贵州省毕节市2020年九年级英语毕业生学业水平考试说明. 考试性质 初中毕业生英语学科学业水平考试是义务教育阶段各学科的终结考试,其目的是全面、准确地考查初中毕业生在英语学科学习方面达到国家所规定的初中阶段毕业水平的程度,考试结果既是衡量学生是否达到义务教育英语课程标准(2020年版,以下简称课程标准)五级目标的主要依据,也是高中阶段学校招生的重要依据之一,而且关系到高一级学校选拔新生的质量。对初中阶段英语学科教学质量的提高和实施素质教育起到引导作用。2020年毕节市初中毕业生英语学业水平(升学)考试目标遵循课程标准规定的义务教育阶段的英语课程的总目标和分级目标要求,突出语篇,侧重运用,既要重视考查综合语言运用能力,特别是在具体情境中运用英语分析问题和解决问题的能力,又要重视考查学生对英语语言知识和语言技能的掌握。 . 考试形式和试卷结构 (一)考试形式考试采用闭卷、标准化考试形式,答题均在答题卡上进行,考试时间为120分钟。(二)试卷结构 试卷由第I卷(选择题)和第II卷(非选择题)组成,满分为150分。主观题45分,客观题105分。共七部分,77小题。容易题、中档题、难题比例为7:2:1。 第I卷(选择题)第一部分 听力(30分)本部分共三节。 第一节:共10小題,每小题1分。要求考生根据所听到的10句话,从每题所给的3个选项中选出最佳应答语。每段录音材料仅读一遍。第二节:共5小题,每小题2分。要求考生根据所听到的5段简短对话或独白,从每题所给的3个选项中选出最佳选项。每段录音材料读两遍。第三节:共5小题,每小题2分。要求考生根据所听到的2段较长的对话或独白,从每题所给的3个选项中选出最佳选项。每段录音材料读三遍。听力考试进行时,考生将答案标在试卷上;听力部分结束后,考生有两分钟的时间将试卷上的答案转涂到答题卡上。第二部分 单项填空(10分)共10小题,每小题1分。每题留出一个空白,要求考生从每题所给的四个选项中选出最佳选项。 第三部分 完形填空(15分)共10小题,每小题1.5分。每题留出一个空白,要求考生根据所提供短文的内容,从每题所给的4个选项中选出最佳选项。 第四部分 阅读理解(40分) 第一节:共15小题,每小题2分。要求阅读3篇短文,要求从每题后面所给的四个选项中选出最佳选项。 第二节:共5小题,每小题2分。在一篇短文中留出5个空白,要求考生从所给的7个选项中选出最佳选项,使补足后的短文意思通顺、前后连贯。 第五部分 情景交际(10分) 共5小题,每小题2分。在对话中留出5个空白,要求考生从五个选项中选择恰当的句子补全对话,使对话意思完整、通顺。第II卷(非选择题)第六部分 短文改错(15分) 共10小题,每小题1.5分。判断给短文中标有题号的每一行是否有错误。如无错误,在该行右边横线上画一个“”,如有错误(每行只有一个),则按要求改正。 第七部分 写作(30分)本部分共两节。第一节:满分10分。本题给出一篇短文,要求考生根据短文内容续写一个30-40词左右的结尾。第二节:满分20分。要求考生根据所给情景,用英语写一篇80-100 个词左右的短文。情景包括目的、对象、时间、地点、内容等;提供情景的形式有图画、图表、提纲等。试卷结构及题型如下表:类别 题型题数分值笔试第I卷(选择题)第一部分听力2030第二部分单项填空1010第三部分完形填空1015第四部分阅读理解2040第五部分情景交际510第卷(非选择题)第六部分短文改错1015第七部分写作230合 计77150. 考试内容及要求2020年毕节市初中毕业生英语学业水平(升学)考试内容以义务教育英语课程标准(2020年版)(以下简称课程标准为依据,以现行教材为参考。为了更好地贯彻落实课程标准的要求,反映毕节的实情,进一步推进新课程改革,2020年毕节市初中毕业生英语学业水平(升学)考试严格遵循课程标准,鼓励教师在课堂教学实践中真正落实“用教材教,而不是教教材”的教学指导思想,考试的具体内容不受任何教材的制约。考试准确反映出学生的实际水平,着重考查学生的综合语言运用能力,同时注重考查学生运用语言基本知识和基本技能获取信息和处理信息的能力,充分考虑学生的实际生活和身心发展水平,充分考虑学生生活经验的差异以及各种经济发展状况的不平衡所带来的影响。体现试题的公正性、科学性和合理性,确保试题的信度和效度,杜绝繁、偏、旧的试题,控制题量,注意试题的表述规范,指令清楚、明了和准确,试题结构合理、简约,大、小题数适当,主、客观题的比例适当,试题的易、中、难比例分配合理,答题卡版面的设计有足够的答题空间,杜绝科学性错误和不合理的或有争议的问题。 (一)语言知识 要求考生了解和掌握课程标准附录中所列出的语音项目表、语法项目表、词汇表、功能意念项目表和话题项目表中的内容。(二)语言运用 1.听力 听是最重要的语言接受能力。听力测试要求考生听懂日常生活中有关熟悉话题的语段或简短语篇,主要包括独白和对话,对听到的内容作出适当的反应。主要考查以下听力素养:(1)理解主旨和要义 任何一段对话或独白总是围绕一个主旨或者一个中心思想展开。主旨要义有时会比较明确,但有时则会贯穿整个对话或独白而需要通过思考归纳、概括。