Equivalent forced outage rate 0.08%, 0.16% reduction over the same period a year earlier. Carried out in spring and autumn of security inspections, flood control and inspection, safety production month, day supervision of production safety and the Olympic Games and other仓库精细化管理实施仓库保管人员岗位职责1. 负责分管配件的验收,保管、保养、发放和回收到库,确保生产需要,验收时做到材料质量和数量达到合符规定要求,并妥善保存验收记录。2. 严格按物资仓储的技术规范保管,保养好一切生产所需材料,确保仓库,仓库物资规格不窜,配件不混、堆放整齐、数量准确、质量完好。3. 严格按发料凭证办理领料,凡规定有消耗定额的主要物资,要限额用量,凡规定交旧领新的物资交回旧品后方可办理领料。5. 库存物资要坚持永续盘点,做到日清月结,帐、卡、物、资金四项相符。6. 忠于职守、秉公办事、不谋私利、实事求是,优质服务。库房管理制度为了入库物资的储存和保养,保持库存物资的使用价值,最大限度地减少库存损耗,特制定本办法。1. 库房人员应严格按程序验收、发放物资,认真核对收、发料凭证,杜绝白条发放。库管物资不准私人领借,不准库管员擅自运用。2. 库存物资必须有物、有帐、做到日清月结,使帐、卡、物、资金四相符。3. 库存物资进行科学的管理,库容整洁,摆放整齐,标准明显,便于清点。4. 危险品、易燃品、有毒品、必须单独区域保管,不得与其他物资混存。5. 库房内严禁吸烟,照明线路经常检修,料库、料场排水设施畅通,以免引起不必要的灾害。7. 库存物资应予以保密,非管理人员未经批准,不得进入仓库。8. 库管人员工作调动,应认真办理交接手续,清点库存,核对帐卡,确认无误后,方可调离仓库。采购物资的验证办法为了明确供货方、运输方、采购方的责任,把好物资质量关,维护本企业的利益,特制定本办法。 一、入库1. 入库由仓库保管员会同采购员验收,交验时依据采购计划、供货发票凭证齐全后方可接货验收。2. 主要配件入库必须逐件过重或点数,检验货单或证明书是否符合交货规定。如发现规格、质量、数量不符合要求或未经审批采购的物资,仓管员应拒绝验收入库,并报告主管领导处理。4. 生产过程中需要直接运送车间物资,必须由仓库保管员清点数量后方可。5. 仓管员对验收入库的物资应及时记相应台帐。并通知检验部门检验和试验。6. 检验合格或待检验的物资由物资部门按产品标识进行标识。7. 不合格的物资按不合格材料处置办法执行。二、物资的贮存保管1. 库存物资统筹安排、合理布局,分类存放,科学堆码,及时记帐,立卡标识,定期盘点,主要物资每月盘点一次报项目经理,每季度汇总一次报处生产管理科。2. 仓管员要对所管的物资做到心中有数,及时向物资主管传递书面库存情况。3. 仓管员因责任心不强,把关不严,致使质量不合格物资入库或保管不善,造成物资减少、损坏、丢失时,按公司相关规定处理。三、物资出库制度 1. 严格按领料单领料,凡规定有消耗定额的主要材料要凭限额领料单限额用量,凡规定交旧领新的材料交回废品后方可办理领料,否则,保管员有权拒绝发料。1. 领料单是出库的依据,实行一料一单制,没有料单而发生了配件出库现象,保管员按失职论处。2. 公司各部门只能授权一人开具领料单,由公司经理授权并发布成文。3. 领料单必须由领料人亲自签名,料单填写清楚、完整,不得代笔代领。4. 价值较高的配件、工具等材料都要遵照旧换新的制度进行发放。5. 小型机具、工具、量具按有关规定发放。公司仓库建立个人工具领用台帐。四、物资盘点 1. 盘点工作必须认真仔细、不得弄虚作假随意更改数字。为保证物资盘点工作及时准确真实,物资部门主管要安排第二人与保管员一同盘点,公司物资部门主管和财务部要对每个库房盘点工作进行抽查监督。2. 对实物盘亏时,属合理损耗的要写出书面报告,经物资主管审批报损,同时与财务部门统一,调整库存,属于非合理性损耗的要查明原因,写出书面报告,落实防范措施,报请公司经理审批后,才能以报损单进行帐务处理。4. 盘点后要将盘盈亏入帐,使帐物相符,杜绝帐外物资,一经发现要立即清点入帐,并查明来历,做好帐务处理。五、废旧物资的回收利用1. 生产过程中废弃了且还有回收利用价值的物资,由物资保管员负责回收。2. 回收物资要及时分类整理。并建立收旧物资台帐,对有利用价值进行修复,无利用价值的可按废品处理。3. 无利用价值的废旧物资要由主管领导批准后方处理。六、 物资帐务设置、基础资料的管理 1. 公司物资部门物资设置按有关规定执行,物资部门每月与财务对一次帐。2. 物资出入库做帐时,必须以收发原始凭证为依据,帐面整洁、清晰、帐物相符、盈亏有原因、损坏有报告。3. 各种原始凭证、记帐凭证、质量证书以及采购文件等按管理程序、及时传递和反馈、并装订成册,妥善保管。七、领料程序一、领料办法领料员填写领料单-领料部门主管签字-仓库保管员签字-仓库发料1、领料员填写领料单:领料员按每天生产计划所需领用物资填写料单(领料部门、日期、名称规格、计量单位、请领数及详细用途,在领料人处签字)。2、领料部门主管签字:对领料单审核签字。3、仓库保管员签字:对所领物资核对是否有库存,在发料处签字并填写材料编号,在料单右上角处写上库别(每个账本名称)。4、仓库发料:按有效料单进行发料、做账。二、相关规定(一)领料部门1、认真填写料单、字迹清晰,所有料单一律不得涂改;2、当日料单当日到仓库领料;3、当日没有领料的料单:最迟于次日上午9:00之前必须到仓库领料,否则必须重新办理手续。4、领料部门在料单右上角填写部门名称及编号 注:(1)、编号每天必须连号;(2)、各领料部门的编号统一由公司统一制定。(二)审批部门审批料单时字迹清晰,不得涂改;生产物资领料严格按生产计划和消耗定额控制把关;办公用品按部门消耗定额控制;主要介绍的是永磁直流电动机;首先简述了永磁电机、永磁直流电动机从产生到到逐步改善的发展过程,以及以此为基础的未来发展的趋势;activities, comprehensive and tamping Safety Foundation .
