(1) Get access/ 接近 M (a) Make sure that the aircraft is electrically grounded (Refer to AMM Task 12-34-24-860-802).确保飞机接地(参照 AMM Task 12-34-24-860-802)(b) Put the access platform(s) in position.将接近平台放置在位(c) Open the access door 811(Refer to AMM 06-41-53, Page Block 001).打开接近门811(参照 AMM 06-41-53, Page Block 001)(d) Open, safety and tag these circuit breakers : 拔出下列跳开关,加保护装置并挂警告牌: PANELDESIGNATIONFINLOCATION722VUFADEC B ENG 113KS144 D742VUFADEC A ENG 112KS173 Q722VUFADEC B ENG 213KS249 K742VUFADEC A ENG 212KS274 Q (2) Remove the 44 NAS7204U4 Screws to release the SJ30654 TAI access panel. M Remove and retain the TAI access panel and screws. Refer to Figure 1 sheet 1.拆卸44个螺钉NAS7204U4,拆下TAI接近盖板SJ30654,保管好盖板和螺钉。参考图1- 1。(3) Remove and retain the 14-off NAS7204U4 screws that attach the P20/T20 access panel. M Remove the P20/T20 access panel from the air intake cowl. Refer to Figure 1 sheet 1拆卸14个螺钉NAS7204U4,拆下P20/T20探头接近盖板,保管好盖板和螺钉。参考图1- 1。(4) Remove the TAI Inter-Bulkhead System as instructed in the steps that follow: M Refer to Figure 1 sheet 2. 按如下步骤拆卸TAI供气/排气管组件。参考图1-2.a. Remove the OMat 2/98 lockwire that attaches the 1-09228-00-00 Insulation Blanket to the Outlet Duct Assembly.拆除保险丝OMat 2/98和罩在排气管组件外的隔热罩1-09228-00-00b. Remove and retain the 1-09228-00-00 Insulation Blanket if in serviceable condition.拆下并保管好隔热罩1-09228-00-00,检查并确认隔热罩状态良好可用。c. Remove and retain the 35J32-700 Vee Clamp that attaches the Outlet Duct Assembly to the TAI Shroud Duct at the Forward Bulkhead.拆卸并保管好连接排气管组件和前隔板TAI管接头的V型管卡35J32-700。d. Remove and retain the ten off NAS6704U4 Bolts and AN960C416L Washers that attach the SJ30372 Outlet Duct Shroud Assembly to the Rear Bulkhead.拆卸并保管好将排气管衬套组件SJ30372固定在后隔板上的10个螺栓NAS6704U4和10个垫片AN960C416L。e. Hold the Outlet Duct Assembly and remove the SJ30372 Outlet Duct Shroud Assembly.握好排气管组件,拆下排气管衬套组件SJ30372。f. Remove the A18295-2D D-Seal and the A18295-2 Seal Ring from the SJ30372 Outlet Duct Assembly End Fitting.拆除排气管衬套组件SJ30372上的D型封圈A18295-2D和封圈A18295-2.g. Remove the A18295-4D D-Ring Seal and the A18295-4 Seal Ring from the Spray Ring at the Forward Bulkhead.拆除前隔板TAI喷环进气口处的D型封圈A18295-4D和封圈A18295-4。2. Internal inspection of the Sprayring - left side. Refer to Figure 2, sheet 1 thru sheet 3检查内部防冰喷环-左侧 参考图2,2-1到2-3.Note: If the sprayring is fractured or cracked there is no requirement to continue with the inspection of the primary assembly.注释:若检查发现TAI喷环破裂或裂纹,则无需再执行更进一步的检查。Note: It is necessary to refer to the flow chart (Ref. Appendix 2) and allowable damagelimits (Table 1) during this accomplishment 注释:在做此项工作时,可以参照流程图(见附录2)和容许损伤限制(表1)。(1) Do an internal inspection inside the TAI sprayring. Focus on the welded joints inside the TAI sprayring on the left side as instructed in the steps that follow: 按以下步骤执行左侧TAI喷环内部检查,重点关注其内部焊圈:Note: A borescope with a five metre length extension will be required for the internal inspection of the TAI sprayring.注释:TAI喷环内部检查需使用5m长的孔探设备。