(2)获取事实性的具体信息 为了说明和支持主旨,对话或独白中总会出现一些具体信息,如时间、地点、人物和事件等。这些信息是理解和把握对话或独白主旨的基础。(3)对所听内容作出适当反应和简单推断 要求考生对听到的句子或内容作出反应即应答。如果是对话,在话语发生的背景或场合、说话者之间的关系等对话语含义的理解具有十分重要的作用,对这些背景知识的推断能力在一定程度上可以体现一个人对口语的理解能力。 (4)理解说话者的意图和观点一般来讲,说话者有一定的说话意图,通过提出或回答问题来表达或阐述的自己的想法或见解,或表明自己的立场、观点、态度或意见等。有时,说话者的意图或观点是明说出来的,有时则隐含在对话的字里行间,需要听者自己根据语调和重音等去揣摩和推断。2.阅读理解与听一样,读也是重要的语言接受能力。阅读理解部分要求考生读懂熟悉的有关日常生活话题和常见体裁的简短文字材料,例如书信、公告、说明、广告以及书、报、杂志中关于一般性话题的简短语篇。主要考查以下阅读素养: (1)理解主旨要义 任何一个语篇都有一个主旨要义。主旨要义有时在语篇的第一个段落,甚至是第一个句子,从这一段或这个句子读者要知道语篇描述的是谁或什么(即文章的主题),也要知道作者希望读者了解主题方面的哪些内容。有时,语篇的主旨要义则需从语篇的字里行间进行推断。这类试题主要考査考生略读语篇、领会大意的能力,它对考生的归纳、概括能力有一定的要求。 (2)理解语篇中的具体信息 语篇主题和中心思想的阐述往往需要细节信息的支持,这些细节对于理解全文内容至关重要,同时也是归纳和概括语篇中心思想的基础。要求考生根据不同的要求,阅读语篇以获得某些特定的信息或准确地寻求所需的细节。这类试题有时比较直接,理解字面意思即可答题;有时则较为间接,需要归纳、概括和推理才能答题。(3)根据上下文语境推测生词的词义 正确理解语篇中单词或短语的含义是理解语篇的第一步,也是理解语篇的基础,不懂单词含义根本就谈不上理解语篇。但英语单词的含义并非完全等同于词典中所标注的汉语意思,其含义随不同的语境会有所不同。能根据上下文正确理解灵活变化的词义,才算是真正初步具备了一定的阅读理解能力。此外,阅读语篇时,常常会遇到一些过去未见过的词,但许多这类生词的词义可以通过上下文推断出来。这种不使用词典而通过阅读上下文来推断生词含义的能力,是一个合格的读者所必须具备的能力,因此也是阅读测试中经常检测的一种能力。(4)作出简单判断和推理 阅读语篇的主要目的是获取信息,即作者所要传达的信息。在实际的阅读活动中,有时需要根据语篇提供的事实和线索,根据段落中句子间的逻辑关系或故事情节的发展进行逻辑推理,推测作者未提到的事实或某事发生的可能性等。(5)理解语篇的基本结构 英语语篇通常使用主题段和主题句。主题段通常在语篇开头,简要概括语篇的中心思想,主题句可能在一段的开头,也可能在中间或末尾,作用是交代该段的中心思想,再由全段展开或讨论这个主题。各个段落通常由某些起连接作用的词语连接,以使语篇行文连贯。如果希望准确、深刻地理解语篇,必须对语篇的结构有所了解,把握住整个语篇的文脉,即句与句、段与段之间的逻辑关系。要理解不同体裁的语篇的基本结构。 (6)理解作者的意图和态度 每篇语篇都有一个特定的写作意图或目的,或是向读者传递某个信息,或是愉悦读者,或是讲授某个道理。而这些信息通常并不是明确表达出来,而是隐含在语篇之中。因此,这类问题要求考生在理解语篇总体内容的基础上,去领会作者的言外之意。 3.写作 写是交际语言行为中的产出能力或输出技能,是语言技能中不可分割的一个重要部分,更是语言生成能力的重要表现形式。写作测试要求考生根据题示进行书面表达。主要考查考生准确使用语法和词汇,清楚、衔接、连贯地写出常见体裁的简单语篇或文章,如:通知、日记、书信和便条等。主要考查:(1)准确使用语法和词汇 语言的准确性是写作中不可忽视的一个重要方面,因为它直接或间接地影响到信息的准确传输。应用语法结构和词汇的准确程度是写作部分评分标准中的一项重要内容。 (2)使用一定的句型、词汇,清楚、衔接、连贯地表达自己的意思 任何一篇语篇都需要有一个主题,作者应该围绕该主题,借助一些句型、词组等,清楚、衔接、连贯地表达自己的思想。 2020年毕节市初中毕业生学业水平(升学)考试 英语学科参考样题注意事项: 1.答题前, 务必将自己的姓名、准考证号填写在答题卡规定的位置。 2.本试卷分第I卷(选择题)和第II卷(非选择题),答题时第I卷必须使用2B铅笔,第II卷必须使用0.5毫米黑色签字笔,将答案写在答题卡规定的位置,字体工整、笔迹清楚。3.所有题目必须在答题卡规定的位置作答,否则无效。4.本试卷共x页,满分150分含听力30分,考试用时120分钟。5.考试结束后,将试卷和答题卡一并交回。第I卷(选择题)第一部分 听力(共三节,满分30分)做题时,现将答案标在试卷上。录音内容结束后,你将有两分钟的时间将试卷上的答案转涂到答题卡上。 第一节(共10小题;每小题1分,满分10分)听下面10句话。从每句话后所给的A、B、C三个选项中选出能回答所听话语的最佳选项,并标在试卷的相应位置。听完每一句后你都有10秒钟的时间来答题和阅读下一小题。每句话仅听一遍。1.
