概述中国石化集团四川维尼纶扩建的年产12万吨醋酸乙烯(VAC),副产3600吨乙醛(ALD)项目。本项目的实施充分利用中国石化中下游一体化优势和川维厂以天然气乙炔路线生产醋酸乙烯、聚乙烯醇、甲醇等产品的技术优势,符合川维厂做大做强天然气化工产业的企业战略和集团公司发展战略。设计过程中利用Aspen Plus对全流程进行模拟,并在此基础上完成物料衡算、能量衡算,Aspen 物料衡算原理系统累计的质量输入系统的质量输出系统的质量反应生成的质量反应消耗的质量假设系统无泄漏,有:dFdt=FIN-FOUT+GR-CR当系统无化学反应发生时,有:dFdt=FIN-FOUT在稳定状态下,有:dFdt=FIN-FOUT=0,FIN=FOUT注:FIN进入系统的物料流率;FOUT流出系统的物料流率;GR反应产生物料速率;CR反应消耗物料速率。第三章 物料衡算任务通过对系统整体以及部分主要单元的详细物料衡算,得到主、副产品的产量,原料的消耗量,“三废”的排放量以及最后产品的质量指标等关键经济技术指标,对所选工艺路线、设计流程进行定量评述,为后阶段的设计提供基础。绿野烯踪 团队71中石化四川维尼纶年产12万吨醋酸乙烯和3600吨乙醛项目 物料衡算一览表第四章