a. Install the forward facing 120FF lens and slide the borescope into guide tube as shown. T Measure 4.10 metres from the lens head and use masking tape to mark this position on the guide tube.装上120前向视角孔探头并按图示将孔探设备套上导管,用胶带在距孔探头4.1m长度的位置做好标记。b. Make a mark on the guide tube for each of the weld positions on the left side of the sprayring. T Refer to Figure 4按图4在导管上对应左侧TAI喷环每个焊圈处做好标记c. Put the borescope inside the sprayring at Rad 150 until you get to the end of the straight. T Push the borescope to the left side and continue until you get to the 4.10 metre mark on the guide tube.将孔探头伸入TAI喷环RAD150处,直伸到底后左转,不断伸进孔探头直至伸入长度到达4.1m标记处。d. Pull the borescope slowly back 35 cm to get to the weld marks at Rad 342. Examine the T circumference of each weld witness mark for signs of cracks in the sprayring.按图示缓慢抽回孔探头35cm,孔探头到达RAD342焊圈标记处,检查整周焊圈上的焊接可见标记并确认无裂纹。Note: Inspect the internal surface of the sprayring for cracks as you pull the borescope back to the next position.注释:在抽回孔探头至下一位置过程中检查TAI喷环的内表面并确认无裂纹。Note: A dimension has been specified which indicates the amount of borescope that needs to be removed to get to the next weld location. Alternatively, you can pull the borescope out slowly until you see the weld witness marks.注释:除了可通过在胶带标记来确定每次抽回探头的长度,还可缓慢抽回孔探头直至从孔探镜中看到下一处焊接可见标记。e. Pull the borescope slowly out a further 59 cm to get to the sprayring weld joint as shown. T Examine the circumference of the sprayring weld joint for signs of cracks in the sprayring.按图示缓慢抽回探头59cm,孔探头到达焊圈处,检查整周焊圈并确认无裂纹。f. Pull the borescope slowly out a further 20 cm to get to the weld position at Rad 18. T Examine the circumference of each weld witness mark for signs of cracks in the sprayring.按图示缓慢抽回孔探头20cm,孔探头到达RAD18焊圈标记处,检查整周焊圈上的焊接可见标记并确认无裂纹。g. Pull the borescope slowly out a further 62 cm to get to the weld position at Rad 45. T Examine thecircumference of each weld witness mark for signs of cracks in the sprayring.按图示缓慢抽回孔探头62cm,孔探头到达RAD45焊圈标记处,检查整周焊圈上的焊接可见标记并确认无裂纹。h. Pull the borescope slowly out a further 60 cm to get to the weld position at Rad 72. T Examine the circumference of each weld witness mark for signs of cracks in the sprayring.按图示缓慢抽回孔探头60cm,孔探头到达RAD72焊圈标记处,检查整周焊圈上的焊接可见标记并确认无裂纹。i. Pull the borescope slowly out a further 82 cm to get to the weld position at Rad 103.2. Examine T the circumference of each weld witness mark for signs of cracks in the sprayring.按图示缓慢抽回孔探头82cm,孔探头到达RAD103.2焊圈标记处,检查整周焊圈上的焊接可见标记并确认无裂纹。j. Pull the borescope slowly out a further 45 cm to get to the sprayring weld joint as shown. T Examine the circumference of the sprayring weld joint for signs of cracks in the sprayring.按图示缓慢抽回探头45cm,孔探头到达焊圈处,检查整周焊圈并确认无裂纹。k. Pull the borescope slowly out a further 12cm to get to the weld position at Rad 132.5. T Examine the circumference of each weld witness mark for signs of cracks in the sprayring.按图示缓慢抽回孔探头12cm,孔探头到达RAD132.5焊圈标记处,检查整周焊圈上的焊接可见标记并确认无裂纹。