At the beginning, he did it for fun, but some time later, he became an addicted smoker, and his health began going downhill. Hes not alone for people who smoke more than 20 cigarettes daily are more likely to have frequent coughs, chest pains and other troubles. Smoking also has been associated with mental health conditions. Youngsters who smoke cigarettes regularly have been shown to have more difficulty concentrating their mind on what they are doing. At that time we thought it was surely a cool thing to have a cigarette between your fingers and look grown-up. By and by I became an addicted smoker. Half a year ago I felt pain in my chest, so my parents took me to the hospital and I had a scan of my lungs. I couldnt believe my eyes when I saw the results. The scan showed several dark marks on the image of my lungs.
