王要辉指导老师:胡晓萍目录1.概述12.物料衡算的目的与原理13.各工段物料衡算23.1醋酸乙烯酯合成工段23.2产品分离预处理工段53.3气体精制工段83.4醋酸乙烯酯精制工段114.总流程物料衡算175.总结241.概述本项目是中石化镇海炼化分公司的醋酸乙烯酯分厂项目。该项目采用乙烯气相氧化法路线将乙烯、醋酸和氧气合成醋酸乙烯酯,再将合成的粗品醋酸乙烯酯经吸收、精馏等处理得到高纯醋酸乙烯酯。产品纯度达到99.8%,为优等品,产量为20万吨/年,副产物为乙醛。设计过程中利用Aspen Plus对全流程进行模拟,并在此基础上完成物料衡算、能量衡算,Aspen Plus模拟流程如图1所示。图1全流程模拟图工艺包括醋酸乙烯酯合成、产品分离预处理、气体吸收处理、醋酸乙烯酯精制四个工段设备及其参数的确定。本场所需主要设备有反应器、气液分离器、吸收塔、精馏塔、泵、压缩机、换热器、蒸发器、搅拌釜等,涉及到的原料有乙烯、醋酸等,输入整个系统的能量主要有电能、加热介质带入的能量等,输出的能量主要有冷却剂带走的能量和输出物料的焓。2.物料衡算的目的与原理工艺设计中,物料衡算是在工艺流程确定后进行的。目的是根据原料与产品之间的定量转化关系,计算原料的消耗量,各种中间产品、产品和副产品的产量,生产过程中各阶段的消耗量以及组成,进而为热量衡算、其他工艺计算及设备计算打基础。系统的物料衡算以质量守恒为理论基础,研究某一系统内进出物料量及组成的变化,即: 系统累积的质量=输入系统的质量-输出系统的质量+反应生成的质量-反应消耗的质量假设系统无泄漏,有当系统无化学反应发生时,有在稳定状态下,有3.各工段物料衡算3.1醋酸乙烯酯合成工段图2醋酸乙烯酯合成工段工艺流程图表1
