概述本项目以总厂在浙江省杭州市萧山临江工业园区富丽达集团控股有限公司的含硫废气为原料,经脱有机硫、无机硫后,通过低温甲醇洗分离硫化氢和其他气体氧气,氮气,二氧化碳等。得到的纯净的硫化氢和1,4-丁二醇反应,生成四氢噻吩。分离的氧气氮气混合气经变压吸附分开,副产氧气和氮气。设计过程中利用Aspen Plus对全流程进行模拟,并在此基础上完成物料衡算、能量衡算,Aspen plus全模拟流程如图1-1所示。图1-1 Aspen plus全模拟流程25 福州大学至诚学院The one团队 第二章 物料衡算原理系统累计的质量输入系统的质量输出系统的质量反应生成的质量反应消耗的质量假设系统无泄漏,有:dFdt=FIN-FOUT+GR-CR当系统无化学反应发生时,有:dFdt=FIN-FOUT 在稳定状态下,有:dFdt=FIN-FOUT=0,FIN=FOUT注:FIN进入系统的物料流率;FOUT流出系统的物料流率;GR反应产生物料速率;CR反应消耗物料速率。第三章 物料衡算任务通过对系统整体以及部分主要单元的详细物料衡算,得到主、副产品的产量,原料的消耗量,“三废”的排放量以及最后产品的质量指标等关键经济技术指标,对所选工艺路线、设计流程进行定量评述,为后阶段的设计提供依据。第四章