(2) Make a note of the condition of the internal welded joints found on the left side of the TAI T sprayring and record same in Appendix 1 of this TASK. Reject if the sprayring is found to be cracked or fractured and return to shop for repair.在附录一中填写左侧TAI喷环内部每处焊圈的检查结果,若检查发现TAI喷环破裂或裂纹则进气道不可用,将进气道拆下送修。Note: If the sprayring is fractured or cracked there is no requirement to continue with theinspection of the primary assembly.注释:若检查发现TAI喷环破裂或裂纹,则无需再执行更进一步的检查。3.Internal inspection inside the TAI sprayring - right side. Put the borescope inside the sprayring at Rad 150 until you get to the end of the straight. Pull the borescope slowly back 30 cm to get to the weld marks at Rad 315. Look for cracks as T you progress. Examine the circumference of each weld witness mark for signs of cracks in the sprayring.按图示缓慢抽回孔探头30cm,抽回过程中检查有无裂纹,孔探头到达RAD315焊圈标记处,检查整周焊圈上的焊接可见标记并确认无裂纹。d. Pull the borescope slowly out 80 cm from Rad 315 to get to the next weld location at Rad 279. T Examine the circumference of each weld witness mark for sign of cracks in the sprayring.按图示缓慢抽回孔探头80cm,孔探头到达RAD279焊圈标记处,检查整周焊圈上的焊接可见标记并确认无裂纹。e. Pull the borescope slowly out a further 20 cm to get to the sprayring weld joint as shown. T Examine the circumference of the sprayring weld joint for signs of cracks in the sprayring.按图示缓慢抽回探头20cm,孔探头到达焊圈处,检查整周焊圈并确认无裂纹。f. Pull the borescope slowly out a further 45 cm to get to the weld position at Rad 256.7 Examine T the circumference of each weld witness mark for signs of cracks in the sprayring.按图示缓慢抽回孔探头45cm,孔探头到达RAD256.7焊圈标记处,检查整周焊圈上的焊接可见标记并确认无裂纹。g. Pull the borescope slowly out a further 78 cm to get to the next weld location at Rad 214.2. T Examine the circumference of each weld witness mark for signs of cracks in the sprayring.按图示缓慢抽回孔探头78cm,孔探头到达RAD214.2焊圈标记处,检查整周焊圈上的焊接可见标记并确认无裂纹。h. Pull the borescope slowly out a further 60cm to get to the weld position at Rad 184. Examine T the circumference of each weld witness mark for signs of cracks in the sprayring.按图示缓慢抽回孔探头60cm,孔探头到达RAD184焊圈标记处,检查整周焊圈上的焊接可见标记确认无裂纹。i. Pull the borescope slowly out a further 72 cm to get to the sprayring weld joint as shown. T Examine the circumference of the sprayring weld joint for signs of cracks in the sprayring.按图示缓慢抽回探头72cm,孔探头到达焊圈处,检查整周焊圈并确认无裂纹。j. Pull the borescope slowly out a further 9 cm to get to the weld position at Rad 157.5. Examine T the circumference of each weld witness mark for signs of cracks in the sprayring.按图示缓慢抽回孔探头9cm,孔探头到达RAD157.5焊圈标记处,检查整周焊圈上的焊接可见标记并确认无裂纹(2) Make a note of any damage found on the TAI sprayring and record same in Appendix 1 T feedback table of this TASK. Reject if the sprayring is found to be cracked or fractured and return to shop for repair.在附录1反馈表中记录TAI喷环检查发现的所有损伤,若检查发现TAI喷环破裂或裂纹则进气道不可用,将进气道拆下送修。Note: If the sprayring is fractured or cracked there is no requirement to continue withthe inspection of the of the primary assembly.注释:若检查发现TAI喷环破裂或裂纹,则无需再执行更进一步的检查。4.Inspection of the TAI sprayring links left side.
