换热器294.3 MMA提纯精制工段334.3.1 混合器334.3.2 分流器364.3.3 泵374.3.4 换热器424.3.5 塔设备481 概述本项目是为山东京博石油化工有限公司新建一个以异丁烯为原料生产甲基丙烯酸甲酯的分厂。先将异丁烯氧化成甲基丙烯醛MAL,再用直接酯化法(Asahi法)将MAL直接与甲醇和氧气进行酯化反应制得MMA。设计过程中利用Aspen Plus对全流程进行模拟,并在此基础上完成物料衡算、能量衡算,Aspen plus全模拟流程如图所示。第一工段第二工段第三工段2 物料衡算方法2.1 物料衡算原理系统累计的质量输入系统的质量输出系统的质量反应生成的质量反应消耗的质量假设系统无泄漏,有:dFdt=FIN-FOUT+GR-CR当系统无化学反应发生时,有:dFdt=FIN-FOUT 在稳定状态下,有:dFdt=FIN-FOUT=0,FIN=FOUT注:FIN进入系统的物料流率;FOUT流出系统的物料流率;GR反应产生物料速率;CR反应消耗物料速率。2.2 物料衡算基准在物料、能量衡算过程中,恰当地选择计算基准可以使计算简化,同时也可以减少计算误差。在一般的化工工艺计算中,选择基准大致有以下几种:(1)时间基准对于连续生产过程,以秒、小时、天等的一段时间间隔的投料量或产品量作为计算基准。对于间歇操作过程,一般可以以一釜、一批量的生产周期作为基准。(2)质量基准对液体或固体介质,可取某一基准物流的质量为100Kg,然后计算其他物流的质量。基准物质可以使产品,也可以是原料,也可以是任何一个中间物流。一般情况下,取某一已知变量最多(或未知变量最少)的物流作为基准最为合适。对于有化学反应的过程,由于化学反应是按物质的量(mol)进行的,因此用物质的量作为基准更为方便。(3)体积基准对于气体物料,可采用标准体积基准,这是应将实际情况下的体积换算为标准状态下的体积。在标准状态下,1mol气体相当于22.4L标准体积的气体。气体混合物中组分的体积分数与摩尔分数在数值上是相同的。2.3 物料衡算步骤(1)搜集计算数据。(2)准确画出物料衡算流程示意图。(3)确定衡算体系。(4)写出化学反应方程式,包括主反应和副反应,标出有用的分子量。(5)选择合适的计算基准,并在流程图上标明所选的基准值。(6)列出物料衡算式,然后用数学方法求解。(7)将计算结果列成输入输出物料表(物料平衡表)。(8)校核计算结果。3 物料衡算目的通过对系统整体以及部分主要单元的详细物料衡算,得到主、副产品的产量,原料的消耗量,“三废”的排放量以及最后产品的质量指标等关键经济技术指标,对所选工艺路线、设计流程进行定量评述,为后阶段的设计提供依据。4 物料衡算一览表4.1 MAL合成与分离工段4.1.1 混合器混合器(MIXER1)物料衡算INOUTStream No.010501030106Temperature
