急性心肌缺血再灌注时BaX的免疫组织化学研究 【摘要】 目的 为心肌缺血再灌注损伤所致心性猝死的法医学诊断提供形态学依据，方法运用免疫组织化学方 法，研究bax蛋白在心肌组织中不同区域的表达。 结果 对照组正常心肌组织无bax蛋白表达。bax蛋白再灌注05 h后即可在缺血区域表达，且表达主要在心肌内层。再灌注1 h后可观察到bax蛋白不仅表达于心肌内层且已经扩展至 心肌的全层。再灌注2 h发现心肌外层表达明显强于心肌内层，随着再灌注时间的延长可以发现bax蛋白的表达逐渐减 弱。 结论在急性心肌缺血再灌注中，bax基因对心肌细胞凋亡的发生有着重要的作用，且可以作为心肌缺血再灌注 的早期诊断提供一项辅助诊断依据。 【关键词】心肌再灌注损伤；bax蛋白；免疫组织化学；法医病理学 【】d9191；r3923 【】a 【】 10079297(20xx)02012902 immunohistoc hemical study on bax protein expression in the acute myocardial ischemiareperfusion in ratsw ang feng， wang de-guo，flu yong-liang，li yong-hongdepartment of forensic pathology，wannan medical college，anhui 241001， china 【abstract】0bjective to search the objective morphologic evidence for the forensic pathological diagnosis on the acute myocardial ischemiareperfusion in rats method to study the expression of bax protein in the different rid& in the acute myocardial ischemiareperfusion(ir)in rats with immunohistochemistry result these was no expression of bax protein in control groupthe expression of bax protein began to increase in myoc ytes 05 h after ir in the ischemic areas and the ex pression of bax protein in inner layer was stronger than in outer layerhowever，the expression of bax protein appeared firstly in the inner layer of myocardium and extended gradually toward the outer layer 1 h after irthere would find that the expres sion of bax protein in outer layer was stronger than in inner layer，then the expression of bax protein was weaken gradually conclusion m aybe bax gene is a important regulative gene in the proc ess of apo ptosis，these changes observed in the present sudy might be useful for the f0rensic pathological diagnosis of the early myocardial ischemiareperfusion 【key words】 myocardial reperfusion injury；bax protein；immunohistochemistry；forensic pathology 缺血能导致组织损伤甚至细胞死亡，而缺血后再灌
