is lower than 1 mm (0.039 in),contact Structure engineer.2. 详细检查前起落架前门右侧前弯管接耳和前起落架隔栏铰链接耳,参考AMM Task 52-82-00-200-803,参考Fig. A-FBAAA。Do a detailed inspection of the NLG Forward Door FWD Swan Neck Fittings and FWD NLG Bay Hinge Fitting, RH Side, refer to AMM Task 52-82-00-200-803.Refer to Fig. A-FBAAAa. 若没有发现磨损:If wear marks are not found:(1) 执行步骤D.4和D.10。Do procedure D.4 and D.10.b. 若发现磨损:If wear marks are found:(1) 执行步骤D.4,D.5,D.7和D.8。Do procedure D.4,D.5,D.7 and D.8(a) 若高频涡流检查发现磨损,联系结构工程师。If wear marks are found after the HFEC inspection,contact Structure engineer.(b) 若高频涡流检查没有发现磨损:If wear marks are not found after the HFEC inspection:1 执行步骤D.10和D.12。Do procedure D.10 and D.12.a 若间隙小于1mm(0.039in), 联系结构工程师。If the gap is lower than 1 mm (0.039 in),contact Structure engineer.3. 加工前起落架左侧隔栏铰链接耳。Rework the FWD NLG Bay Hinge Fitting, LH Sidea. 按需对受影响区域清洁和去油污使用:If necessary, clean and degrease the areas with:b. 打磨前起落架左侧隔栏铰链接耳,依据SRM 51-27-11,参考Fig. A-FBCAA。Blend-out the FWD NLG Bay Hinge Fitting on LH side as shown in Fig. A-FBCAA, in accordance with SRM 51-27-11.注 :前起落架隔栏铰链接耳相关的破损安全角材由不锈钢镀镉制作。研磨和重新镀镉期间需要进行适当的防护措施。NOTE: The concerned Failsafe Angles in the FWD NLG Bay Hinge Fitting are made of steel and have been cadmium plated. Proper precautions should be used during grinding and re-application of cadmium plating.c. 在加工区域重新镀镉和喷漆,依据SRM 51-21-11。Re-apply cadmium plating and paint the reworked areas in accordance with SRM 51-21-11.4. 加工前起落架右侧隔栏铰链接耳。Rework the FWD NLG Bay Hinge Fitting, RH Sidea. 按需对受影响区域清洁和去油污使用:If necessary, clean and degrease the areas with:b. 打磨前起落架右侧隔栏铰链接耳,依据SRM 51-27-11,参考Fig. A-FBCAA。Blend-out the FWD NLG Bay Hinge Fitting on RH side as shown in Fig. A-FBCAA, in accordance with SRM 51-27-11.注 :前起落架隔栏铰链接耳相关的破损安全角材由不锈钢镀镉制作。研磨和重新镀镉期间需要进行适当的防护措施。NOTE: The concerned Failsafe Angles in the FWD NLG Bay Hinge Fitting are made of steel and have been cadmium plated. Proper precautions should be used during grinding and re-application of cadmium plating.c. 在加工区域重新镀镉和喷漆,依据SRM 51-21-11。Re-apply cadmium plating and paint the reworked areas in accordance with SRM51-21-11.5. 根据检查结果,在工作台上,加工受影响的弯管接耳。Depending on Inspection results, on bench, rework the affected Swan Neck Fittings a. 按需对受影响区域清洁和去油污使用:If necessary, clean and degrease the areas with:b. 打磨受影响的弯管接耳,依据SRM 51-27-11,参考Fig. A-FBDAA。Blend-out the affected Swan Neck Fittings as shown in Fig. A-FBDAA, in accordance with SRM 51-27-11.c. 对加工区域重保护和喷漆,依据SRM 51-21-11和SRM 51-23-11。Re-protect and paint the reworked areas in accordance with SRM 51-21-11 and SRM 51-23-11.6. 参考NTM51-10-21,参考Fig. A-FBEAA,对前起落架左侧隔栏铰链接耳执行高频涡流检查。Do an HFEC Inspection of the FWD NLG Bay Hinge Fitting on LH side as shown in Fig. A-FBEAA, refer to NTM 51-10-21.注 :仅适用于不锈钢制的前起落架隔栏铰链接耳的重加工的破损安全角材。NOTE: Only applicable to the reworked Failsafe Angles in the FWD NLG Bay Hinge Fittings which are made of steel.7. 参考NTM51-10-21,参考Fig. A-FBEAA,对前起落架右侧隔栏铰链接耳执行高频涡流检查。Do an HFEC Inspection of the FWD NLG Bay Hinge Fitting on RH side as shown in Fig. A-FBEAA, refer to NTM 51-10-21.注 :仅适用于不锈钢制的前起落架隔栏铰链接耳的重新加工的破损安全角材。NOTE: Only applicable to the reworked Failsafe Angles in the FWD NLG Bay Hinge Fittings which are made of steel.8. 参考NTM 51-10-08,参考Fig. AFBFAA,对受影响的弯管接耳执行高频涡流检查。Do an HFEC Inspection of the affected Swan Neck Fittings as shown in Fig. AFBFAA, refer to NTM 51-10-08.9. 参考AMM Task 32-22-11-400-801,安装左侧前起落架前门。Install the NLG Forward Door, LH side, refer to AMM Task 32-22-11-400-801.10. 参考AMM Task 32-22-11-400-801,安装右侧前起落架前门。Install the NLG Forward Door, RH side, refer to AMM Task 32-22-11-400-801.11. 根据检查结果,检查前起落架左侧隔栏铰链接耳和弯管接耳之间的缝隙。参考Fig. A-FBBAA。Depending on Inspection results, check the Gap between the FWD NLG Bay Hinge Fitting and the Swan Neck Fittings, LH Side. These areas are easier to coat.e. 关闭前起落架前门,参考AMM Task 32-22-00-410-801。Close the NLG Forward doors, refer to AMM Task 32-22-00-410-801.f. 再次打开前起落架前门,参考AMM Task 32-22-00-010-801。Open again the NLG Forward doors, refer to AMM Task 32-22-00-010-801.g. 测量橡皮泥的厚度,参考Fig. A-FBBAA Sheet 01和Fig. A-FBBAA Sheet 02Measure the thickness of the modelling clay paste: Refer to Fig. A-FBBAA Sheet 01 and Fig. A-FBBAA Sheet 02(1) 小心的拆下一个连续层的橡皮泥,清洁表面,在平面,切下最小厚度的层。Carefully remove a continuous layer.
