年产10万吨高纯醋酸乙烯酯配套空分装置项目物料衡算相关说明1.1 物料衡算的概述本项目以乙烯和醋酸为原料,通过乙烯气相法制取醋酸乙烯酯,实现年产高纯度醋酸乙烯酯(99.9wt%)10万吨的目标,同时副产品为99.9wt%的氮气9万吨。在已确定化学生产工艺和流程后,由定性阶段转向定量阶段,通过对整个生产系统、生产车间,以及部分重要的生产单元进行物料衡算为主、副产品的产量、原料的消耗定额、“三废”排放量及组成,以及产品收率等各项经济指标,从而定量地评述初步设计所选择的工艺路线、生产方法及工艺流程在经济上是否合理、技术上是否先进,为后阶段的设计提供数据依据。在化学工程中,设计或改造工艺流程和设备、了解和控制生产操作过程、核算生产过程的经济效益、确定原材料消耗定额、确定生产过程的损耗量、对现有的工艺过程进行分析、选择最有效的工艺路线、对设备进行最佳设计以及确定最佳操作条件等都要进行物料衡算。而且,化学工程的开发与放大都以物料衡算为基础的。物料衡算是质量守恒定律的一种表现形式。凡引入某一设备的物料成分、质量或体积等于操作后所得产物的成分、质量或体积加上物料损失。1.2 物料衡算基本原理系统的物料衡算以质量守恒为理论基础,研究某一系统内进出物料量及组成的变化,即:系统中的累计 = 输入-输出+反应生成-反应消耗假设系统无泄漏,有:dF/dt=FIN-FOUT+GR-CR (1-1)当系统无化学反应发生时,有:dF/dt=FIN-FOUT (1-2)在稳定状态下,有:dF/dt=FIN-FOUT=0,FIN=FOUT (1-3)注:FIN进入系统的物料流率;FOUT流出系统的物料流率; GR反应产生物料速率; CR反应消耗物料速率。物料衡算包括总质量衡算、组分衡算和元素衡算。各种衡算方法的适用情况如下表所示:表1-1 物料衡算的步骤(1)确定衡算范围,画出衡算示意图,标明各股物料的方向及组成。(2)定出衡算基准,对连续操作常以单位时间为基准如:kg/h,t/h;对间歇操作,常以一批物料(即一个操作循环为基准)。基准选定后,各流股按所选基准进行计算。1.4 物料衡算本项目利用乙烯和醋酸进行醋酸乙烯酯的合成。整个流程分为空分工段,反应工段,脱碳工段,精制提纯工段。现分别对醋酸乙烯酯生产的各个单元进行物料衡算。1.4.1
